This is my 3rd VW car and my second one through Vyletel. I went to Vyletel after a poor experience at a different dealership closer to my house. The Vyletel experience is top notch and Bryan is an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a car guy through and through so sometimes I feel like I know more about the car than the salesmen, but this isn’t the case here. Not only is their knowledge about the product great they truly find the best deal for you. Couldn’t recommend Bryan and Vyletel enough. The old saying goes, once you go German there’s no going back!

Vyletet is the biggest scam dealer i ever went to. Theirs customer service in the service department is very terrible. Don’t know how to give respect nd value to their customers. They lie about the warranty they have provided to my family with our brand new vehicle.

I recently purchased a Certified Preowned 2017 Volkswagen Jetta from Vyletel VW Sterling Heights. The whole buying process was delightfully simple and stress free. And we initiated the whole process via text which is great for someone like me who prefers texting over talking. Not until did we reach a price did he ask me to come in. Weve been getting our Buick Encores serviced at Vyletel Buick/GMC for 5 years now and have had very good experiences in their service department. Work done right, on time and a free car wash before you leave.

Update April 2021: Amazingly, it was both cheaper and more convenient to get a tire replaced here than at ANY local tire shop! UPDATE: Bought a new 2020 GTI, and I highly recommend salesman Bryan Henry. He took great care of me, made the transaction easy, and made sure all the details were right! Ive had excellent service at Vyletel for my 12 Golf— just completed my third out-of-warranty service there and Im happy with all aspects of the dealership. Im surprised at some of the negative reviews because my experiences have been only positive. Two other things I love: NO sales pressure, and a nice customer lounge/wifi.

Bryan was very accommodating & willingly answered questions. His follow up was not over bearing. My car buying process was stress less thanks to Bryan!

I went to parts department for an air filter. This guy was soooo unfriendly and anoyed. Before i even talked to him he looked so annoyed. Then he was more annoyed because I didn’t have my vin. Then he gave me the air filter for the wrong year. Wondering if he did this on purpose to punish me so i have to come back. Should not be too hard to give me the filter if i give him the year + model + trim+ engine.

Not sure what kind of motor oil they used on my vehicle, it looked really bad only after 3800miles/8 months. Also, drained my car battery on second visit.

If I could leave no stars I would .... I purchased my first car here had it for 4 years had an engine completely replaced thank God that was under warranty now I’m out of warranty I need a new transmission $6500 and I need an exhaust manifold $1200 this is only within only four years of owning the car they sell garbage vehicles and don’t care about customer loyalty I’ve done all oil changes and services here total money spent in repairs 11,000$ I’ve paid more in repairs than the actual car itself. Worst experience ever. I will never buy from this dealer or recommend anyone buy from here

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. My wife and I drove 128 miles from Howell Mi to purchase a car from Tony G. He was a man of his word and gave us a great deal on a beauty of a Ford Edge. We love the car. If you want to feel great about a big purchase go and see the Vyletel team. Maybe youll get lucky and get Tony to sell you a car.

Bring your own mechanic. Saw a 04 Grand Am that caught my eye. Erik said that there was zero problems with it except the surface rust on the bottom, would get years out of it with no issues. They said they put $900 into repairing it and wouldnt sell it if there was any safety hazards. Lo and behold, on buy day I took it to a mechanic shop that could verify everything was safe before purchasing. Brake and fuel lines were almost rusted through, guy recommended to not even continue the inspection because of that. I took it back and told Erik, he blew it off as nothing big even though the professional mechanic said it would last I year if lucky, with a $1,200 job afterwards. Avoid this place. They make them seem drivable until you get off the lot but they dont care about the customer, they care about selling cars. Period.

In and out quick. What they dont tell you is a cracked windshield is epoxied somehow to prevent the crack from spreading. Was told that when I went back cuz I thought my glass was still cracked.

I bought a used VW TDI with 13,200 miles. My sales person was Gino in used cars. The entire staff was most professional and helpful. Gino was great and I would do business with Vyletel VW and Gino for my next vehicle. Oh yeah, I drove 680 miles to make my purchase at Vyletel and Gino.

I worked with Karl to get a new Terrain and he excellent! From showing us all of our options of the different trims and knowing the Terrain inside and out, to driving paperwork to my co-signor to sign, doing a dealer trade for the exact car I wanted and even returning my Ford lease to the originating dealer for me! Oh, and signing the paperwork in a total of 5 minutes versus 2 hours was a big bonus too. Totally amazing experience and will recommend anyone looking for a new car to Karl!

I went to the body shop to get an estimate. The lady at the reception and some other employee tried to over sell more parts for the repair than needed. Also they could get a lesson on how to perform customer service with some courtesy and not behave like they are doing favors for the customers out of their pockets!

I worked with a salesperson(Al Berbara) on buying a Buick Essence(on line sales)....turned out to be a big mistake. My wife and I drove for an hour to do the final inspection and turn in our leased vehicle. The autotrader ad listed a sunroof and weatherproof mats. Upon inspection neither was on the vehicle. Confronting the salesperson, the offer was sweetened with a $300 discount of our original agreed price. We didnt feel that was fair and walked away.....As of 4/17/2020 Vyletel reposted the ad and made no changes in it.

I had my VW repaired here, the staff was kind and attentive, but they failed to fix the problem on 3 attempts. The fourth attempt was finally successful. I always got a free loaner, the repair was quick and was returned clean.

