Tim is amazing. No matter the issue, as long as it is possible to solve, He will solve it. Everyone that comes into the store he greets, and gives an estimation on when he will be able to help. He shows that he cares about his customers. He is very knowledgeable regarding all smartphones. I know many people who have gone to see him, and all have had great success. Tim is the man!

I went in on a Sunday to get a new Samsung Galaxy watch 3. I hit it just right because there was no line. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The woman who helped me was terrific. She new what she was doing and was very informative. This store has the lastest and greatest. I have bought 3 phones and a watch from this Verizon and I recommend them.

We were going insane trying to figure out how to open a new Verizon Plan and switch my fiance off AT&T. The associates at the other store told us a different thing we had to do each time we were in there and we were beyond frustrated. When we finally tried the other location Tim was amazing. He was efficient and knowledgeable and we had our plans switched and new phones in hand within an hour. I will only go to this Verizon location now.
I recently lost my phone and so I purchased one off Amazon and had Verizon send me a replacement sim card. When I received the card it wanted me to chose a new phone number. I was to be getting the sim card with my lost number. With that said I went into the Verizon store and Tim helped me perfectly. Tim Miller provides terrible service. I would highly recommend working with anyone else. Tim did not disclose fees that were associated with the transaction, then when asked about them, he said to contact customer support to have them waive the fee. After contacting customer support, they were not able to and said it was the stores responsibility to do so if that’s what they were offering. After speaking with Tim, he then got escalated and was raising his voice to me, the customer. Very dissatisfied and have filed the necessary complaints against him.
My experience was great. I needed a new phone before they closed and Tom was very helpful. He got me in and out fast and was very friendly. Will go back if I need anything in the future.
Travis at the Steamboat Springs store was very compassionate with an elderly customer who was in the store for quite a while. I was impressed with his patience and attentiveness toward her. Wow! After my husband killed his phone in Bloody Mary mix at work, I came into Verizon on a Saturday in search of a new and better phone at a comparable price. I know...Tall Order! Luckily, I was saved by a very professional and knowledgeable man named Tim. He assisted me with all my questions and even up-selled me on a better phone than what was needed due to his superb sales skills, which I can appreciate being a Sales Manager for a local company. Just wanted to drop a line to say what a great job manager Tim at the Central Park Go Wireless Verizon shop did while working on our upgrades today! After waiting for a month or so for our order of the new Note 9s for me & my GF to come in, we were excited they arrived earlier than expected. Tim spent most of the afternoon today working hard to get our new phones activated, and ran into a number of time consuming issues he had to solve. In addition to helping me with our new phones he was also able to simultaneously help a number of other customers all while maintaining a cool & friendly attitude in what Im sure must have been a frustrating situation for him. Trying to set up a European Samsung S10 with dual SIMs, it turned out that Verizon had sent me the wrong SIM card, a micro instead of a nano card. I was at the store the other day to activate a new phone . The one and only person working, Hannah Medlin, was so smart, kind, and helpful!I felt bad for her because the other worker was a no show and she did an amazing job with the customers!! I am in the customer service industry and I like to give credit when someone goes above and beyond as Hannah did. The sad part is that I left without my new phone activated, not because of her, but because Verizon makes it so difficult! The company would not allow me to keep my number until I paid off my old flip phone that they charged me $$$$250.00 for!!! (A year ago when I lost my 12 year old phone, I couldnt afford a smart phone, so I had to get another flip and Verizon would not let me pay in full; they required me to pay monthly! )So this is the gist of it all: Verizon is a monopoly and they dont give you many options and I rate them one star; but Hannah Medlin was so wonderful and I give her 10 stars**********! Just wait until Verizon has an offer for an amazing rebate. Theres really no benefit to buying in the 3rd party store. This store is run by a company other than Verizon, selling Verizon phones, plans, and merchandise with mark up. The internet is so easy and shipping so fast, save yourself the trouble.The people at the store are nice enough but I strongly suspect are commissions driven. The manager is happy to write down your phone number but Id expect a snowless winter before a call back from her.

