I made an appointment to look at a 2018 Honda Accord sport 2.0. In the beginning I spoke with a nice woman by the name of Lauren and she was very helpful. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Luke, my soon to be salesman. The whole process was very smooth and organized and I appreciated that. I felt that they wanted me to be able to get what I want so they were patient with me and made that happen. I am very pleased with the customer service from Honda Flow in Statesville. *Yes my car was detailed very nicely and thoroughly but the drive home was buggy.

Probably the best experience buying a car Ive ever had! I drove from Raleigh because they had the CR-V I wanted, and it was at LEAST $2k LESS than what I was seeing in the Raleigh area for the same car. Shaun K. was my salesperson, and he was wonderful. He gave me options to consider, making sure I made the right decision for me, and NEVER made me feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I had so much fun, I didnt even realize I had been there more than 5 hours by the time all was said and done! I would definitely make the 2-hour drive again if I need another car.

I was looking to buy a used car, but after interacting with a couple of employees working here I changed my mind...they were not very helpful ( and not very friendly either)...one of them never offered to show me anything (B) just handed me his card..the other one didnt offer a card and when I asked for one he said just ask for S.. I guess that was a plus because at least he didnt hand me a card and go rushing back inside.They have fairly nice vehicles and that is the only reason I gave 4 stars...I noticed these two got rave reviews from those who bought new or almost new vehicles... Employees you are working for John Q Public and should take a course in good manners....or youre going to lose a lot of business.Another thing I looked at several used vehicles and never saw a one for the advertised online price!Ive never in my life been on a car lot where the sales people acted so arrogantly ...guess they dont care if you buy it not.

Just a complete waste 2 hours on a weekend!!!I went in for regular engine oil change service on my scheduled appointment time. Waited 1 hour and 40 minutes before I checked with them how long it was gonna take. The rep told me that they had not even started and would take another hour. So I left the place after waiting 1 hour 40 minutes without getting ANYTHING done. And that was with a scheduled appointment. Would never go back nor would recommend the place.

I bought a brand new Honda HRV here a few years ago, and there was a dent in the top of it from being on the lot. I was getting ready to travel and wasnt sure when Id be back, the salesman said I could bring it back whenever and theyd fix it or give me the cash value. Well, dumb me at the time should have gotten it in writing. I made multiple attempts to contact them about it, and it was always Oh we have to contact the main office to pull those records! Never got a call back and was never fixed or paid for. Do not buy a car here, theyre absolutely terrible. I put off leaving this review for a while in hopes theyd eventually call me back and get it fixed, but now its obviously not going to happen so Im warning others. Theyre super shady.

Place was awesome! Shaun was super knowledgeable about the vehicles and most impressive quality was if he didnt know he found out!! No hidden fees and the price was fair. Had no plans of actually buying today but I walked away with a brand new car because of Shaun and Billys efforts.
