Would have given a higher rating, but because we wanted to exchange, or get a store credit, on 2 chairs after only 6 days, we were told they couldnt because of covid 19 issues. Imagine all the floor models they sell after hundreds of people sit on them. Maybe they throw them away. I doubt it. Really, how do you know if a chair works for you, till you spend a little more time in it? I could drive a $50,000 car for a weekend, and return it, and say its not going to work. With no problem. And someone else can do the same thing. Theyre going to sell the car, if it takes a number of people to sit in it first. Covid 19 or not. Wont go back. Try and make your choice knowing its final, they dont want it back.

L.A. Waters kept sending late payment notices in the mail and dropping them off in person for the previous tenant who lived at this address before I moved in. I called them and even came in person to tell them the person doesnt live here and theyve said theyll stop but have not. Its been 14 months since Ive moved here and theyre still harassing me about it.

The service was EXCELLENT and the staff was AWESOME...
