They are dishonest and thieves, they priority its to cheats as many customers is possible and make as much money is possible.After I ben waiting there 2 hours and 10 minutes for aligment, the manager with name david he said Im ready to go, I paid the amount of $ 94, he said if you want the warranty for one year you have to pay $129, I said no because I understand he want to rip me more .When he give me the paper I understand right way that they didnt do nothing in my car, because the numbers (angles) were exactly like before I said to the manager he said the numbers doesnt mean anything, now take a look at the numbers (angles ) below

I made a mistake earlier I posted a comment about a competitor of Belle tire. Im a very satisfied client. Ive spent time with this crew all very professional. Once again this is an excellent place my apologies for prior post. I have bought tires and used the mechanic service as well. They really beat up the competition.

They patched my tire several times over a year, all for FREE!!!! I went back to finally get new tire. Stopped in to make apt. and they took car in right then and put new tire on!!! Outstanding, personable and informative staff!!!

Amazing I called 20 minutes before they close I was 3.3 miles away I asked if I could come in to get a nail outThey told me to come in and they took care of me with no problem. Dave, thank you. I was nervous to even call. I hate dealing with rude people. I had been calling around at a few different shops to figure out how much it would cost to get my tire fixed, and everyone that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional. I finally called Belle Tire in sterling heights and talked to Dave. He was by far one of the most professional and genuine people I have ever come across at tire shops. He answered every question I had. Didnt disregard anything I had to say, and most importantly he helped me out. He ordered a tire from their warehouse since my brand wasnt in stock. My plan was to use a warranty through Ford, but it was going to be a hassle. Once Dave looked at my tire, he said we could just patch it FOR FREE.they did the work and I was out in less than 1 hour. Thank you Belle Tire. Thank you Dave. Super clean facility to wait in as well. I will be a return customer when I need service again

The staff here is not great, they have no interest in actually helping you. Have now come in and had bad experiences twice. First time was looking for something very specific and the sales guy not only told me I was wrong when in fact I was right and proved him wrong by looking at the car he then did not apologize and said I should but snow tires on my sports car that has never seen snow. But that was better then his suggestion of putting thr wrong size tire on I guess. Second time I was trying to get a tire looked at under my warranty, was basically told were busy it will be 4 to 5 hours. Did not offer my an appointment I had to ask him to make one and even then he wanted nothing to do with me.

The guys there were awesome. I pulled up first just to put air in my low tire, I love this because they have FREE AIR here. But then saw a nail in the tire while it was filling. The front guy totally just took my key, had them pull my vehicle in, hoist it up, plugged/patched my tire & filled it up, and also I formed me of a few other problems I had going on or starting. They did not have to let me know or anything or even look into it. But they were a great help here. Id come back to these guys any day.

Needed to replace a tire pressure sensor because of a warning light. I was able to make an appointment. The job was done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. The warning light did not turn off but the next day Belle Tire was able to figure out the problem and fix the warning light.Always satisfied with their work.

My 2008 Cadillac CTS had a tire pressure sensor that wasnt reporting and I also wanted a rotation and 4 wheel balance; I dropped it off first thing in the AM on a Monday. They promptly looked at it and contacted me with their information they had about my problem. They cleared the issue and even made a recommendation to save me money for my TPMS issue. Rotated and balanced the tires properly as well. Ive been going here for a long time and always get good service, thanks guys 👍🏻

I am currently sitting in my car at a Discount Tire and reminiscing over the joyful and pleasant memory I had at this Belle Tire not too long ago. I was checked in within a matter of minutes, despite arriving at a very busy time, and a four wheel balance and alignment was done in less than 30 minutes! Completely opposite experience of Discount Tire where I have been sitting here for the past 20 minutes (even though I had scheduled an appointment) and still have not even been checked in yet!Also, I agree 100% with other reviews which state that this Belle Tire is worth the extra drive in comparison to the other Belle Tires in terms of the service you will receive from these guys. Amazing hospitality and customer service. I will make sure I get tires for all my vehicles from here next time (so I wont be stuck at a Discount Tire).

