Great value and quick service.I gotta say, I wasn’t a fan at first. I brought in my iPhone X for screen repair and they fixed it relatively fast. It was all good until hours later when the touch screen stopped working. This happened twice. Fortunately, the customer service was surprisingly good and they helped me every step of the way. No extra charges. It’s been a month or so now and my phone is still working good.I’d go back!

The first thing I did was message the store through Google, asking how much an internal battery supply fix would cost. They responded saying to give their store a call.A few days later I call, asking how much the repair would cost. The person responded telling me How do you know its the power supply? I told him Well I know its not the power cable, because it works with my ps3, and there is no blue light, no beep. He responds Well we can diagnose it for free, do you know where our store is. I did as I used Google to call, but I was a work so I told him I would have to stop by another day.I visited the shop on Wednesday 07/22/2020 around 4pm. (This is during COVID) Masks are required in store. I filled out my name, phone number, and address on a sheet he gave me, and handed him my ps4, again telling him I believed it was the power supply. He told me it would be at least a couple of days.Saturday evening I get a call saying the issue was the power supply and apparently the HDMI was broken. He said it would be ready in a couple of hours, but I told him Id pick it up Monday afternoon. He told me it would be $120 for the repair, and normally it would be more expensive, but they are being more lax because of COVID. Now knowing the HDMI ports cost around $10 and the power supplies costing around $50-60, I was a bit hesitant to say okay, but I thought it would have been better than me messing it up.Monday 07/27/2020, I pick up my ps4 at 4pm, paying $120 + $7 tax for the repair and drive home. I plug in my ps4 and it doesnt turn on. I call after I find this out and he told me to bring it back in when I can and this time with the power cord. As I stated earlier, I already know thats not the issue, as I checked it again yesteeday to make sure it still works.Upon closer inspection I noticed they also broke off my power button (as shown in photo). Make sure to get the receipt, because it says refunds are invalid without them. They do offer free repairs within the month of fixing it if it ever breaks or fails.I went in today and they said the power button was the issue. He was very polite in trying to help me and show me that it now works. He tried this best job at fixing a bad first impression. Not sure what happened to the power button, but glad they fixed it fast and right there.As with anything else, I always suggest to check if it works when you get it back

I took my sons ps4 in to get the hdmi port fixed on Saturday for $90 (which seemed kind of pricey) and the man at the counter told us hed contact us on Monday or Tuesday. Well today is Tuesday and I tried calling and got no response and now theyre closed. I understand things happen, but communication would have been appreciated and the lack of it just makes your business look unprofessional.

I took my PS4 in for repairs. It had the blue light of death and would not power up. I brought it in he said hed call me tomorrow and he held his word. He gave me more than a reasonable price on a hard drive and HD chip fix. I had my PS4 back in less than 24. Highly recommend Anas hes the man thanks sir for the upgrade as well.

Rarely do I write a negative review but this place deserves it just for the sheer nature of their business practices.The store is well kept, clean, well organized, pricing is a little high but nonetheless its a well kept store.My only issue I have with this business is their horrible business practices. I bought two ride-on batteries which cost $55 a piece, I attempted to return them 2 days later. I was told we cant accept because covid. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I should come back when returns are allowed and he says no itll be past the 4 day return window. I questioned him and asked what Im supposed to do then. He then quickly jumps and asks things like you dont have a ride on toy, or you dont need them at all? And I can do a trade if you want to buy something else. I said no thank you, he then says I can return one but not the other. This really peaked my interest as to how he can return one battery but not the other, he tried to push me on return one, store credit for other. I asked him if I can return one today and return the other tomorrow and he says one return per recipt, at this point im fed up and question him how im supposed to go about returning these because at first its no returns, only trades then its one return, then store credit other. He says let me call my boss, he walks into a backroom closet/storage and walks out 10 seconds later and says let me try his login to computer and miraculously it worked on the bosses login but not his.TLDR: Doesnt want to loose a sale and will deny any returns until you push them on it.Steer clear of this place, terrible ownership and customer service.

I had my iPhone screen replaced here. Service was quick and great but the new screen doesn’t work well. When typing or scrolling buttons either don’t work or are super sensitive, and my headphone/charger port has been working on and off. I’ll be coming back in because it’s within 30 days and hopefully there’s something that can be done.

Great experience 3 time to this shop. This is the place where i get all my batteries from need Trojan batteries for my golf cart and they got it. I can not rave enough about these guys. I had just gone shopping at the grocery store and loaded up all my groceries in my car and then when I got in I tried to start my car. These guys are great. Brought in my take for a broken part button. When and updated the thing and it crashed. Took it to Microsoft store and they told me my hardware was friend. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever had if I could give it zero stars I would. I brought my PS4 knowing the problem was the power supply. I didn’t get a call for 2 weeks about anything. So I gave them a call he said they haven’t even ran a diagnostic, which shouldn’t take that long. Than I got a call 2 hours later saying it was the power supply which is what I told him from day one, he said a couple days and the part would be in it would be a 180 dollar repair. So another 2 weeks went by I gave him a call he said the part still hasn’t been shipped. So I told him this is ridiculous . I had the part shipped to my house in two days. He called the next business day and it magically made it from California to Michigan. He said they did all the could it wasn’t working.I got it home fixed it myself using a video from YouTube. It has worked for 2 months straight now.

