Always love a trip to TSC!!! :)Todays visit was a hunt for the Rotella T4 15w40 oil my old 1994 diesel pickup requires. I did find a brand I am not familiar with--- but its diesel oil, 15w40.Thank you TSC-- neither W-M nor Sams Club has it, nor do they have it to ship...My truck is happy now!! 😊

Little pricey on some things,but generally has what I am looking for when no one else does. Nice people and good selection of items.

I will never buy dog food from here again I got retriever choice chops only had for 5 days and almost a whole bag is being thrown in the trash. The whole bottom on it seems like it has gotten wet well the food is molded on the bottom and has maggots in it like its a old bag of food that got water on it of some sort. Straight disgusting.

Awesome staff, they always help and go out of their way especially for special orders. The smoothest and most consistently excellent curbside service compared to other LARGE name brand stores. I never have to wait long and they always make sure I have all the parts of my order. This particular location has a great selection especially their animal health and wellness supplements/first aid. My one grievance is they dont carry Nutrena Naturewise Hearty Hen please consider stocking Ill buy enough to make it worth it :)

Staff is fantastic. No matter how busy they seem to just drop what their doing to help. Love there prices for my chicken, dog and cat foods!

This place has a diverse selection of items. On the other hand it is a pain visually to be able to locate said items. This was my first visit and I definitely wasnt impressed with the customer service either. One cool thing I saw was a body safe for 1000 bucks. Those things look cool. Cheap panic room option 🤔🤔🤔

Our favorite place to shop in the state of nc. Always fully stocked and down to earth about this virus bs. Employees always friendly and helpful. Cant say enough about them. Great products and carry things you might not expect. Not just a feed store. Good selection of gardening stuff, animal meds and supplies. Also has a rewards program. The only complaint would be that they will sell you dead plants at full price but that must be a corporate thing because they dont mark down dried up plants that are found inside the store. Would think if they cant mark them down they would throw them out but ... otherwise Great place

I usually love tractor supply pleasant helpful associates. However I went in Saturday just to buy a pet vaccine. The cashier was swamped on one cashier however when I asked him to call for someone to help me he called right away. Nobody ever cam I was near the back an saw a female walking in employee only section I poked my head in and told I need help as well as other people. She said I am unloading a truck. I tried to tell her the cashier was slammed. She said well there should be 2 other employees out there. I explained there wasnt and I just needed a pet vaccine. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I am the manager. Tracy you were very rude and unhelpful and your poor cashier stayed slammed.

They dont just have farming supplies like most people think, but sell some decorative stuff and farm based toys as well. Most of the time we go during chick days so our kids can look at the chicks and the associates are always friendly.

Cheap place to get chicken feed..I can get my bearded dragons freeze dried meal worms by the large pound bag for 5.99 instead of getting a 5 oz plastic container for 9.99 at the pet store. They have the cutest chicken themed items. Also farm animal signs. I loved the blankets they had for Christmas, I bought 2 lol.

I went to rent their trailer so I could buy a Cub Cadet @ Home Depot, since I had HDs credit card. I looked outside for their riders and only found one assembled. Then I met Joy. This young lady is so full of energy and enthusiasm for customer service. I had all intentions of buying a 42 LT. I drove out of there with a 50 and was happy that I did. She is the greatest. Oh, and by the way, the LT 50 is great as well.

Tree buyers beware. Purchased $360.00 worth of fruit trees (12 total) this Spring. Eleven survived the transplant and are doing well. One never leafed out - tried to return and was told store policy is not to replace dead plants. The district manager’s store policy. Employees are kind and professional. Will purchase future trees, shrubbery and supplies at Lowes and Walmart to support their one year return policy. It’s logical.

Terrible customer service if you don’t know exactly what you’re needing and where it is. I asked for something and the associate said “nope I don’t have any of that.” So I walked over to someone else and asked. They pointed to it for me.

We visited here to pick up a battery and box for a project. They are super nice people and not much on formality. About what you would expect. I would think their range of products could increase quite a bit and it would bring more folks in.

I have visited Tractor Supply for many-a projects. This place is one of the best places you can go for ag. and livestock supplies, additionally carrying some hardware and clothing. The customer service is excellent, and the owner is one of the kindest retail owners I know.
