Kelly was extremely helpful in fixing my phone. Any questions I had were answered clearly, the phone was fixed in a timely manner, and he communicated, when necessary, with me to keep a current update on the status of the phone. Avoid Avoid Avoid! if you can travel to the front range or your second home, try “u break I fix”. they’re everywhere in the big cities. I scheduled an appointment online with All Fixed in Steamboat and got no response. I stopped by his office and he was there and looked at my cracked glass. He said he would order the part and get back with me. a month went by and never heard back. stopped by his office and he was there. said the part was shipped to some other location. I travelled to my other home and stopped at one of the 3 “u break i fix” locations in my hometown and they did have to order the glass but had it the next day and completed the task in a few hours.

After dropping my iPhone 8 and finding the home button producing an odd noise and vibration when pressed, I was recommended that I visit Kelly at AllFixed Steamboat. Kelly adeptly handled my iPhone, took it apart and carefully diagnosed as well as fixed the issue, all in less than 20 minutes. Kelly did an awesome job sneaking me in to fix my iPhone. I had a cracked screen and a bum battery and I felt his prices were reasonable and the service was very fast! He even threw a screen protector on there without me asking! Really appreciate his work and getting the job done that day.

After almost 10 months of waiting I finally got my phone back. Its a weird time and I understand businesses are being messed up because of shipping of product and such, but thats where communication comes in. I heard no word from Kelly for months untill I posted something negative about his business and him. Amazingly after that I received a call that my phone was fixed. Id say take your business elsewhere but he seems to be the only one in town. So it might be worth the drive to Denver to find someone else, or ship your phone to be fixed unless your ok waiting months for a repair with no communication

My parents phones were both cracked and Kelly fixed them well but a week after they were fixed the screen started to move on their own. It’s almost as if someone’s inside the phone playing with the screen and randomly typing things. If you get your screen fixed here please everyone watch for this issue.

My phone wouldn’t turn on so I ordered a replacement through my phone insurance. Upon taking my phone to Verizon they told me that I hadn’t backed up to the cloud so all my data was lost and that it was hopeless for me to recover my data. Went to Kelly and told him that I needed my phone to be able to turn on so that I could back up my data to iTunes and then put it on my new phone. He went above and beyond and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. His price was more than fair for the time he invested in helping us. Saving two years worth of data was priceless to me. Would recommend him to everyone and I would never recommend for anyone to listen to Verizon. Always go to Kelly first!

A few years ago took in a Samsung, he fixed screen but the stylus did not work anymore, when I asked him about it, he shrugged and offered no help or integrity to fix the issue that broke on his watch....a few weeks ago, I took a broken Google Pixel (went to him because he is the only guy in town) screen, almost three weeks later, nothing, no repair, no updates, only brief unprofessional email replies, and no repair...I had to go to his store, hope he was in, and just get my phone - he handed it to me with no screen (which he had thrown away), no excuses, no explanation other than an apathetic Ive been out of town, nothing.....this guy is the only guy in a town and he knows it....I would pay the extra money to send your devices out of town to be repaired.

Arriving at around 5 and seeing a be back soon sign i waited over an hour for the owner to return. After seeing several people looking to pick up their phones who said he told them to come at 5 and trying several times to contact the owner i left
