The sales guy was good and helpful. He changed my blinker light bulb and put a battery In my key to the car. He did s good job. I heard each and every one that he helped give him a shout out. Thank you young man. He had a good attitude. I will return

Great help, a little bit to busy at the time, I was there. They look understaffed considering how much I had to wait for being just 3-4 customers in line. Other than that, service from the desk guy, who I think he was a manager in training, was great and he was very helpful.

Picked up my online order of all 4 brakes and rotors, cashier was friendly and helpful. He went through my order quick and noticed I had some extra hardware and let me return it since it came with the pads.

I own a 14 bays shop in Sterling Heights and I get all my parts from this location! Norm the store manger and his staff are great and they would go out of their way to make anything happen and make sure to get the parts even if they didn’t have it in stock! I really appreciate you guys and I’m so happy to finally find the right place I can get all my parts from.

Very helpful staff w/excellent knowledge.

As I went to this location to buy engine oil the employee/manager jakaila provided me a very unprofessional customer service. She was super rude and was not explaining the deal they had. When I asked why you are not giving the price which the coupon says she goes I cannot do anything. As I was explaining her if you have a coupon and you cannot match the price then what is the purpose of coupon she started yelling at me. As the tension grows between us she involved other customers in the line against me so that they can tell at me. She was encouraging other customers to tell at me and made a hostile situation for me and my 3 years old son. Customers were aggressive towards us as she was encouraging them, not stopping them from involving with issues between her and me. Then another manager had to involve and solve my issue. Terrible manager for a quality place like autozone. She was actually being attacking mode towards me and lack of knowledge and professionalism in her attitude. Becareful from employee like her. Even though all the upper management apologized to me about the incident the public and my neighbors should know about this unprofessional and hostile employee of this branch.

Fairly stocked well with ability to get parts they might not have from others stores nearby. Some tools may be loaned. This store had clerks that were very knowledgeable, but are no longer there. This store appears to have a constant turnover if employees.

Joni was very helpful, we had an alternater fire pulling into the parking lot and we were able to get all the parts to fix it

Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to replace my SUVs battery. My battery was totally dead and could not even jump start. They tried 3 different jump starters but I couldnt start my vehicle, then they tried jump starting with their personal vehicle, that didnt work either. Even though they only sell batteries and do not replace them at the shop they went above and beyond to replace the battery. I appreciate them for doing that, I would recommend my friends to go to AutoZone.

A little out of the way but Im a customer for life because of the service I received at this location came to see Jesse but he wasnt there. Brandon was incredibly helpful with my headlight issue.

AutoZone I can go there and get just about anything I need Plus the employees are very knowledgeable and the prices are right

When I walked into AutoZone, there was a long line, which worried me because I was in a hurry, but they split the line in two and quickly took care of the people ahead of me. I needed to check why my engine light was on. Im very thankful for that service because it gives me peace of mind when the only reason for the light is that my gas cap is open. Also, they always go out to your car with you to make sure you put whatever you bought on right.

Always so helpful. Last visit they looked up a code for me due to a check engine light being on. Car fixit place wanted $80 just to run a diagnosis... Thankful for places like this to help out.

Everybody Ive interacted with has been very helpful. Theyve always had the parts I need in-stock. I purchase parts and use their loan-a tool program quite frequently. Its pretty awesome not to have to purchase a $100 tool Ill only use once.

Bought pricier windshield wipers and in less than 2 weeks the tip broke off of one. I didnt have the receipt and was expecting problems but with no questions asked the guy grabbed a new one from the aisle and even put it on for me without me having to ask. I was really appreciative of this, especially because it was absolutely freezing outside after the snow we got and I didnt know how to do it.

ZERO STARS this place S#%$S !!the manager I think is Terry is useless. She wouldnt even help a co-worker look something up as stood there! When I left there I called and asked for a regional manager number and got the run around. Then walked in a few days before to look for a oil filter for my motorcycle, I approached the counter and asked this black kid with dreds to see if he can look it up. He said Ive never looked one of these up? And started to walk away! So I jumped on the computer and found it myself....how pathetic is this place and people. Never again will I ever go there...if I do im taking video and going viral..

It’s an AutoZone. They have everything automotive related and very helpful staff. They will install most of what they sell (battery, wipers, headlights, etc) and help diagnose your vehicle (scan codes, check alternator, etc). I shop here and will continue to do so.

Very SLOW SERVICE..... Seems like the employees hate their jop..And you know what else is really aggravating, is when youre standing in the store with money, and they answer the phone and take care of the person on the phone first Not Cool..

One person asked could he help me when I walked in, I said no thank you I know what I need. Another lady came in behind me who needed his help so he went outside with her. There were 3 people still inside working, who didnt acknowledge ny presence. 3 men came inside separately and each was greeted and helped while Im standing at the register still waiting on them to even act like Im visible. I left the products on the counter and left. They all past me to great the people coming in the door, they all saw me standing at the register. I wont go back, their salary wont get paid by me.

I was In a bad situation where my car was dangerously low on power steering fluid. I asked the employee where I can find some and she was unaware what I was asking for and asked another employee. While at this location I also purchased Fast orange and towels. I asked for a funnel with tubing since my steering fluid resivour was under the alternator. She instead gave me a large funnel with a longer point. I tried using this and I asked again for a funnel with tubing that I may use. She said in order for me to get one I would have to purchase one. The weather was already bad enough for me to navigate now I’m being asked to buy a funnel even though their buisness model says they lend out tools. Overall the staff was uninformed and very apathetic. I won’t be coming here again.

Very dissappointed.Don’t ever buy on this store.My husband just bought a cordless inflator for $69..The first day of use it wasn’t working,not even charging.So he decided to go back to replace it with a functional one.The guy said,he wouldn’t do that because my hubby didn’t purchase an insurance when he bought it.He even further reiterated that they are not the same as wallmart...SeRiously? My husband said nobody mentioned about getting an insurance....It’s a common sense...When an item is NOT working the first day,it should be replaced because evidently it didn’t serve the purpose...I will file for a complaint for this store for a very UNJUST and UNFAIR service....I could have given you a big ZERO if I could......

Often times they dont have parts in stock. To buy on the internet and pick up in store option sucks. You are much better off calling ahead to make sure the parts you need are in stock and then have the person on the phone hold parts for you. Then come in and pay for them. Anything short of that you will be sad and disappointed.

Went to purchase with PayPal and none of the clerks knew how to use the system. I ended up leaving without my parts. Also I believe the men who operate the store do so in a aggressive tone towards the female worker almost sounds abusive. Also the clerk Andre was not able to elaborate or explan and just waved his hands around like an animal grunting instructions and then accusing me of being some Russian Hacker. Writing this place off my list...

Blinker was blinking a hundred miles an hour telling me I had a burnt bulb. Kid behind the counter took the information down for my truck and asked me if I needed a screwdriver, which I took and remove the burnt bulb. By the time I came back in he had the new one on the table. Rung me up and I was in and out with a bulb change in less than 5 minutes.i even gave him the screwdriver back.