As a loyal GMC customer, I do not plan on purchasing, leasing, or servicing any of my vehicles at this dealership in the future. My original dealer was closed, so I contacted Vyletel GMC for my end-of-lease options. I am extremely disappointed in the response of the leadership here at Vyletel GMC during a PANDEMIC.Very unprofessional of you to say we will only accept your end-of-lease vehicle back only if you originally purchased it from us.As you see, I was instructed by GM Financial to turn in my vehicle to ANY GMC Dealer.

I went there today to get a car and the guy is asking me if I’ll buy it, cause is too hot outside and he does not think is worth going to get the car from the lot...I bet he buys all his cars without even looking at them... I left and went to Fox Volkswagen in Rochester. Great service there...

Was helping a friend buy a used car. The car was very clean, the price was good, and the salesman was not rude at all as I inspected the car and looked for any little flaw. I have has sales people tell me our mechanics have already done this. If there was anything, they would have found it Then I find something and tell the salesman his mechanics are not perfect either. Then we leave because I dont do unfounded arrogance well. These guys were top notch. Id go check them out when Im in th market for a car.

I inquired in person about buying a used car for $24,000.00. Because Im a woman I believe they talked down to me. I asked if they would consider selling for $3,000.00 less than priced because paying cash. I was told it doesnt matter if you pay cash or get credit we get your money all the same. Then I was called from someone else the next day to explain HOW THE BIG world works and he kept interrupting me. Im almost 60 and know how the big world works. GO ELSEWHERE WOMEN!!!!

We are probably not going to lease the Encore because of the price and will probably go used. But I want to say Skip was very friendly, helpful and didnt seem pushy at all. Thanks for your help Skip! Skip also pulled up the lease prices fast so we knew he wasnt pulling a fast one like the Chrysler and Chevy dealers were down the road. Avis Ford was also able to pull up lease prices right away.

Leased a GMC Sierra Denali from Karl at this dealership. The dealer was very helpful in securing the vehicle and was also able to help me secure a great deal. Karl goes above and beyond for his customers. Looking forward to leasing a vehicle from my wife next month.

Service was excellent, job done right. Courteous, trying to figure out though...I bought my car at a different dealership, when I brought her home, she was sporting a Vyletel license plate holder. Free advertising, wouldve been fine with it but wouldve liked for them to ask/mention it.

I could have easily been a happy customer through Vyletel Volkswagen. I gave them every opportunity to do me right and provide a smooth and pleasant experience, but this is not what transpired.I was in the market for a new Volkswagen Golf R and had been in correspondence with Patrick Delaney. When the time came to talk price things turned south, very quickly. The salesman had the audacity to give me an attitude over pricing and the equivalent of a friends and family discount. I requested he talk it over with the sales manager and had the impression it was now just a hassle for him. He made numerous snarky comments about it.I voiced my concerns over this and spoke with the manager but only got the impression that they were still trying to find an angle from which to sell me the car... still. Only after complaining to the manager did they come down to my price, but not once did Patrick email me back to apologize or show any kind of remorse whatsoever.All of this aside, they also tried to beat me down on trade-in value of my current Golf R. I received a higher trade in value from two separate other VW dealerships in the area and they were not willing to agree to that price.When buying a new vehicle you should really come away from the experience feeling as though you got everything you asked for, within reason, and that you were provided excellent customer service. I cannot say this was the case here. I was provided horrendous customer service and would have been taken advantage had I not stuck up for myself on price.I can only surmise that I was given such an attitude over this because the salesman would have stood to lose out on some commission given a lower selling price, but if that means losing a sale completely and maintaining the impression that all car salesman are scummy, then Vyletel did well to achieve this. Be prepared to be taken advantage if you find yourself here for a new vehicle.

Stopped in to have the air in my tires checked due to inflation notification light being on and was taken care of right away! I really like how attentive everyone is at Vyletel. And I love my Jetta too.

The employees in the service department seemed very confused at all times and didnt care about any information I gave them to help me further. They just pushed me through and took my money, but never fixed the problem. Same codes came up the same day I picked up my car from them. Only positive, the receptionist lady was awesome, and they filled up my windshield washer fluid.

I always drive volkswagen and love the car but the service guy dont help .I needed a few services and my time is very limited and all he can say is i dont know what to say i dont know what to do, all i need is a loaner so you can work in my car while I go to work ( excuse me)I dont have the luxury to sit and wait half of the day even for one hour ( nothing happens in one hour)Better look for another dealer !!!!I wouldnt even give 1 star

They sold me a van that has bad transmission. Initially bought van from this dealer with lots of positive assurance about after-sale, so paid higher price for it. The very next week the van broke down & it’s all polite negative responses from them. I better suggest to go for a Private party than this dealer.

The place to go to have your VW serviced. I had a major issue a few years ago (caused by maintenance of a other VW dealership). Would have cost me thousands. Vyletel for involved, included VW and made it right for me.

I just picked up my new car! Matthew Ceci was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the car I chose. Showed me how everything worked on that car. All paperwork was prepared and one, two, three, I was done and out the door. Very good experience.

Buyer beware - bring your own mechanic. We bought a used Equinox for our daughter and on the test drived noticed the brakes were pulsating. Asked to have the brakes checked and was told they were fine. On a service appointment later on we asked to have the brakes check again since still pulsating, again we were told they were fine. My daughter told me they were still doing the same thing but she only drives 1 mile to school and only has one stop sign so no big deal she said. I finally had time to look at the brakes and not to my surprise, the roters were trashed,. The back side that you can only see by removing the caliper was pitted and had hammer marks from someone trying to remove the rusted on roters. Now $200 later the brakes are fine. Will never buy anything from them again.
