One of the nicest people you will ever meet is Jason in the service department!! He really took care of me and let me know what was needed or what wasn’t. Also he took care of my vehicle at the last minute when I asked for extra things, even though they were already full of people going in and out, he made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Cant believe how fast they were fixing my Dodge Cherokee! The body shop was way faster than anticipated, and they did a superior job! When I arrived to pick the car up, it was shining! They took the time to not only wash it, but shine up the tires and trim! When I opened the car door, I realized they not only vacuumed it, they cleaned the entire dashboard! This place goes above and beyond! Customer service was superior at pick up as well! My car looks brand new!

Diagnosed the problem with my Jeep and even though they couldnt get the parts, due to supply chain issues, kept me up to date during the entire process. Shelby was great to work with and they didnt even charge me the diagnostic charge when they couldnt get the parts for the repair. Well be back the next time we have an issue.
Im very disappointed in the service at this dealership. I went in for a routine oil change and they found an issue with my rear axle assembly. I was pleased that they caught the issue. But what has transpired since has been a disaster. I had been given a loaner car while I waited for it to be fixed. After a week or so, they contacted me to bring the loaner back and pick up my car but didnt fix anything yet. They said they were waiting on the part to come in, which would take 2 weeks. One month later, no call or follow up. I called several times, leaving messages. Finally they returned my call and said my part came in and apologized that they didnt contact me sooner. They blamed it on a colleague who abruptly left without giving notice. So I scheduled another day to bring it again. The day before, I called to make sure they had a loaner and to make sure they were ready for me to bring it in. Left several messages with no call back. Finally got through 2 days later. Now they are claiming they cant get me in for another 4 weeks and no possible loaner! I asked them why things changed when I was supposedly all set to bring it in the day before. They couldnt give a reason. Its now been 2 months and be almost 3 months by the time they scheduled for next date to get my car fixed. And no loaner available! Totally unacceptable customer service.

Used the express service for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter. In and out in around 30 minutes. Plus they said my air filter was good so no replacement which nice that they didn’t needlessly replace it .
I went in to have an oil change and was very satisfied with the process with not having an appointment and able to get right in. My issue came when once my car was done and washed I went to dry the truck and noticed there was a scratch that was not there prior to me taking the vehicle in. Took the truck back and explained the issue to Vince who got his manager to take a look and they took the truck back to the repair area right away. Due to the scratch being deep this could not be repaired today. Vince told me to bring my car back Monday and they will take care of it. This was my first time coming to this dealership and the one thing I appreciate is Vince and management by trying to make this right. This could have been an extremely awful stressful experience but it turned out well. Thank you again for your professionalism.
I was looking for a new Wrangler Rubicon and searched all over town. I connected with Ralph on Sterling Heights Dodge website about the specific Wrangler that I was in search of. They had one that I was able to test drive, just wasn’t the color that I wanted. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff at the dealership and was treated professionally and with respect. With inventory levels being low, Ralph suggested I order the Wrangler I wanted and with the options I wanted on the vehicle. He helped me with all the available options. After a few minutes we had my estimate and the next day my order was placed. Had a good experience for my 60,000 maintenance on my Dodge Dart. The advisor was courteous and answered all my questions. I also had a problem with the bearing and struts fixed. It took a while to get the parts in but everything was perfect when I got it back. Highly recommended service center.

If I could give no stars I would. Walked in there asked for a particular vehicle that was advertised. Saw the vehicle, told the salesman about what I had found wrong with the vehicle asked about if the vehicle had been serviced because it was leaking oil. Told him about how much it would cost to repair certain things and offered a price he said CARFAX say the value is higher.. I did but in your Findings you are saying this car is in pristine shape. Which is not. He just walked away, no hey we can see if we could fix somethings or at least a counteroffer. I will definitely not be going back to this dealer.. Purchased 2 Ram 1500 about 2 Hours later at Suburban Chrysler.. on Grand River .

My car was towed in on Saturday the 17th and its not there till Monday till they worked on it and our first was promised it on Tuesday or Thursday but then he backed off and say you could give me Tuesday or maybe Wednesday the problem was with the alternator and the battery and it turns out they replaced the brakes too and something called clock spring. I think its in the steering wheel did it wasnt delivered on Thursday the 23rd and and I finally picked it up today the 28th and now I have to take it back tomorrow because the brakes are dragging and I hope that they can fix them and Im sure they can but overall I give him a good Mark for service they had to wait for parts and there was a delay in Parts Im sure theyre short-handed and they did a pretty good job overall call this cost me about but its cheaper than buying a new car right now 2 1/2 Grand I only have about 86600 miles on it right now so its got a lot of mileage left in it yet so theres no need to buy a new car yet

This was not quality service that you would expect from a dealer. Not only were they not nice, and not helpful (the car was parked far away and they looked at me funny when I had to ask them where it was when done).The biggest gripe is that charged additional fees, on an oil change, when I had a coupon. I confronted them about it and told them other dealer didnt. They said well we do. I confirmed that I took the same coupon to the Rochester Hills dealer ... they only charged the coupon price, no additional charges.The coupon does say local.charges may apply ... but Sterling Heights borders Rochester Hills, so I dont see how they couldnt skip this charge.