This company put 4 new tires on my vehicle, we had to go back three times do to leaky valve stems that were not seated properly. Though they were nice, they dont do there job right.

Took my Tahoe here back in March because my brake lights weren’t working. They claimed they couldn’t fix it because it needed new wiring. I took it to Sterling car care the next week and they literally just had to put in a new brake light switch. I wouldn’t take your car here. Incompetent technicians.

Frank the manager, saved the reputation of this particular Belle Tire. Had it not been for that, this would be a 5 star rating. Got 2 tires and a sensor had to go back 2 times because they didn’t replace the sensor the first time like I asked then had to come back again because the tires weren’t sealed correctly. Also they leave the tire pressure’s all over the place even when I specifically ask them to double check them. Ended up setting correct pressure myself in the parking lot while they watched me. Useless.

I came today because there was a screw in my car tire and I reported it to the manager and he told me you will wait for two hours and actually I waited two hours after that he came to me and told me that the tire was fixed and when I went to my house it became clear to me that the screw is still there and no one touched the car and when I came back and reported it, he did not show any One of the importance to me, including the manager, unfortunately the service is very very bad I did not go there again I and all my relatives and I have a black 2018 impala

* Beware of the service * Very disappointed with the service. Yesterday I specifically mentioned that my car is loosing pressure in all 4 tires, so before allignment and rotation please fix the tires. That was in morning 8:20 am at 5:30 pm I asked whether they fixed it, there was no definite answer. The associate Frank D Belcher without asking me if I am interested in the lifetime allignment charged me extra $30. When I saw the receipt, I told him that I did not asked for it. Another associate refunded the amount. This is not good, you guys are selling added services without consent. As soon as I left the location, the wheel started bubbling and I came back in five minutes asked why the slip light turned on and why I feel bubble in the tire. The associate told me the tires might need balancing. So I paid for an allignment that still needs balancing. The mechanic said that it will cost $80 for the slip light that was not there when I turned in the car. Awesome, all day I left the car to get this service wow.I just put air in all 4 tires. So no one bothered to check why the tires were loosing air pressure.

Three stars for the free air at this Belle Tire. Lost 2 stars for the difficulty with the air nozzle. You have to push really hard for it to work. On my first tire I was actually losing air for the first minute. At other Belle Tires Ive not had this problem. But you get what you pay for.

Found out I had a bolt in one of my tires while filling it up to full pressure at their free air jack. Walked right in, the guy at the desk was super nice and offered to take the car in and patch it up, even though they were closing in around 30 minutes. He said it could take around an hour but I got it back in under 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and extremely satisfied with the experience!

Was pleasantly surprised when getting tires balanced and the service tech suggested to check front end alignment. He stated no charge to check, alas it was of very little and I declined. To my surprise he had it adjusted at no charge just to eliminate a future problem. Thats how you get repeat customers.

Terrible! Never anywhere to park your car. Back lot is full of cars where it should be for customer parking. In front there are 4, maybe 5 spots to park. Always full. One time I had an oil change and they didnt use paper down on floorboard and they left greasy boot prints. I have photos.No appointments, walk in only.Done with Belle Tire, lost my business!Horrible

Took my husbands Ford Focus here for originally a bubble in the tire. Called ahead and talked to Brandon, when I got there I dealt with Chris the assistant manager. Very polite friendly staff. Was in and our in 45 minutes. They let me keep the old tires due to still having tread. (Hard to believe with the way my husband drives LOL). Definitely will go back when its time again.

I purchased a set of Michelin Premier LTX tires for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in August, 2017. These tires were rated for 60,000 miles and we only got 23,600 out of them. Very nice handling tires but woefully short on delivering the miles they advertised. The internet is full of terrible reviews regarding this tire.Brandon Baubie (my Belle Tire sales rep) immediately declared that these tires were no longer safe as soon as he looked at them. He contacted Michelin and got my next set of Michelins prorated at exactly the figure I expected. While it is a hassle getting new tires Brandon made this transaction easy. It is nice to know that Belle Tire and Brandon value their customers and stand behind their sales.I am hopeful that the Michelin Premier A/S tires that I just got will last the 60,000 miles they are rated for. Thanks Brandon for your help!