Even though all the reviews I saw for this store were negative I thought I would give it a shot anyway. I am glad I did! Michael helped me a lot with my phone upgrade. I was on an old phone plan and had to upgrade that as well. I was worried about having to pay extra since I am currently paying off my student loans, but he went out of his way to make sure my payments were reasonable. For my next upgrade I definitely plan on visiting this store again.

Went in with a new phone that was connected and working with att wanting to switch over from att to verizon to make the wife happy....after two hours+ left with a huge messup they disconnected my wifes phone lost my att number and ill leave it at that. wifes now switching 5 lines to att ill have to deal with losing my number i had for years and the hassle. but fyi verizon signal sucks out here and att is better and cheaper so i guess we win in the long run. but so anyone knows they do nothing special in this store in fact if i did everything online it wouldnt of been so messed up. ....dont go here im being very honest you will leave in a worse condition due to an inability of the location.

Zero Stars. Terrible Service in Steamboat.This company sold a few years ago. The previous owner (My Wireless), offered one of the most consistent customer service experiences I have ever had. I went into GoWirleless, Central Park Location, several times in the first year they were open. I had consistently bad experiences. Yesterday, it was more convenient to go in there than to drive downtown. I went in there with a small problem - I needed my new phone switched from my sons number to mine. I thought I will give them a try, maybe its changed.Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I could FEEL the hostility. A few people waiting, the manager, Courtney, at the counter being horribly abrupt with the 2 people there before me. The woman in front of me was choosing a phone for her daughters upcoming birthday. She was smiling and asking questions. Courtney never once smiled. Just answered questions, looking bored. As the woman was leaving, I smiled at her and said that is a great birthday present! The womans face lit up and she replied yes! And shes only 11! (It was SO SIMPLE to engage and affirm her gift idea.) It would have been so simple for the rude manager to do this, but she didnt.I walked up to the counter, she made no eye contact. Looking at a screen, asked what I needed. (wow...bad start)I ignored her behavior and smiled and explained I used my sons upgrade and just needed help changing it to my number. I said hes at college, and Im worried if I do this without help, I might turn off his phone. I just wanted to be sure I did it right. She never looked at me during the explanation. Finally, she glared and said she couldnt do it. Rolled her eyes, looked disgusted, as I explained an online Verizon person said it was very easy - and had instructed me to stop by a Verizon store and it could be done in 5 minutes. She literally snarled at me, and said Fine, I can do it, its a $20 fee.Now, I understand that I did not buy the phone from her store THAT day, but she had NO idea where I bought it. They have TWO locations in town. I understand service fees need to apply sometimes, and that local stores are frustrated with Verizon selling direct to customers. I understand local stores need to make money. But her attitude and lack of willingness to even LISTEN to my story, let alone help me? THIS does not grow your business. She never engaged me. Never asked where I purchased the phone. Never showed any desire to provide service.It was not the ACT of charging $20 that offended me. It was the hideous customer service I witnessed prior to my engagement with her. It was her terrible body language. It was her obvious distaste in having to listen to me. I was so shocked. Steamboat is a very small town. I have only written one other bad review here since joining yelp years ago. This woman should not be working in customer service, and she certainly shouldnt be managing a team. I noticed another negative review this year for this location, and the person said the manager was not helpful and took no responsibility...I highly recommend you purchase your products online from Verizon, and call them when you need help. I called Verizon today - it took them 4 minutes to help me, and the gentleman was so pleasant. What a stark difference I experienced between those two experiences, and what a memorable negative impression Courtney made on me. I will never go in that store again.

Really poor customer service the red haired girl wasnt willing to do something on my account that wouldnt net her a commission. Also the fact that she didnt even know the difference between a SIM and micro SIM is pretty ridiculous.
