I bought my son a Volvo S80 and it had a stone crack in the windshield. I called Mr. Windshield before purchasing to see about price to replace it and got a quote. The place i bought it from said they could do better,i said okay call your guy, they did and their guy was 100 dollars more! .I called Mr. Windshield back made an appointment, got to the appointment they got my car in right away . They have a nice comfy waiting area with swivel tops on the chairs for laptops and free coffee. They also have a wait area outside. the establishment was very clean and the people very friendly. and HONEST!!!! The worker came to tell me he could replace the window or he could simply fix the chipped areaI had that done, it was under $50.00! When i was checking out the very helpful cashier informed me if i kept my receipt and ever needed to have that window replaced theyd take off the amount i had just paid towards the price of a windshield.I would recommend Mr. Windshield for all your car glass needs and i would definitely use them again.It is hard to find good honest professionals who go that extra mile for you and they are that kind of company. Let’s be honest, replacing a windshield is not fun. It costs time and money. Sure everyone has seen commercials for large companies that come to you. If you don’t want your insurance to go up you want a good price on a windshield. This is the place to get it. I was quoted more than double by multiple places. I set an appointment and they got my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes for way less than anyone else. Support local business and get a great deal.

Same day service, very affordable ($110.00 less than Safelife) friendly staff.Safelife left me without a windshield - said there was too much structural damage to replace the windshield - after the man removed it - Thanks a lot!Mr. Windshield SAVED THE DAY!!!They earned a customer for life.

Overall the installation of my windshield seems good, no broken trim as others have mentioned, the glass seems to be in good shape. Time will tell if the install holds up. That seems to be where the good ends.When my car was returned to me I first noticed small black clumps all over my hood, roof and console. I assume this was excess epoxy from the install. Next the interior door trim of my car was covered in mud. (see picture)I wish I would have paid the extra $50 to have my vehicle serviced in my driveway by another company. At least then I wouldnt be spending my afternoon scrubbing hardened epoxy off my paint and washing my carpets.

Really nice experience here. I was quoted a low price over the phone, but it was found that my windshield had things specific to the make and model that would increase the cost, but that was to be expected. I still paid way less than my deductible and what some other places would charge. I called to make the appointment the afternoon before and was scheduled for 8am the next day. Was also told they had my windshield already in stock so nothing had to be ordered. Work was done in a little over an hour and waiting room had nice leather seating area. I drove 20 minutes for this place and it was totally worth it. Very friendly staff.

I took my windshield to get replaced. After installation, the new windshield had a scratch on it. The manager was not in, therefore, we had to call the next day to speak about the incident. Steve (manager) was very very unprofessional! He told me “he can give us $20 back or full-refund if we bring it back in, but the windshield will leave with a crack on it”. After, being lost for words on the way he spoke to me and gave me the two options, he hung up on me. Called back and spoke to Karen, asked her if I can speak to a supervisor or the owner of the business. She stated that she is not authorized to give me that information. Extremely upset on how they approached an unhappy customer. Steve needs to be replaced, he is not manager material. If you are unhappy with your service, do not expect to get a satisfied after complaint.

Best price after shopping around. Pleasant, professional attitude. It took a little more than the hour I was told to expect but the best price quote, television and free accommodating coffee made up for it. I believe i was quoted 185- over the phone and the write up was 188. As i didnt have the post it i wrote it on with me i didnt mention it. Write up mount was still better than other quotes.

I was all set to until use Safelite until they was taking three days to tell me what the insurance would cover. I used there website and Steve emailed me a quote and I called a scheduled a time. I went to Mr. Windshield today. I called and they got me in right away. My windshield was making noise. They checked it out and found that a screw was missing from the vent by the windshield. They also applied extra glue along my seal. And they did this all free of charge. The guys in the back were awesome and knew what they were doing. I’ve been to Mr. Windshield a few times over the past couple of years and each time is such a pleasant experience. I will never come back to this place. I made sure to schedule an appointment to get my front windshield replaced so that I wouldnt have to wait around all day. After bringing my vehicle in for a 9 am appointment, I was told by Karen it would be about an hour. Fine, no problem.1.5 hours later, I inquired about the status of my vehicle since I saw it wasnt driven into the shop until 9:45 am. Karen told me she would check, and disappeared for 20 minutes. I could hear her in the back asking about my vehicle. She was telling someone that my vehicle was supposed to be done by now, and a man responded that he did a drop-off first.When Karen came back she said that they were really busy, but never explained to me that the real reason is that they screwed up. No apology, nothing.2.5 hours later, my vehicle was finally done. When I looked around inside, I noticed black tape, a large piece of glass, and many smaller pieces of glass scattered all over the passenger side floor.The place is disorganized, and Karen lied to me. They also did not clean up broken glass. I would find another glass company, they seem to be running a third-rate operation. Once again, this place lied about my arrival time in their response. They said I showed up close to 9:20. As you can clearly see from my timeline, I was there at 8:36 am, and left at 11:24 am.

Im very happy with how Mr. Windshield handled my repair.They gave me a very quick quote over the weekend and I took my car to them within the next few days.I was in and out within an hour, just like they said.Unfortunately, the next day I noticed some separation in the top corner of my windshield, before removing the tape they use to help secure the repair. (Defects happen)I took it back to them and they replaced the windshield, AGAIN, with no questions asked, no charge and only an hour of waiting.I appreciate the honesty this company has had with me and the efficiency they handle their repairs with.

CAR DOOR DENTED FROM THE INSIDE OUT!The pictures speak for themselves. Had cracked drivers side window replaced on 6/27/18. Car door was DENTED FROM THE INSIDE OUT during the process. Notice the dent protrudes from door. Tech immediately denied responsibility, the owner was not there at the time. Later that morning when contacted by phone, the owner also denied responsibility, yet had never seen a photo of the damage, or the vehicle! In fact he implied that because the damage was immediately pointed out, it must have been there in the first place and this was an attempt to blame them for it. This dent is not a door ding or any similar inward dent of the metal, but one that can only be made by something pressing from the inside of the door panel. Such a tool is used in the process of removing and replacing a side window. Yes, this phone conversation got heated once his position of zero responsibility was established.AVOID THIS BUSINESS if you expect a good job, backed by dependable customer service.

The people working here are extremely nice and helpful! They told me an hour and it was done within 45 minutes. One of the employees informed me on a couple of other issues I needed to take care of on my car. They also called my insurance company for me and walked me through the entire process. Mr windshield returned my car to me with distorted trim and broken trim clips. after having to go back in a second time to have this fixed I had to wait longer than when I initially had them replace the entire windshield. Extremely annoying. Would have gladly paid $50-100 to have this done properly the first time instead of having to waste two Saturday mornings sitting in their lobby. On top of that the trim repair was poorly done and basically they just put a big glob of glue in it making it even harder to repair properly. After standing at the empty receptionists desk desk for 20 minutes Karen didnt even remember me (despite being there for over an hour and having turned in my keys) asked me if I was dropping off my car. Walked out to pot smell in the parking lot, this place just sucks and is run by clowns.

Very easy to make apps with what time and day works for you. Just make sure you give vin when calling on price for windshield so your not surprised its alot more then you think .
