I am OBSESSED!! So nice to have a place where I can eat delicious dairy free desserts! My stomach thanks you!! My favorite combo is banana cream frosting, pie crumble, caramel and fresh bananas!

This place had the most wonderful staff I’ve ever met, shout out to the blonde girl in the front for being sweeter than my cinnamon roll!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Sup Michael ✌️

We tried the Dole Whip, never had it before but I had heard it was amazing at Disney. I had pineapple and my son had the mango & pineapple combo. The pineapple flavor is so strong it tastes artificial. My liked my sons mango/pineapple combo better and my son wished he had gotten only mango. Service was great but the cups are tiny for the price.

My daughter goes to Ga. Southern and when we went down to see her she told me that I had to try this place. I was so glad she did because they had the best selection of different varieties of cinnamon rolls I’d ever seen. Looking forward to going back for future visits and getting more cinnamon rolls…and of course to see my daughter as well. 😂

Fantastic hidden gem in Statesboro. We had the Dole Whip and enjoyed every bite. Light and delicious like we had in Hawaii. The cinnamon sticks were amazing. Cannot wait to come back and try some of the cinnamon rolls.

The staff is always so friendly whenever I come in! The new manager Tanya (sp?) was so nice and helpful even with my complicated order 😅tried a pizza roll for the first time and LOVED IT!

Came to this store looking to try a sweet treat but upon entering I smelled this awful cigarette smell. I was expecting a sweet cinnamon roll aroma but that is absolutely not what I got, the cinnamon roll was ok but they seemed to be short staffed because it took over 5 minutes to make one cinnamon roll. However I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

We had Cinnaholic catered for a sorority event and they did an amazing job! The manager and employees were extremely helpful while planning and made sure everything went smoothly the day of our event. Michael (the manager) brought fresh rolls, toppings, and frosting halfway through the event to ensure everyone got a warm, freshly baked roll! 100% recommend to anyone looking to use them for future events, we will definitely be doing business with them again!

My Daughter and I were staying in Statesboro for the week and found out about Cinnaholic online. After seeing pictures of their mountainous cinnamon rolls we knew we had to try it. And let me tell you, it was PHENOMENAL!!! The business owner was running the front counter and he was one of the sweetest people ever! It was obvious he had a strong passion for his business and a great care for his customers. The cinnamon rolls were marvelous! We tried the caramel pecan roll and the cookie monster roll. I strongly encourage everyone to try this scrumptious hidden gem. And if you get the cookie monster roll, I recommend you try it with the coffee icing 😉

A let down. The cinnamon rolls were undercooked. The middle was sticky and doughy. Nothing special at all, just very bland with a bit of cinnamon flavor. Not sure if the rolls are handmade or frozen but either way the process needs to change. The creme Brule topping was delicious and the fruit was fresh. On the other hand the sample of the banana, chocolate chip bread was excellent. Over all I asked for a sample of the rolls ( plain) before I added anything to make sure they are delicious.A+ on the cleanness of the bathroom and store. The staff was courteous and respectful.

Came in this morning and there was a blonde girl working i believe her name was lydia. She was awesome! Very nice and helped me pick out a roll! I was indecisive on what I wanted to try and her pick was amazing! She even let me try a sample of dol whip which i thought was very good! She is a great assent to the company!

Really understaffed. Pregnant lady was really rude and had whole place smelling like cigarettes. Roll was raw on the inside. Really rude Lida girl tried to help me but they were out of everything.. This never happened when Ellie or Angel helped me. Wont be back

If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve been coming here for around a year now and was always welcomed by Madison ( I remember I got her roll), Elli, and Marcus for a very long time and never had any complaints for them. Only up until recently I’ve been coming to the store and others aren’t as nice. I don’t know if they switched management or the wway they’re supposed to greet customers but I did not feel welcome. I believe I was served by Linda or Lydia? From what I heard from other employees, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair and it looked like she was trampling all over the workers there while I was getting my roll. I could see it in their attitude that they looked very unhappy. I’ve had many complaints that have arose from this person, she has never greeted me like the ones I mentioned above and I wouldn’t be surprised if she treats the others that way. I hope that they fire her or get better management because her attitude towards myself and the other workers was not it. Very toxic, very unhealthy. You won’t be seeing me there again unless she is gone.

Im giving this 4 stars to begin with because Im still not 100% sold on vegan flavors. Theyre just a little off to me.That being said, Im definitely going back to keep trying more and different flavors. I really do like what Ive had so far, I just need to get used to both the flavors and the idea.Would definitely recommend going and giving them a try!

