Good-looking Lumber but its high

Called to see if we could have a lumber order pulled and an estimated amount of time it may take so we could prepare. Staff was not helpful and insisted they had no clue how long it would take to pull our order, almost insulted that we asked. Proceeded to say we appreciated them checking and that we would have to go elsewhere to pick up the products. This is the unfortunate part, the woman on the line didnt properly hang up the phone and we heard them mocking us because we were taking our business elsewhere. They repeated what my wife said, exaggerating the phrase we appreciate it, but we will have to go somewhere else. This was juvenile and disrespectful, I would advise if you want to be treated properly with respect by staff that you buy your lumber and hardware elsewhere. Also im not sure what type of lumber yard doesnt have the capacity to check the amount of orders are in the queue ahead of you to be pulled in order to give an estimated time before yours could be tended to. Pure laziness I suppose.. 0/10 would not call again

Great selection of products and very reasonable prices, helpful staff. Got a Tarter 16 6-bar gate, concrete, and posts all at the same place and for less money than any where else I priced today. Saved a lot of time and hassle. They were even open on Christmas Eve and that sealed the deal as this was a last-minute project for my wife Id been putting off due to work.
