This shop quoted me $1200 for repairs that werent needed for my rear suspension. I took my car to Pep Boys immediately after leaving Firestone and had them do a complete inspection also. I was told by Pepboys that there was nothing wrong with the rear suspension. Firestone also quoted me a price for tires 3 times higher than Pepboys. Not the Experience Im used to with Firestone.Ive been a Firestone customer for over 10 years. This was my last time doing business with Firestone.Thanks to Pepboys, my car runs like new again at a fraction of the cost.

Originally all was fine. Two days later car was smoking,found out 1 of services I went in for wasnt done. Upon returning didnt dawn on me I shouldnt have paid extra install services,should have only paid for the hose replaced. Also the battery cable was not secured which caused my vehicle not to start until we figured that was problem. My coolant also drains out so they may have made a small hole somewhere. Always liked them,but after this will not return. Wish I contacted them to get my money returned on my hose replacement installation which should have been done on original orders paid enough as it was for services.

This was my first visit at this location and I will definitely be back. The staff was very professional and friendly, Spencer too the time to explain the promotions and and once my car had been inspected, the manager Michelle explained the results and why they were recommending the repairs they did. I was kept updated on the progress of my repair and the location was very clean, staff wore masks and safety guidelines were in place and followed. Great first experience!

I took the company truck in the evening before the appointment so they could have it done by the time I got off work the next day. Wasnt ready because someone called off work no phone call, they said that they did? Called me the next morning about 8:00 and said it was done. I questioned if everything I asked for was done? Gave her the list, she said no it wasnt written down? Wouldnt be ready that day. They call on day 3 and say its ready, list complete. go to pick it up after work at around 5:30 and they were closed and all locked up. No phone call or nothing.

I went in for an alignment (lifetime) yesterday 8/22/2020. Tech found that the front right camber was out of adjustment and needed to install an adjustable link to correct. Car had previously had a bender at FR so I know it wasnt an upsell. They also reset the TPMS and calibrated the steering sensor while they were in there for no charge. Very happy with diagnostic and service. Very clean shop.James was the service advisor, Anthony was the tech. Thank you gentlemen for your good work, keep it up.

Came hear to get my headlight bulb replaced at 3pm. They told me everyone was sick at home with covid and they couldnt help me out and said if I would of came by earlier they would of been able to help me out??? It was a headlight bulb?? Lyft pays for it so why waste my money to replace it. Just saying why have your locations open when they dont accept anything but oil changes because of staff shortages. Why have that location open??

I wish if i could give zero star. I recommended this location on tire rack website since i work for continental. i scheduled an appointment on wednesday 1pm for my BMW and the guy on the front desk his name was James i think said its going to take longer and he recommended to come back the next day at the same time and he promised its going to take one hour. i came the next day at 12:55pm and James was not there so i gave my keys to Michelle who has the worst attitude and customer service ever i looked through the window at 1:25pm and my car still outside, i asked her if replacing my tires will take more than an hour she start yelling and arguing with me and telling me i can pick up my tires and go do them somewhere else! i said just want to know how long more do i need since i had to be somewhere else after and she said i can give your tires and go do them somewhere else! i understand lots of things happens in business but still the representative has to be respectful and nice to the customers. i dealt with firesone before they used to have very good customer service. i installed 4 tires for my dodge ram a year ago and they’re very professional. Sorry for saying this but Michelle is not the right person for this place.

Honestly, I love this Firestone. Ive had excellent service here. The traditional wait is an hour for an oil change but theres coffee and cable tv to help pass time. Its never too crowded which I love and open on Sundays, works better for our crazy work schedules. Im usually taken care of by Michelle who has always shown great customer service. My husband and I bring our cars here regularly when they need maintenance. The only thing i wish for this location is a more updated remodel and improved wait area. I would recommend this Firestone location. Check it out. They have coupons on the website for deals.

