This was the first time I bought my flooring from Jrohr flooring and I am happy I did. Everything went very smooth the hardwood installers were so nice and did and excellent job installing my floor. They are a very nice family owned business and were super easy to work with.

After several requests to repost my review, I have decided to do so in hopes to help others in avoiding this type of dissatisfaction. However, it was long, very detailed, and I decided to just skip it, and say......Upon entering the store, the staff is friendly and very good at sales. After purchasing, installation and customer service is lacking.Pictures below show the poor workmanship. Buyer beware!I am still upset after 4 years, maybe more by now, living with this carpeting! It gets worse as I vacuum it and have to carry scissors for the fibers coming up! Installers advice!NOTE OF INTEREST...The carpeting was laid with the help of staples and glue! No other place heard of this procedure! I never did either ....THINKING ABOUT UPDATING YOUR KITCHEN....?ROHR DOES THAT TOO....5 photos#1....this slate looking flooring was to be tough! Builders were said to be using it! The small white things ( very hard to see) are popping up all over the kitchen! Move a chair, use a ladder, another one appears! It’s just a photo laid, over a square slab!#2....all corners and woodwork look like this!#3....the so called cement, never looked like I picked! Half the kitchen still has a white look!#4....this counter top was top of the line in price! The cut is ragged and my thumbnail can fill the space! Not much, but enough!

We have done business with Jrohr flooring on several occasions. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Most importantly very honest. On my last purchase they advised me of a known issue regarding glue down vinyl plank. We ended choosing a click together flooring and it turned beautiful.

The staff at J Rohr was very knowledgeable and super helpful in picking out our window treatment our slider. My husband and I decided on a sliding shutter and we love it! 13 years ago we purchased all our flooring from J Rohr and it still looks beautiful. Sold me some Real nice carpet for a great price and recommended a great pad for the flooring. Knowledgable and helpful. I was even given a cell phone number of the owner in case I had any other questions. Highly recommend this place.

Ive had a great experience with Rohr. I came to them on a friends recommendation and had two bedrooms with a hallway and steps done. I was so happy with the price, work, and selection that I have since had two other rooms done with them only 3 months later and sent my parents there for their great room and hallway to be carpeted! The J. Rohr staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Danielle gave me very good advice. Installers did a fine job but a misunderstanding had occurred on my job. It is easy to do a good job when everything goes according to plan. It takes a true professional to do a good job when a correction needs to be made. Mike was genmerous and genuinely attentive to my concerns and more than compensated me for them. He turned what could have been an unpleasant experiemnce into a very positive one. You can purchase carpeting at many places but good service is not always easy to obtain. I have nothing but compliments for J. Rohr. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

After living with our awful dated builder grade flooring that came with the house for the last 4 years... We finally decided it was time for an upgrade! Our experience at J.ROHR was second to none. After going around to Lowes and Home Depot only to leave confused and stressed out, our friend recommended we go see Danielle at J. ROHR. They had just redone their entire house and told us that she guided them thru-out the entire process. We are so glad we did!!! After spending time together with us in the showroom Danielle helped us select some samples to bring home and see how they looked in our house. This is an absolute must! The lighting and paint makes a HUGE difference in the color of the flooring. Then after we made our selection John came out to measure. He has owned the business for 45 years and was able to answer any and all of our questions (and we had SOOOO many) it really helped put my husband at ease with the entire project. We had our quote within 24 hours and our new flooring installed the next week! We couldnt be happier!!! I tell my husband we have our HGTV home now.
