They do NOT care! They don’t care if you wait or are in pain and when they give instruction or you have questions they are beyond rude. This is the second time I have submitted paperwork for necessary medicine and they take prescriptions and let me wait my 30 minutes and then inform me system is down. They can’t inform you sooner stem is down instead of being in the store sick or in pain!? Nothing is done to correct poor service so nothing will change.Very poor service! Take your business elsewhere, I won’t make this mistake again.

Transfered my Rx here because Walmart Neighborhood Market never had it in stock. I called the big Walmart and they had it. Within the less than 10minute drive, they had it all ready when I walked in.

Wish I could give them a less than 1 star review. I always have to wait. They promise times that are never delivered. I had my drs office call the prescription In and ask specifically when it would be ready. When I got to the store it wasn’t ready. Big surprise. This will be the last prescription I fill. Sadly, nothing will be done about this because Walmart is so large they can afford to lose customers without feeling the affects.Update- as soon as I walk out of the store I get a text that my prescription is ready after they told me it would be another 30 min... this place is a joke.

My wife had a heart attack yesterday and she had 2 stints put in her heart. She has to take specific medications every day now. We went to Walgreens to pickup her meds after getting discharged and they were closed? Walgreens are known for there late and early hours, this was the reason why we used that pharmacy. I am now in emergency mode and freaking out. I called the cardiologist in a panic and He had to call in prescriptions again to the only pharmacy open and closes in 20 min Walmart. The pharmacist and her whole staff stayed after hours to take care of my wife’s needs and even researched pricing and saved us hundreds of dollars. I want to say thank you to the entire staff and very grateful for your kindness. We will be a lifetime customer of yours from now on. Again thank you and god bless you.

One star is to many. I had to make 4 trips to get my meds because they said they never received it when scanned in and sent online. Also since i am uninsured I so i used the good rx coupon which said 41.08 but still charged my 63.88 when question i was told that the coupon doesnt always reflect the correct price. WTH? It is a coupon to get it for that price. I went in on Sunday the girl at the drop off said we need to call VA to get it transferred and Tuesday the call still hadnt been made. This is why we hate walmart.

Product selection is very good. Line at the pharmacy window is usually too long, in my opinion. I prefer Rite Aid.

While the selection is decent and prescriptions are filled on time, this pharmacy will ALWAYS fill 30 day prescriptions despite the doctors office calling in 90 day prescriptions so that they can bill insurance more. My wife and I both recently had 90 day prescriptions called in on different days from different medical practices.Shame on us for not ripping open the stapled bags and checking at the counter at the time of payment. We got home on two occasions to find 30 day prescriptions rather than the 90 day prescriptions that were originally prescribed. Looking at the labels, the pharmacy had clearly changed the number of refills for 30 day increments to match what were originally 90 day prescriptions.90 day prescriptions generally cost less than 30 day regiments and those few dollars will cost the patient extra trips and wasted time because the pharmacy has the audacity to change the doctors original prescription.

If youre closing for lunch.....maybe post a time that youll be back. Your sign says open 10 am -6 pm but youre closed at 1:45 with no sign saying what time youll reopen. Would be helpful to know if youreceived closing for lunch.

This place is just about ALWAYS crowded. The pharmacist wants to discuss your meds with you just about every time you pick them up despite having been on the same prescription for the last 3 years. I believe THIS is the reason they are so backed up.Theyve taken the benches from the other areas of store, which were sorely needed where they were, to cordon off the pharmacy line. So the pharmacy line is in between 2 rows of benches.Its frustrating to go in there and really for the amount of business the pharmacy does it should be 24 hours just like the store.

I hate that I have use this Pharmacy as the customer service is the worst and you wait forever to find out it not ready. What a bunch of bs.