I found a coolant leak underneath my truck one morning at work. That evening I took it to Firestone where they quickly detected the issue and assessed my problem (a cracked radiator). They ordered a radiator for me and the next day it was in the shop and installed by Anthony & Darius. Being an aftermarket unit the feed lines didn’t match up, but Anthony willingly & happily stayed after close to work on my truck and come up with a solution! Their employees are happy to be there and want to work to the best of their abilities, and Ben does an incredible job managing the store! Thank you for the wonderful experience, you guys. I recommend this store for sure!

I had an alignment done on my truck here. After i had left and had a chance to look over the paperwork I noticed that the caster was still out of specification. I had planned on bringing it back in on my next day off. A couple of days after my initial service I got emailed a survey, which i filled out. The next day I got a call from Ben who apologized for the truck being sent out without being properly fixed. He asked me to let him know when I would be able to bring it back in so they could make it right. A couple of days latter I called and they setup an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I returned to the shop at 8am. they got right to work and I was out by 10. The communication at the shop was excellent. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, this outfit took immediate ownership of the problem and did everything they could to correct. All items on the alignment are with in manufactures specified ranges, and the truck drives great. Thanks guys I will definitely be back any time I am in the area. I would recommend them to anyone.

I honestly dont know how this particular Firestone remains open with there prices as high as they are! I was looking for new tires for my vehicle, particularly a specific tire from Michelin although I was checking a few others as well to see if I could possibly find something I liked better for my car. N no BS, but I had three different tires priced at Firestone & directly across the street at Belle Tire n the same exact ones at Firestone were priced atleast $100 to 150 plus dollars higher. I figured that Firestone may be a maybe a little higher in price, but I found this shocking!

Hi Ben, its been since May 23rd, 2019 and now these set of four new tires are not sealed against the rim and losing air as I write this. There is gap between the tire and rim I can put my finger in between. First you said they were dirty and filled to correct (35psi) Sprayed tire cleaner read the door and it said 36psi and you basically poo pooed me. Now what should I do with four brand new tires with rim leaks? And its the holiday weekend thanks :(

The service here use to be good. Every time Ive brought my car in they have broke it more and more telling me I need more unnecessary items, per another mechanic. Last time I brought my car in for a tire sensor issue. I was sold two new tires (Mind you I have a 4x4 Explorer, they should have sold me four new ones.) The alignment was done incorrect and now my CV caps are messed up. Also I still have the tire sensor still on. I had to call them to get updates. (I dropped my car off at 8am and didnt hear from them until I called them at noon. Obviously you cant do work on the car until you get the owners permission right?!) They had my car from Monday to late Tuesday and they were literally closing when I got my car back and it wasnt repaired correctly. Im afraid to bring my car back because it will be further damaged. Im out of money and patience with this place.

Very unhappy with service. My tire keeps loosing air after getting them replaced. I now have to take my car in to another place after coming here. I even had to get my car towed back to firestone right after repairs were done just for them to turn around and tell me I hit a pot hole or something. They are quick to blame you while telling you their sales are up. Watch you $$ around these guys. We wont be back...we had been going to the firestone brand for 15 years. Not anymore.

First time ever I used any firestone shop. Bought set of 4 winter tires, great price, fast service. After I got home, noticed the tires looked low on air pressure, sure enough 3 of 4 were 10 PSI under factory spec. Filled them up and next day two tires were low. Took the vehicle back to firestone since they are open on Sundays. They said the two tires had bad valve stems. My vehicle has regular rubber valve stem, as far as I knew shops replace them with new one as part of installation, I guess that wasnt the case for me. Either the techs are not trained properly or the work is being rushed. Overall I was more on happy side then disappointed. I will give firestone second try in future and see what happens.

