Truck battery went bad and I had to get a boost. Drove to store 2013 and Bill had my battery replaced in no time flat. This place is awesome. Bill not only helped me find the right coolant but he also showed me how to put it in for the future, and put it in there and checked it to make sure the level was full. Ordered a lower control arm and asked to have all the bushing and all already pressed in. Got to the store and it was just the lower and was told the other that I needed had to be ordered. Cant really fix a lower control arm without all the part you need..

Although some want to argue about how a part isnt on the computer, please just give the customer the part they ask for. All parts shops do this, but please stop treating females like they dont know the difference between a metric and SAE. Some of us actually do

Always have what I need at a decent price. I always find what I want and buy online with store pickup. This way you get 10%-25% off depending how much you spend. Thats a hidden gem that people dont know.

My husband just passed away and I stopped by 1-2-19 @ 5:00 because the check engine light came on my car & I also needed to see where to put the oil in my car since my husband was doing all that for me, Taylor helped me choose my oil, showed me how to check my oil and also pointed out important information under the hood, he also check the engine which indicated a censor that I needed. He was an absolute gem. He is very smart and caring. I would go back there again if I need anything. Thank YOU Taylor for excellent customer service.

Stellar service by the employees at this Statesville Advance Auto. Jose was particularly knowledgeable, helpful, kind, competent, and professional. I was traveling through on 40 and am incredibly thankful that if I had to have car trouble, it was right here. Bought a battery, smacked it on a loader bucket carrying it to the front of my truck and busted the corner open. The awesome people here replaced it, no questions asked. Never had a negative experience at this store. Employees are super helpful and clearly care about the customer!