My wife and i have 3 vehicles. The only place we trust is this location. The staff does not pressure you to buy something you dont need.They are always friendly and honest. I am in the auto industry, I can tell when someone is feeding you a line of bull $#. These guys get you in and out as quick as they can. There pricesare very competitive with any other Tire store. We have been going to this location for years! And unless something changes, we have no reason to go anywhere else. And they back up there work!Its a shame that people dont understand that if a store is busy, and there are customers ahead of you, naturally you will have to wait a little longer for your vehicle.and if there is a problem they will handle it.They always do for us! As long as you are a level headed practical person, this is the store for you!!If you are impatient and have a negative attitude, and think your going to get your vehicle repaired like a drive through mcdonalds, than you probably shouldnt own a vehicle in the 1st place. So be patient they will get it done as soon as they can. They dont want to keep your vehicle any longer than you want to wait.

The guys here have been amazing. We bought a used car in September that had been so much trouble for us. Will is a very knowledgeable mechanic. He was willing to trouble shoot some major repairs before having to party out thousands of dollars. We had O2 sensor replaced, new battery, new starter and they fixed our oil pan trouble without having to replace the whole thing. I cannot recommend them more!

I have been coming to this Sterling Heights location for 20 years. I have personally purchased many sets of tires and have referred many friends and family here. I have never had a bad experience at this location nor others that I have been to. As another person commented above, service after the sale is so important. I as well have tried on several occasions to get a tire rotation but have been unsuccessful. Each time the wait times were excessive. Suggestion to Bell Tire! how about a dedicated 1 technician 1 service bay tire rotation fast lane?. This location is extremely busy ALL THE TIME but service after the sale is critical.

Belle tire has a policy where if you have one bad brake caliper they are required to replace the opposite side that is perfectly fine. I call that selling a service that us not required. GM does not require this. So why should belle tire. And GM makes this vehicle. I think the state of Michigan automotive regulations should know about this.

When it was determined that I needed to replace all four tires on my car, Jeff worked very closely with me to find great tires for a good deal. This was an unexpected expense and I felt like he really sympathized with me!

I love this Belle Tire location. I get all my oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and new tires. I recently got new tires for my car. I had flat tire in my other car which had dealer installed tires, Kevin fixed the flat tire for no cost to me. That shows excellent customer service. If you ever go to this location, ask for Kevin.By the way, they also gave me pro-rated discount for my old tires when I got my tire replaced.

My daughter got a blowout (along with previous car issues), on a Friday at midnight and I live 200 miles away. After I talked her off the ledge and told her wed take care of it tomorrow, I got up bright and early on Saturday to find a Belle Tire near Sterling Heights. I had previously dealt with a Belle Tire in White Lake and felt theyd shot square with me. Bingo! There was one and it was open on Saturday. I called and spoke with Zack, who could not have been more professional or helpful. He even gave me the number of a very nice and fair towing service, Gregs Towing. Since my daughter has a young family and nary a dollar to her name for emergencies, mom was footing the bill. Zack was very amenable to that, and even suggested opening a line of Belle Tire credit with 0% interest for 1 year for this situation as well as any future emergencies she might encounter. Zack was very patient with my questions and kind to my daughter and her baby. No one likes spending big bucks on car repairs, but he certainly made it more palatable!

Had a bad experience at the Royal Oak location on Woodward and 13 mile. Went there three different times for a wheel alignment and they could not get it done. They even charge me $80 for it went to a different location and they noticed alignment with the way off and they’re going to back charge the Rollo location for the work. I have had many experiences with Belle tire and so far they have all been positive. They have been honest,fair and straightforward about pricing and they back their work.

Service was fast. I got my tires changed for a good price, but for some reason ABS popped in my dashboard after changing tires. I should visit them again so see what the problem is.
