Amazing experience! I had a lease vehicle and I needed to return it back but before I did I needed to replace the windshield because it had a crack. I called multiple places for a quote and this business had the best price. I work everyday so it was hard for me to get this fixed so the gentlemen told me they offer free mobile services to any location. The technicians came out to my work and fixed the crack which was awesome and super convenient for me!!! They also waive your deductible and try to find out the best route for you. He really went the extra mile for me and I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to replace their windshield. The glass also looked amazing I was very happy with this service and I would for sure be coming back if i ever have any issues with my glass.

Service was very poor and lack of knowledge. I initially came to them with a crack the size of less than a dime on my windshield. They informed me that rather than getting the windshield repaired, the crack can be easily repaired and no blemishes. It was an easy fix and issue that can be repaired as compared to other clients they ran into. I was sold and was informed that they can come to my place of home or work just as long as there is a feasible amount of sunlight for his guys to perform the work. The day of the repair they show up and got started on the job. It has been a snowy week and that day just so happen to be dry(lucky me or so I thought). Upon arrival, the technician proceeded with the repair. I first noticed he already had a potty mouth and spoke every sentence with foul language(not professional). Then I also noticed the technician did not clean the windshield or removed any debris from where the crack is to free it from salt, dirt, water from snow and or any broken glass fragments. The first thing he did was add the double adhesive tape on the glass, then placed the base pedestal firmly, then added the repair resin fluid and attached the vacuum pressure. He kept trying to use the syringe/plunger tool and the tool kept failing on him. He messed with it so many times that his tool broke as he was in the middle of using it. He frantically ran back to his van to get his tool fixed and couldnt fix it. Then he frantically and quickly tried to find another vacuum tool to continue his work. By all that running around the resin had already been dried up and it did not fill in all of the cracks in the windshield. By this time it was already too late for him to work through the resin fluid. He performed the work 3 times again per my request, with no to very little results of the crack improving. When once all this was done, the technician stated that it was too cold outside which is also partly the reason why the resin did not fully cover this less than a dime size of a crack.But from my observation of watching him the entire time, this is the true reason why the crack was not fixed, which still looked the same to me even after he finished supposedly:1) To some degree I agree with him about the cold, but then why was I not ever told in the first place by their superiors prior to scheduling the appointment to have the vehicle inside a garage with a space heater on the windshield or something that way it would create the best and most effective result. But rather they told me outside in the winter would be okay. The windshield temperature was no where in between 50°F and 75°F for best practice.2) The crack would have been fully sealed if their tool was working in the first place and it was not defective and broken. The spring clip in the plunger and syringe system was broken and was not able to be used per task. The seal between the pedestal and syringe was not fully tight, because the tool looked as if it had been used several times and has finally taken its wear.3) The seal would have been fully covered if the technician performed the recommended, appropriate and proper steps for the task. When he was able to use the tool, he used the broken tool only to create upward vacuum pressure, where the lock in plunger at LOWEST indent setting and he kept that pressure up for only about no more than 10 seconds(recommend is 15-20 mins)4) Then as last step the technician never performed a downward force pressure to push the resin into the tiny cracks, Lock in plunger at HIGHEST indent setting. Which he too is supposed to lock the clip into place for a recommended amount of 10-15 mins. This entire step was never performed.When this was all said and done. I went to get a second opinion from a professional, well established business called E&C Windshield Repair and spoke to the owner Marc. I was told that the damage has been done and CAN NOT be fixed or reversed. I was also told all the necessary proper steps that require a best practice for windshield repair that the first technician did not posses whatsoever.

These guys were awesome! I had talked to Ray about waiving my deductible. I thought i had a deductible of 100. I ended having a zero deductible and this shop was affiliated with my insurance company. I had two experiences with Save-On Auto Glass first was. They installed a new windshield on my Ford Taurus very fast very clean very effective. within a few weeks during a very hard rain. I noticed a leak in the top center of the windshield, at that point I brought it back with no questions asked they pulled it in the back resealed it did a great job! this may keep my wife off my back now for using someone that she hasnt heard of.Thank-you save on autoglass.They do a good clean and fast job.The next time I need a windshield I would definetly use them again.Next time my wife will have heard of them and she will not complain about who I use because of the great experience I had with SAVE ON AUTO GLASS.

I talked to ray last night, I needed my hyaundi windshield replaced. I told him I need someone before 2pm because I had to go to work. He told me that was fine he just wouldn’t know exactly when but before 2pm. I said that was fine. I had talked to him before he was closing and we got everything settled, I called him next day just confirming of appt, and he had told me it would be after 430, and I got very upset and told him I was gonna be in a car with kids and he told me I didn’t need to tell him my LIFE STORY, and I had called late the day before? Are you kidding me!! Very rude, I’m gonna pay $10 more for a guy who’s gonna come out and has very nice customer service skills! Don’t go here!!