I am very disappointed in this store. I was quoted 80$ to fix my ZTE blade. The screen had shattered, so I was looking to get it replaced. They were one of the cheapest places. I go Thursday to was told that it would be 94$ instead and bring it back Saturday. I was annoyed at the difference in prices, but figured I would pay it anyway. I paid in full and was told to bring it back Saturday.Saturday, I was told that it was going to take a couple hours and it would be done. I went back up three hours later, and they said that there was no service so they would have to figure out why and said that it would be another 15 minutes. My patience were running out at this point, but I figure Ill wait a little while later. I finally pick my phone up at about 330. I had dropped it off earlier in the day at about 1130. I immediately bought a screen protector so it wouldnt shatter again.On Sunday, I had my phone sitting in the car for a few hours, and when I went back to the car, the screen had a two cracks on it. I had the new screen on less then 24 hours at this point. My annoyance level was a little higher at this point, but I figured since its Sunday Ill wait until Monday and give them a call. I leave my phone in the car again and come out to see a few more cracks in the screen.I check the screen protector and there are no cracks or scratches at all on it. All the cracks are underneath the protector.Now it is Monday, and I call them to inform them that my screen had been cracked from just sitting there. It hadnt been used the whole time I was in the car. So make the phone call and was told that they werent going to do anything about it. They said that I had cracked the screen intentionally. They said that the only thing they can do is give me a discount to get it repaired again.Im very unhappy with the service and how I was treated. I was told a totally different amount and the screen cracked in less then 24 hours. I will not be coming back due to this whole thing that transpired the last 48 hours.

I was skeptical of a battery store that replaces iPhone 6 screens. They promised a 30 min repair and offered a Military discount. I returned exactly 30 mins later just for fun and of course it was finished. Best price that found in the area too.

Drove all the way from Detroit to get my PlayStation repaired after I found them on google as one of the top-rated shops for ps4 repairs. I called batteries shack over the phone to fix my ps4 fan and they promised me to repair my PlayStation 4 same day and within a couple of hours, they called me back within a few hours of dropping my ps4 at their shop and said the repair was finished. I spent hours talking about technology with these people. They are very nice and knowledgeable with what they are doing to fix a few laptops that I brought. The time they spend to fix them are reasonable since they have a long line of things to fix.

The LCD of the wii control pad was cracked. We thought this was a complete loss and had resigned ourselves to the loss of electronic equipment. Then our son found this place by doing a google search. They advertised that they do most repairs in 24 hours. True! In LESS than 24 hours they replaced the cracked screen and the wii control pad is as good as new. They DIDNT charge a HUGE amount to repair the screen. UNDER $100 for this repair. VERY happy with this first experience and WILL consider this place again if I ever need any electronic repairs. They repair a variety of electronic things so CALL THEM & ask if they can repair whats wrong. The store is a bit of a distance from home. WELL worth the travel.

Great service! I called 10+ stores and they were the only one that had the Samsung S6 screen in stock. They were so helpful, reasonably priced, and my phone was fixed in under an hour. Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly and did repair my phone fast at a good price. However the quality of screen replacement they used is extremely low. It displays poor color quality and is very laggy with touch sensitivity. Plus the sensor for dimming the front screen when you put the phone to your ear is now inactive.

First of all, I went to Batteries Shack because of all the positive reviews, and the claimed quick service. I dropped off my PS3 for repair, and was greeted in a friendly manner, and was promised a no fee, no obligation quote and diagnosis by that same evening or first thing the next morning. After explaining what my PS3 was doing, I was told the worst case scenario would be a $90 charge, which seemed reasonable, so I left the unit with him. Well, by the second day with no phone call, I called and was told that the technician was not in, and to call back later. Wait a minute.... I had just been told that someone would promptly CALL ME and give the quote and diagnosis. So I waited, and ended up calling the following day. AGAIN I was told that they would have to call me back (yes I was feeling like a sucker). I finally got a call back, and was told that it was a burned out power something or other and would be $90 (big surprise!!!!) and was told that it would be completed by that evening or the next morning. THREE DAYS LATER I called, and was told that they left a message but had the wrong phone number (keep in mind that they verified my phone number every time I called, and had even called me once at that correct phone number). I was told that they could not fix the problem and had no idea what the problem was. I promptly picked up the PS3 and left. Out of curiosity, I opened the case and inspected the power unit module, and found that they did not replace a screw to the case of the power module, and hacked the hell out of the plastic case when they opened it. I wish I could say that I was making this up, but I am not!!!!!! Please consider going elsewhere if you need anything repaired, this does not seem like the place that I would ever trust, unless you like being lied to, and your equipment damaged instead of repaired!!!!!! I am guessing that them made their own reviews. I will NEVER go there again for ANYTHING!!!

Have pretty much the full line of Deka batteries which I swear by for my cars and jet skis. They also did a free battery testing on my cars previous battery and found it was faulty.
