Very Happy! 3 rugs, my corner kitchen table, and done. 20 minutes in and out. I was there June 1st. I knew what I wanted and they were a great help. I will be recommending them to everyone looking for furniture...rugs also. They beat GWhite and ArtVn on price. I am and was sold!

I couldnt believe it. I went in there looking for a table chairs and rug. I was in the store carefully checking everything out. I wanted to ask someone something but no one was there. I went in at first and they had two people who just starred at me. Then they disappeared when I needed help. I find these days thats how retail is though. Its really a shame. No wonder why people shop online. You get more help and better customer service.

I ordered a bed from here, it came in a great time frame! Dylan helped me out and was excellent! He had the best communication and was so helpful in the whole process. Putting the bed together was very easy, I would definitely go back and see Dylan!

Went in wanting to purchase an aerial rug, approached staff for help. Was immediately given the run around and told I needed to find someone closer to that area, he then proceeded to go to the opposite side of the store that he was originally at!! for a customer on the phone. I stood there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Before leaving I stopped to say Thank you anyways and that obviously the possible sale on the phone was more important than an in store customer. Fellow staff then tried to HARASS me as I left saying how he was on the phone insinuating my fault, mind you the employee was not on the phone when I approached him. They were very rude! Very unorganized, and obviously have very poor management!

We had great service there. We bought 2 rugs and we are very happy with what we picked out. They look great in out new house.

Terrible, No service. There was two couples ahead of me and One lady who work the floor I guess in the whole store. One guy comes out of the back. Goes to the furniture area with another guy, never looked up to see people waiting got on the phone and went back inside the office. Ive been there twice and hated both times.The rugs are cheap and low quality, which for my particular area, is what I needed. I guess Ill bite the bullet and pay more to other stores. Which I found out, is just down the street. They were the same way at Gibraltor.

Our sales lady was awesome. Got a great deal of a sofa and loveseat. Delivery is slow, took a week. But overall a good experience.

Recommend highly. I just put a couch on layaway, it was very easy. They answered all my questions, and were very helpful.

Do not waste to go to Lake side Gibraltar Rug and furniture StoreOne person working she could not find the other person. Large store.Waited hour to get help. On a knee replacement and walker. Ask why a store that size only have two people and you cannot find the other person. Stated helping at new location to get open in September on Gratiot. Other people coming in and no one there.Needed help to get rug to car. Went to get car. Waited in heat to have rug brought to car. Had to go help others.Called on cell stating still waiting.The person that was missing came out with rug. Poor thing didnt know who, he was looking for, had to blow horn.Gibraltar on Dequindre three people some time more which is good, still need more help these employee are also putting furniture together, waited for help others two helping othersOwners living the Good Life off of the sweat of a ✋ full employee.

I bought a remnant area rug this summer. It had an awful odor. I mentioned it to them and they looked the other way. Now it is unraveling. Just be ready to accept what you bought!

Way better than the oversized and high pressure stores. I was suprised to see how much furniture they had, in addition to the huge selection of rugs. I price matched a few things and it beat everyone else, plus I wasent hounded by a salesman while I did it. Chilled out staff that dont get pushy was the seller for me.

They have great prices on rug and furniture. Which furniture is Ashley furniture beats the others store prices for sure. They dont have they may find it for you if they can.The person that says the rugs are expensive is crazy.
