We was traveling (from florida to West Virginia) and broke down. We called in an emergency and they had the part we needed and it was waiting on the counter when we arrived. They are very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if needed..

Tried to call 8 times no answer, then on hold for over 10 minutes and I was hung up on. Then I finally get a person named frank or fred... something with an F (as in the grade of the store). He picks up and has a horrible attitude just wanted some brakes and as he hangs up on me he says whatever