Michelle is NOT the best. This morning, I was greeted with, “What do you need?” No good morning, no hello, no courtesy in her voice. I did say good morning to Michelle and I did have a smile on my face. I don’t think Michelle’s face is capable of smiling.The service here gets worse every time I come here. Today, they can only do oil changes! There are no technicians who can even look at the underside of a vehicle, let alone fix it. Even though I paid for lifetime alignments, they seem to do everything they can to keep from aligning my vehicle. Ive been told parts were bad and they couldn’t do an alignment with my car in the shape it was, only to leave and pretend I fixed it, and come back and they find other parts that are supposedly bad. Once, it took three trips to get an alignment, and I live an hour away. I’ve never been able to come in and get an alignment that takes less than 2-3 hours, even with an appointment.

Never even got to bringing my car there. I called and asked for the price to have my winter tires taken off and have my summer tires put on my wheels. The response I get was well do I need to mount the tires and balance them? I specified earlier I needed the tires changes on my wheels not the car, but I figured they probably get idiots so I replied with yeah. my winter tires are on my rims, i need those taken off and my summer tires put on them the response I got was well thats not what I asked do they need to be mounted and balanced with an attitude

Called a couple days ago to schedule an Appointment to have my car looked at 11/17/2018 at 12. Came an hour early to drop the car off and had to deal with Michelle who was beyond rude. There wss no good morning no smile, no how area you today. She said oh so whats your car here for? I explained the situation and she said yeah we arent gonna have the time for that. This Complete Auto Care took advantage of a simple check and Sam told me he would work with me. They checked more then I had asked and so I was chagred $81. This did not make me happy. Im out money to properly have the car fixed and just feel this Firestone was not fully honesty with me. I wish I could get some money back. Never needed a full inspection and it was my understanding that my car stalling out was a problem, nothing more.Glad to have searched and found better service and a FREE estimate else where.This all could have been a better experience if someone could answer the phone or have a voicemail to leave a message. I understand places are busy, but the only way I could ask questions was to drive up there.Really a waste of time and money.I wont ever go back.

BEWARE! My mother, 72yrs old, took here vehicle there as it had a slow leak. They took it back to find the problem. They then told her the she needed a new tire, $470 fix. rim and tire? or just tire for $470?I told here to go down the street to Belle Tire. She stopped in they took a look. Tire had a screw in it. pulled it, and repaired the tire. $20 bucks. This was several weeks ago. tire still fine. Thx Belle Tire!Sounds like Firestone may be in the business of scamming older women. Wow, nice. Your millage may vary, but something to be on notice. Hate automotive service center that try to scam people because they are old or women.

The public needs to know. This Firestone is potentially (1) dishonest, (2) incapable, and/or (3) operates on a non-consumer friendly business model that inevitable completes unnecessary work.I visited in June of 2018 with a 2013 Ford Explorer. Requested they check front suspension for knocking sound during turn and fix fuse/wiring harness for trailer light failure. Firestone told my wife sound was from suspension and that they were not able to determine the cause for trailer wiring failure. She was quoted $3000 to replace all four struts with the possibility of a control arm because these commonly break when removed. Which is a total lie. They also said they were unable to contact our extended warranty company to have the work done with some I dont know how excuse. This was by far the worst mechanic I have ever visited.Long story short, a bearing plate in the front suspension was worn and a fuse needed to be replaced. Not the entire suspension unless I really wanted to. Took it to a smaller mechanic who fixed the fuse for free and quoted $500 for the bearing plate work. They ended up working with our extended warranty company to have all the work covered.TL;DRFirestone quoted $3000 worth of work and didnt know how to fix a fuse. A competitor fixed for $500 and understood what to do.

If theres one thing I would say is to never take german car here. I went in for an alignment and my car was great for a week but after that the alignment went far off of the specs it shouldve been at. I had to take my car to a different place to be aligned again since my car was driving so bad that it felt like it was falling apart. I wouldnt recommend them for work on any german car.

The wait was a bit long to get car repaired. They went the extra mile to explain and show why the repairs were needed. Too many times at other garages they just tell you a list of things and here is your kick in the groin total. At this Firestone they explained and showed why the items needed to be replaced. It wasnt an upsell. It was what my car needed to keep me and my family safely on the road. They also added discounts I was not aware were available to help mitigate some of the sticker shock. The wait time was the only thing keeping this experience from a 5th star. My wife, who was not waiting with me for repairs, upon hearing what I told her about my experience said they just earned repeat business as far as we are concerned.