Website continues to keep vehicles listed despite them not being on their lot for weeks. Tried communicating multiple times to see if the vehicles were available without any luck or response. It took me visiting their Used Car department to learn none of the 5 vehicles I was interested in were available. Poorly managed dealership, many others I would recommend over this one.
After waiting 3 weeks for a 30 minute appointment which took place on the morning of Sep 28, I left Sterling Heights Dodge service department disappointed. The fix they performed on my car did not work. Also my driver door was chipped during that time.I called many times and was put on long holds. Later that same day I was able to leave a message with a person to give to the main service advisor but no one called me back. The next day I left another message with another person for the service manager to call me and no response.Please have someone call me about this.Thank you.

I was referred by a friend of mine to see Scott. I called to place an order for a Gladiator and we had one of the most condescending conversations Ive ever had.When I called, I told him who I was, who recommended me, and what I wanted. When we began discussing friends and family discounts and other discounts, He cut me off and said that doesnt exist. I tried explaining my question better thinking I worded it poorly but was met with the same short response. He was rude and dismissive instead of educating me on why I might have been wrong. I gave up talking with him about it thinking our personalities didnt mesh and communication wasnt super smooth and emailed him the Gladiator build I wanted. The whole process felt rushed like he was just trying to take the money and ditch me.He called me back a couple hours later with my final price. Im sad to say when he presented the price to me I was severely disappointed that he tried shorting me the friends and family discount you receive if you are friends with an FCA employee. The price of my build was about $59,500. He informed me they charged $1500 for four extra gallons of gas, making my total cost $61,000. I was told that with my friends and family discount my build price came to $59,000. My friends and family discount apparently saved me only $500 off the actual vehicle (Hint: this was a lie, I ordered my Gladiator at another dealer for $54,000 for the exact same thing with no hastle, no negotiating, and a much less insulting experience). When I questioned him about it, he stopped responding. After a minute or so of silence he told me I gotta call you back kid, and hung up on me, never to be heard from again.I guess buying a $60,000 truck isnt worth a half decent customer experience.
Have had great experience working with this dealership. This is the second used car purchased from them and will buy from them again. Ron is great to work with and made the purchase smooth and easy.

Terrible customer service! Upon leasing my new vehicle, they only had one key fob. It was at closing so I was told they would find it and get it to me asap. It’s been 1 1/2 years of continuous messages and no follow through and no key. The Sales Manager as well as the General Manager do not return calls. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service at the managerial level. They will not get my business again.
Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful on the phone, he took the time to talk with our boys while we waited for our service writer to finish our paperwork. The repair process is great. No complaints there! What makes no sense to me is that I can’t take my car in for service the same day the issue is observed. I have to “schedule” an appointment that will usually be 2 weeks out before my car is even looked at. Fundamentally, this process says “quality is not that important and as a result our repair staff can’t keep up with the demand of failures in the vehicles we build”. What other conclusion could a customer think?

I was not satisfied with this dealership. I bought my daughter her first car and it was not safe. The rotors were rotten, the wrong caliber was put on the car, and the brakes were bad. I took the car back to the dealership within the same week. I was told that it was fixed and it wasn’t. I had the car looked at elsewhere. Just to find out that the brakes, rotors and caliber was not fixed. Steer clear of this dealership. I feel like they lied to me just to sell the car. This is very sad. I’m paying a car note on a car that I have to put thousands of dollars into. I would not refer anyone to this dealership.

The work they do is great. Customer service could be better. I recently had an oil change and a leak was found. They didnt ask if I wanted it fixed. They said I needed an appointment. When I got home, I called but they couldnt get me in for 2 weeks. It was leaking pretty steady so I couldnt wait that long. Their solution was for me to bring my car in but they couldnt guarantee how many days it would be. Their diagnostic fee was $115. I took my car to another place where the fee was $59 and they took my car same day with a 24hr window.
Unfortunately there is nothing less than one star. Terrible experience at this location, rude employee and whats worse is the service manager, they damaged my car and when I asked to speak to the manager Bill they kept me waiting for 2 hours and when he finally came to see me he was so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful and he basically told me that they do that all the time and they dont care about customers..I guess they pretty busy so they dont care about losing one or two customers.
Washed the truck which was nice, whomever does there oil changes thou listens to rap and when I got in they left it on rap I dont do rap. They also failed to reset the dash so every time I have started my truck I see oil change needed. I called to get this resolved but sent to a voice-mail.
I leased my 2nd vehicle from this Dealership which is a grand Cherokee. I was serviced by Ron who also helped in my other lease I turned back in. It was a little different this time around with The pandemic impacting the rate at which vehicles were being manufactured and sent to the dealerships so I had to wait a bit before the one I wanted came in, however Ron made sure he got me into something that was safe and what I wanted and he even managed to take care of the mileage I went over in my previous vehicle. Definitely recommend this dealership if your a Chrysler driver. I’ll definitely be back after my new lease is up

Terrible. No communication. No phone calls from Dodge telling me what was wrong with my car, when it would be ready for pickup, or the price. Also, when I call them, no one ever answered the phone, I was sent to a voicemail, and the voicemail always said the mailbox was full. Terrible terrible terrible service.

Brought in my car for couple of recalls and the service advisor Kevin said that I need to leave my car all day and maybe over the weekend after making an appointment over a week ago for 9AM Friday 4/23/11. When I made the appointment, I was told, job will take a couple of hours and I could wait as long as I let the advisor know. I was not happy with what the service advisor had to say. He was not in the same page with the person who I talked to when’s I made the appointment. As I was leaving, I turned back and decided to speak to the service manger which later I found out his name is Bill. He told me to wait. They took my car and had it done under 2 hours. My compliments and the 5 star rating goes to Bill the service manager. Little to be said for the service advisor unfortunately. Although he was more cooperative after the mangers intervention.
