I have given Kevin 5 stars, but read 10 stars--- all gold. When waiting a few minutes while Kevin assisted several other customers I observed a competent, dedicated, courteous gentleman, who in a pause, acknowledged me and indicated hed be with me soon,a courtesy too often forgotten.When my turn came I had a number of questions, some convoluted. He answered each in an understandable way. (some techies cant do this).Kevin went waaaaay beyond the usual to assist me and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, & happy to share his expertise. He is a credit to Verizon and I highly recommend him.

Horrible service, signed up for two new phones per Verizon’s deal I was supposed to receive 2 200$ gift cards . Weeks later with hours spent on hold with customer service and still no gift cards .

Kevin the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. He resolved my issues immediately and helped my company with email access on our phones that our IT could nor figure. The best cell phone store experience I have had.

The lady working the front counter was extremely rude. I went in to get help with my phone and she interrupted me and gave me a hotline number to call. While on that call the operator told me to return to the store and have an employee remove my SIM card and check it. I went back to the store and was rudely greeted by the initial lady with a “didn’t I already help you?”. I explained what the person on the phone told me to do and she yelled at me saying she couldn’t do that. Very rude and lazy employees and I highly do not recommend coming here.

I recently went into this Verizon shop with a lot of frustration due to the issues I was having with my phone, and immediately Ivana helped me take care the problem with professionalism and ease. She was amazing, so knowledgable and even taught me a few things I didnt know about iPhones. I am so grateful wonderful people like Ivana are there to help! This is the best Verizon store in Steamboat Springs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a Droid turbo 2 that wouldnt charge and was able to get the help from the rep here to get it replaced with the defect for free. So great that they are willing and able to help get the results I was hoping for.

Phone went down on Saturday night, and I had to have it in time for work on Monday. J greeted me with a smile early Sunday morning and worked with me to get my phone up and running - I even had all my apps & data back before leaving the store. The entire visit only took about 35 minutes and she (J) offered friendly conversation the entire time. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received and I will certainly refer others to this store. J is a ROCKSTAR!

I have been a Verizon customer for years, and have never met a sales representative that I have enjoyed more than Jim, the manager of this store.He was extremely knowledgeable and looked for ways to save me money and advised me as though I was family. This verizon retail store is the best service and has had the most knowledgeable staff. If you live in Steamboat I would suggest buying from this store, because they will always be there to help you and replace your equipment if you need. If you buy from Verizon corporate you will have to go through them for support. So, support locals and their salaries by going to this store.

If you have a lot of time to waste you will love this place. Only one guy working helping one lady, waited twenty minutes when he said come back in 30 minutes, I did. I sat for another 30 minutes while he help the same lady. After running into a glitch he told me it would be yet another 30 minutes while he help the same woman. This is the third time I have attempted to get a simple problem fixed by going to this buisness and have walk out empty handed. This time with over 2 hours totally wasted. Thanks go Verizon ( maybe more than one employee might help.

These guys are more than willing to sell you a phone but if you need ANYTHING done after that dont expect them to lift. Have gone in twice since buying two phones from them Jason has served us both times. Once to put on a cracked screen in which we had bought the warranty. After attempting to put on the cover he told us we may want to try another store. Today we went back in because my wifes phone didnt work properly and he had an attitude of indifference. We went to another store in town and they were more than willing to make some changes to her settings and describe to us our options if the phone didnt work. Go to the Verizon store in town.So I guess your invite to email or call is just as bad as the service you provide. Have sent you an email wit no return call. Terrible.

I switched over from AT&T to Verizon when I moved up to Steamboat and I got the Google Pixel (gen. 1). I paid over $1300 in the first 3 months for a phone that had terrible to no service at all times. I had gone in a few times to dispute charges on my account that where not mine and the in-store employees where absolutely horrible. I am now over a year later dealing with the consequences of having to default the phone because I refused to continue to pay for a non working service and phone past the $1300 I had already paid since the quoted price of the phone is only $1200 and since I wasnt getting service anyways I dont see why I would pay for it any longer. It is now hitting my credit score badly and making my life a living hell as a 23 year old. My credit score was nothing to be wowed before in the upper 700s but is now marked a lot lower than that and I can not get a a credit card, apartment nor car from a dealership without a co-signer.

The guys there are always great to work with, friendly and helpful. Tim made sure I got the right phone after the shipping company lost the first one. It was much appreciated. Thank you!

The guys working there are worthless. Verizon is now buffering everyone, so if your not on unlimited data, expect it. Coverage is also now spotty, which used to be great.

The worst customer service ever. I was told yesterday that today my phone would be worth 100. to trade to a max 2 today it is only for the more expensive turbo 2. When i decided on the max 2 the girl, who did not have a name tag, activated it. At this point i asked about a screen protector, she informed me that they did not have any and that i did not need one but she could order one. Right. Her attitude was that she did not want to be there,not helpful, not friendly, not pleasant. This store lived down the the reputation that i have hered about. New low

Moto G7 is a buggy phone after numerous trips to the local store, final straw was going back to my Turbo Droid 2 and losing text messages for 4 weeks while I tried to use the buggy phones. Manager had done a factory reset before I had checked my text messages.
