Mallory was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered our questions and solved our problems, she is the best. Luis was available at the end of our time and he was more of the same-well run and professional store! We expected to spend a couple of hours upgrading 2 phones and bedding help with several issues, we were ther just over an hour.

Absolutely incompetent employees. Spent hours on the phone with ATT which got me no where, thought I could get some help from these guys and was basically told that they are not ATT, they are Active Communications and that they are not tech support. Wouldnt spend a dime at this pathetic excuse for a store.

Just worked with Mallory at the Steamboat AT&T to set up 2 new lines for my children. She was so patient, helpful, and just awesome to work with. She helped save us money, which made us very 😃 happy! Could not recommend her more! This could have been stressful but she made it delightful.

I went into AT&T on Tuesday I needed help getting a IPad on my plan! Luis was so very helpful, he took all the information for what I was looking for made it so easy and pain free, He was so nice kinda and very very polite! He made my day! I was having a rough day and when I left the store I was happy with what I got and didn’t have to spend an arm and leg! Luis was the best and I will definitely come back! Also the COVID protocol was easy to understand!

Worst experience ever. I came in with my husband and baby to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Long story short the man working told us my baby needed to wait outside only I could be in the store, are you kidding me! We were the only ones in the store and were all going to be getting a new plan. I was told I needed to stand outside to get info from Verizon and my husband and baby would have to wait outside the whole time. Such a damn joke!!! If you must use AT&T, its worth the drive to go anywhere but here. I would not give them a minute or cent of my business!!! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would!

The staff here has always been very friendly, however, I switched my plan from Verizon 13 months ago and was supposed to get a $700 dollar credit on a trade in for an old iPhone to get a new iPhone. Im still waiting on that credit. AT&T customer service will not take care of this and each time I contact the store I am told that the manager has to take care of this and that she is busy with another store. I turned in an old phone that I could have done something with and still have not seen any of the credit i was promised. When I opened this account the person helping me spelled by name wrong which is still incorrect on my bills even though it has been fixed multiple times and she entered my email wrong so it took me months to get access to my online account. She put all this information in and never verified it with me before submitting it. A couple months later I took in a couple of kids watches to have activated and instead of being put on smart watch plans they were placed on full phone plans. When I went into a different store to straighten things out the guy that helped me couldnt believe how screwed up my account was. Im very disappointed in the lack of knowledge that was used to handle my account a year ago and that lack of accountability in correcting the issue at hand. Most likely will switch back to Verizon when all is said and done.

Luis is very knowledgeable and was able to help me get a four phone, new to AT&T order completed after I had problems placing the order online. The store also has very good Covid protocols in place.

Just got a new iPhone. Went to this new AT&T store in Steamboat. Was helped right away to a case & shield for phone and they had a good selection. The service person was real friendly and efficient. Good first experience with this store.