Since the Discount Tire store was so close to my mother in laws home I decided to give Discount tire another try, I have had issues with communication, quality, and pricing with the DISCOUNT TIRE AT HALL RD EAST OF HAYES. So I call ahead of time and talked to Joe at the Van Dyke & 16 store. I told him that her car was a 2004 Buick and it had 16,800 miles on it and all I wanted done was to have the tires broke down off the rims, have the rimes swiped with the SEALANT glue, install new valve stems since she was losing tire pressure (about 10 pounds per tire) since the car is always JUST sitting in the garage. I figured how can they screw this one up??? Joe told me just bring it down TODAY and they would take care of it. So I walk in the store and I get some kid who walks out to the car looks at the tires with 16,800 miles on them and says since they were so old I needed all new tires all the way around. He also tells me that ALL tires lose 1 pound per month. (Really... does he think Im that stupid?) SO now Im pissed and walk BACK into the store and ask for Joe and I find him. I said Joe,... you told me you could provide the service that I requested... He just looks at me and says we dont do any thing with tires that are 6 years old or older.... I said that I told you that over the phone these were the original tires. He said no you didnt. He is a liar!!!! Hence I left the store and went across the street to FIRESTONE TIRE CARE. and they said no problem we can do that service. THEY ALSO SAID THE TIRES WERE PERFECTLY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One and 1/2 hours later it was ready to go and I spent $76.46 NOT THE COST FOR 4 NEW TIRES AS PER DISCOUNT TIRE. DISCOUNT TIRES SUCK! THANK YOU FIRESTONE TIRE CARE! YOU EARNED MY TRUST. Nickel and dime you. Rude, and charged me 300$ for an 11$ part. Never fixed the problem just kept trying to add on things I didnt need or want done. Said my computer on my car was broke but charged me 90$ + another $30 for electrical and engine diagnostic. How do you check a car for problems if my ecu is not in working condition. I had a bad ignition where I told them specifically not to take the key out. They call me an hour later and tell me the ignition is bad and they took they key out...(and I had to go up there and show them how to turn the key) I just needed my car to start, instead they charged me 300$ for about 20$ worth of work. So now im in the same place where I started just $300 less in my bank account. Not to mention they are not the most pleasant people. Do yourself a favor and get your vehicle serviced somewhere else.

I took my car here a few weeks ago because of a vibration coming from the front passenger side, it was 45 mins before they closed and they all looked at me because they were to lazy to put it on a hoist. I was like you guys going to give it a look or what? They sent someone out to the parking lot he looked at the tires and said they werent balanced correctly and that was the problem. Me not being a expert mechanic by any means was not convinced this was the problem at all. I felt like they were just pushing me out the door so they could go home for the day. I took it somewhere else it was my wheel bearing and the front passenger shock was completely bent, so you guys missed out on $1000 I wouldnt be happy if I owned this shop the staff sucks and is very lazy.

Okay customer service and the wait time was very long for what needed to be done. Its never good when a customer has a clear view into the garage and sees mechanics standing around talking while their vehicle sits unattended.Also, make sure when an employee tells me why he cant temporarily put a valve stem in because of a law, he better understand the law fully.According to NHTSA, a motor vehicle repair business would not be violating 49 USC 30122(b) by removing an inoperative or damaged TPMS sensor and replacing it with a standard snap-in rubber valve stem.”Spending $200 instead of $20 is not a good way to get a repeat customer.

I found a coupon online for a brake job for $100. They told me I needed new calipers and that it would cost $487. They outright lied to me as I didnt need new calipers and they fed me some bullshit about how they would break if they redid my brakes without replacing them. Took it to a friend instead and the calipers were totally fine. Would never go back to them for anything. Avoid this place.
