Doug Agan was the first person we met when we arrived at Randy Marion Ford. I can’t say enough positive words about this salesman. He made the process of buying my bronco painless. Nice place. But, our car has 15,000 mileage and they placed a sticker for next oil change for 40,000 mileage next Christmas. Duh? I think Well need another one before then and wrong mileage was placed on the sticker they provided.Theyre not detailed oriented at all, nor do they look to see what theyve put on your window.I think they put wrong sticker on our windshield.They washed the car which was nice of them.Attendant was nice as could be...We like that. Very likeable.

We just purchased our 6th vehicle from Flow Toyota. Todd and his staff worked to find us the right car at the right price. Cipri was our salesperson and as usual, did a great job in making sure all the details were well taken care of.

We visited the Flow service department during a trip. We are longtime Honda customers and we had an issue that couldnt wait until we returned home to our local dealership. The people at Flow could not have been nicer or more helpful. They immediately took us in and quickly resolved what turned out to be a minor problem. If we lived in Statesville they would certainly have us as fulltime customers.

Where can I start, Normally going to a dealership is comparable to seeing a dentist. Due to the upheaval in our world that Covid has caused for everyone and me still basically being in a bubble it was the by far the best experience I have had, if there was a bump it was smoothed over immediately. I am a handful and particular about customer service however, from the first communication with Joe S and Eric C, the Retail Sales Manager to the amazing duo John and Sherry who went above and beyond numerous times, Flow Toyota in Statesville, North Carolina has earned a loyal customer to their list of I am sure many. This review is for the Statesville flow not the Winston-Salem flow which again we avoided. Statesville had excellent service, super friendly with a small town feel. They did not rush you, they did not pressure you, they helped wherever they could. Great staff. This is the first time I have actually liked a salesperson. Bailey made us feel comfortable from the time we arrived. They did not rush out into the parking lot to pressure you . I would highly recommend Statesville Honda.

I just became the new owner of a Flow-certified, slightly used 350Z. I live in Columbia, SC and found the car advertised on the internet. The dealership is 2+ hours away, but I could tell Flow Automotive was top notch. I contacted them and communicated with CRC Agent, Cailey Sween, about setting up a test drive. She was invaluable, setting up the VIP test drive appointment and answering some process questions I had. She connected me to Salesman, Bobby Piland, who stayed in touch with me up to the appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early and he already had the car detailed and ready for the test drive. Bobby made the entire purchase process go smoothly even when State Farm had issues on their end which could have delayed the purchase. Bobby and Cailey eased my mind through the entire process and made this an easy decision to purchase from Flow. Thank you both!!!

Scott Hale was exceptional! It was an absolute pleasure working out all of the fine details with him. Car-buying can be a long and arduous process, but he made our first car-buying experience a delight. My parents were there and he did not drop the ball in being funny and charming, getting them drinks and making us feel like we were VIPs. He did everything in his power to do his job well and it was actually a fun day doing paperwork! He was a fantastic face to Flow automotive and we are so glad to be part of the Flow family!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Very nice pictures online. Went with money in hand to purchase a car. Total disappointment. Car needed body work on each and every door, fender, both mirrors were messed up and both bumpers were trash. Looked like it had collided with many, many mailboxes, fences, and maybe even some barbed wire. The sales guy told us “it’s a super saver”. There was another sales guy who came out and he acted totally embarrassed. He said well usually they take care of the minor things before they sale. We were replacing a wrecked car and this car looked worse and needed almost as much work. He also told us that we could pay $199 to get some of the “minor” scratches out and he encouraged us to drive it. Into a pole is the only place I would have driven it. If you are wasting your evening to drive to this dealership from any distance, I recommend you ask for clear pictures before you go. Their photographer needs a raise for getting people on the lot. Give the star to that guy!

Helpful and friendly... However wait times need to be a little shorter for regular maintenance was the biggest concern from what I over heard in the waiting area. But if the job is done right it worth a little bit more time.

I bought my CR-V new at FLOW HONDA in 2016. I kept having to have it jumped every time I stopped anywhere. Being disabled & living alone, this became quite a problem & trusting strangers to ask❣️ I had to go back TWICE to convince them ...I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY, NOT A HALF HOUR CHARGE only to get back out & start same thing again.On 2nd trip, I instructed SEAN I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY or A new BATTERY & ALTENATOR ‼️ I could not continue to go to this being late for Church Services, Dr. appts., etc. They put in a NEW battery this trip & even replaced my wiper on the back that was falling apart❣️ Im now happy with FLOW ❣️

Cipri ( pronounced chip-pree ) seems to focus on his customers happiness. He was quick to respond to all my requests. No hype, no bs, all business and smiles. Probably the best salesman I met in my entire car shopping experience! The staff is a true team that enjoy their jobs.Another plus... The cars are not over fragranced! The carpet cleaner is too strong but all in all, the cleaning department cleans the cars, no cover up, an honest clean!