Awesome sweet people and let me tell you, Cinnamon Sin for sure!! Amazingly delicious, way above average or exceptional. And I have only tried the mini-cini 3pack so far with cake batter frosting. Cant wait to try the Very Berry cinnamon roll....do not deny yourself of trying Cinnaholic. You will love it ♥️💯

I’ve been coming here for the past few weeks on several occasions. I’ve generally had a pleasant experience and the staff are nice. I’m rating this 2 stars because I recently got a roll that was raw in the center. It was extremely doughy and off putting. I don’t think this means the store deserves a 1 star as they have met my expectations before and were delightful. I just couldn’t help but put this here as it is a very serious problem that needs to be checked.

Upper management is awesome, employees are kind and sweet, food is off the chain!!!!!!

Lydia is absolutely amazing! great customer service. She recommended her favorite roll- coffee frosting, caramel sauce, and cinnamon sugar. When i came in to pick up my dozen that i ordered, she was very great! The other employees did so well as well. they were swamped with customers. they were selling rolls faster than they could cook it - they held on rolls and sold them as they were cooking so them people had to order ones that werent cooked yet. so the wait was a little long but for FRESH AND HOT rolls, definitely worth it!!

Delicious!! You can tell the ingredients are a little different due to being vegan, but they still taste great! The cookie dough one is my favorite.

A good Cinnamon roll, but Im sorry Daryl and Daphne Cinnabon is better. The toppings here are great but the roll is dry and pretty unflavorful. The toppings get an A but the roll gets a D.

What a great business! Ive never met a friendlier staff anywhere else and the food is down right divine with locally sourced coffee and hot cinnamon rolls with fresh ingredients and all natural cookie dough. I cannot recommend this place enough! its rare you find a manager who invests in their customers, and Michael knocks it out of the park with service!I hope this place stays around forever.

We got the Razzercise roll, some cookie dough, and raspberry and pineapple dole whip (and a sample of a brownie) and everything was so so so delicious!! Only made better by the fact that everything is vegan, I cant believe how good the pastry/dough are. And the person who checked us out was so sweet! I wish I got their name! Will most definitely be going back :)

Good coffee with great cinnamon rolls! They have over 15 icing flavors and over 25 toppings! I got a roll with lemon icing, blue berries and raspberries, it was both beautiful and delious! With one trip I will now be a weekly customer. Seriously it was so good.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the workers in the front of house looked like they genuinely enjoyed their job, and helped me figure out the roll I would like. They let me taste frostings, and I ultimately ended up with the Balanced Breakfast roll which was delicious. I had to wait around 5 minutes for rolls fresh and hot out the oven due to them running out of stock due to a large order ahead of me, but the taste when I did get my roll made it all worth it.

BEST cinnamon rolls I have ever had, they have all sorts of options plus other treats along with coffee and drinks! Freshly made to order (in front of you), they DELIVER AND CATER! The owner is super professional and makes for outstanding customer service. GREAT EXPERENCE cant wait to go back again soon!!

The customer service in the facility is great. After not attending the eatery after a week, the cashier was able to remember my name. In my opinion, the way he deals with the pressure of having a swarm of customers in a civilized manner, he most definitely deserves a raise.

The caramel apple pie roll is delicious! I loved the fresh apple pieces that complimented the sweetness of the frosting! As someone who is allergic to dairy, I am so THANKFUL to have somewhere I can go and order anything on the menu! The only other place I can do that at is all the way in Savannah. First impressions tend to set the tone for a business. Sometimes there is no better opportunity to create that first impression then when things don’t work out like there supposed to. During a busy time today my order got misplaced and when I arrived an 1hr after ordering it wasn’t ready for pickup. The staff were more than apologetic about the situation and immediately prepared my order. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely amazing. The customer service was unbelievable. The first impression has created a definite cinnaholic.

I always stop at the one in Atlanta and I was so excited when I seen it was coming to Statesboro! Let me just say by far way better than Atlanta & I got it fresh out the oven! The staff was also super friendly!

The cinnamon rolls are so delicious. I tried the iced coffee and it wasnt my favorite. I do hope next time I visit the Dole whip will be available.

Went for the first time today with my husband and my mother. We all got something different and none of us were very impressed. I got the caramel apple pie one and was very disappointed to open it to discover the apple pie was cut up raw red apples on the top with some raw pecans. It didnt taste anything like apple pie and the cinnamon roll wasnt bad but it wasnt that great either. Especially for the price tag. It was almost $25 for 3. And my mom just got a plain one which is cheaper. They r very big so that makes up for the price somewhat but to us it just wasnt worth it. I was so excited when I saw it was coming but I doubt I would go back unless Im with someone who wants to go.

Cinnamon rolls were really really good. Only thing about it, it was pretty expensive. I got the regular plain cinnamon bun, and it was 6 dollars. For Statesboro in college town, that’s really expensive. Cinnamonbun isn’t even that expensive. Either way it was really good

Only 2 staff members and they were moving in slow motion. Waited in line for 10 minutes to pick up a DoorDash order with only 3 people ahead of me. After 10 minutes I just left.
