I went in for highlights and an eyebrow wax because I had a last minute event I had to go to for work and they got me in and worked as fast as she could because I had a limited amount of time . She got it done and it turned out great! I received compliments that night. I really appreciated the hard work and how she worked so fast on me knowing the event started soon. I will be back for sure!

My mom loves coming here for her her hair cuts. Their always professional, honest and on time. I disagree with all the other negative comments.their prices are reasonable comparing to other salons that over charge for everything.

The worse place ever, I don’t recommend this salon, I don’t even want to give them any star.The Arabic lady who works there was so rude with me, there was a board with all prices hanged on the wall saidBlow dry short hair $25Middle length 30Waist length 35So my hair is the last oneBut she told me 45And she didn’t even look at me when I was talking to her, she went to call the manager “as she said” and I saw her walking and talking to the lady and pointing to me, like she didn’t like when I said the price is on the board. so rude, I wasn’t even arguing with her.

I called in today to inquire about open appointments. Someone was excited to tell me I could come right in, there were walk in appointments available. I got there and to my disappointment was greeted by a different hairstylist. She didn’t even ask me to remove my hat or any questions about my hair before stating “We don’t do that type of hair.” I was appalled. Especially since my hair is bone straight and virgin so it could handle any processes I requested. Will never be coming to this place or any of its affiliates EVER again.

My little cousin went to get a haircut and requested 2-4 inches off her hair. They cut 7 INCHES OFF. Beware. This is the worst case scenario. Would not recommend this salon.

My first visit here was for my sons haircut. Based on that I can safely assume most reviews here are from friends and family aka FAKE.The hairstylist (I am pretty sure is not qualified) cut off all side burns completely! Hair cut was so uneven with long and short hair everywhere. On what basis do they even have a hair saloon license escapes me. BEWARE of this place!

I have been going to this salon for the last 16 years and couldnt wait for them to reopen following the shutdown. They have done an amazing job working within the state guidelines and still making sure their clients have a great experience. DJ is phenomenal, I have seen her exclusively over the last 16 years. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair!

Linda is professional, skilled and better than any high-end salons where you would have to pay four times the amount. Our whole family has been coming here for years. We are loyal customers.

Last year my wife had her hair done in this location and she said it was nicely done. So at Christmas time she decided to get a couple of gift certificates and they told her they were good at any fantastic Sams. well lord and behold the people she gave them to tried to use them and they were told they are only good at the location they were bought from. so if you purchase gift certificates from this location make sure that who you give them to they live near here.

Yes, I know its a Fantastic Sams and theres a certain stigma about cheap haircuts, but theres nothing cheap about this place. Ive been coming here for nearly 15 years and have even started taking my two boys here, too, after frequently being unimpressed with the $20-$25 designer haircuts by wife was getting for them. Flora is my stylist, shes the best! In fact, I couldnt even think of anyone else cutting my hair! Its just silly to pay double elsewhere for what likely could end up as an inferior result

Tammy is awesome! Takes her time, listens to her cluents & does a great job. The older, mid-east woman who did my daughter was awful. Took a client/friend who came in after us first, rushed thru the color/cut, taking a big chunk out of her hair & didnt bother drying it so she could get another client in. She will NEVER touch our hair again! Well be seeing Tammy from now on!

Ive only gone to this fantastic sams...i went from age 16-20...left to Bolivia and Miami until I came back at 33(36 now- I like Michigan but hate winters...leaving again soon) point is...even 20 years later I still get my haircut there and only there. Maybe I didnt look hard enough in Miami...easy when your there, I went to straight shave places..average haircut. Once I was dumb enough to get a 60 dollar haircut in aventura mall and it was terrible. As far as here...13 bucks(do tip well, as they will surely remember not just you...but dont even have to really ask what style) as far as reasonably priced cuts, theyre the best.

If i could give zero stars I would. I came in and asked for a balayage and showed my stylist a picture. I had never gotten a balayage before so I didn’t know how it was supposed to be dyed but I assumed she would since she assured me she did. What I came out with was half of my hair still brown and the other half was orange stripes. my stylist’s station is the first one on the left. she was a bit rude and seemed very rushed. I do NOT recommend coming here.
