Get treated like we all deserve to be treated each and every time I visit, from a routine oil change to a more serious issue. Great experience again today. In and out in a very reasonable time. Thank you Crest staff.
Amazing Crest Lincoln is so different then Crest Ford down the Rd. Crest Lincoln 5 star service even if you dont drive a Lincoln!!!
*Update* They actually called me & made it right. Kudos to you Crest, for listening. The actual services they perform here are fine. Its their terrible attitude & how Ive been treated.Id love to take pictures to call them out. After the smarmy service rep was rude about rolling windows down in my vehicle for his protocol to check my car in for service, I watched him, every female in the cashiers office (except for two) and several (I can only assume sales people) walk around with NO mask on at all OR their masks around their chin. Service reps are currently allowing another customer to sit with his mask blatantly around his chin... yet the creep I dealt with for check-in deemed *me* as the COVID risk & gave me a hard way to go? Ive had my mask on appropriately & it has never left my face (and Im fully vaccinated, but thats besides the point!)Crest - dont pick & choose who youre going to enforce masking rules with. It feels elitist, enablist (Im hearing impaired) and sexist (rude MALE customer service rep trying to exude power over a FEMALE customer, while male customers are doing whatever they please... including COUGHING all over the lobby/waiting area...yes, that would be the aforementioned customer with his mask at his chin).**You all do good work, service-wise.** Im disappointed in the attitude/treatment. Until today, everyone has been pleasant & professional... dont ruin this relationship - I like(d) you! I want to continue to like you! That being said, if you cant get things together, there are other local Lincoln dealerships that I am certain would appreciate me as a patron & repeat buyer!
They never returned my phone call. Customer service isnt what it used to be.
Service has always been great.
Very helpful and friendly place. They take good care of your vehicle
I had a very disappointing experience with Crest Lincoln /Sterling Heights Service department. My rating would be 0 but 1 star is the lowest allowed..My vehicle (Navigator 2018 with no previous mechanical service problems) was in service 4 times over a month and a half period for the same problem (the mechanic cracked the valve cover gasket when he had to remove it to make a warranty repair on my initial service visit) which caused the smell of burning oil and the check engine light to come on. (It took 4 trips to the service department for them to admit that was the problem)This problem eventually left a oil residue on my garage floor which tracked oil on my driveway and although the oil residue was eventually pressure washed clean that only happened after I sent a 7 page email complaint to the owner with attached photos of the oil tracks on the garage floor and driveway (the same photos that I showed to the service manager previously)I spent over 2 weeks off and on waiting for the service manager (Bob Elliot) to resolve this matter which only happened after my complaint email to the owner. After I had returned my vehicle the 3rd time with the same problem Service tech (Jim Linville) wouldnt even return my calls when I called to set up a loaner and 4th service appt (he needs re-training on customer service), I had to make a unscheduled vehicle drop off.The owner attributed this situation to miscommunication, I call it for what it was,Neglect. Timely customer service is very important especially when youre paying a Navigator price for it. Crest has lost this valuable customer (15+years) forever.
My car had a recall but they didnt have the part yet to fix it. THEY SAID 2 WEEKS. In came COVID-19..and after the quarantine (in November 2020), I called them BACK - they STILL DIDNT HAVE THE PART! Now I wait AGAIN..
Nice sales people
This place is great. Always great service and get the job done right. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I only take my Lincoln to this dealer even though it is further away than others. At some point, I somehow accidently gave poor review to Crest that was meant for an entirely different business having nothing to do with cars. Apologies. I have been going to crest for a few years and theyve been great all the way. You should go here if you have a lincoln.
Honest, friendly, great work
