I called ahead of time to inquire about seeing if my phone was ready for the update to 5G services and the employee was very knowledgeable, told me that I did not need an appointment and was incredibly polite. I went in and he quickly updated my phone and it was a very fast and easy experience.I would highly recommend this location, it was about 15 miles out of my way but they were much more polite than the Imlay City location.

Visited this location today for activation of my new 5G sims card. Got great service, took about five minutes to activate the new card. I highly recommend this location. They have great staff & service at this location. I will only use this location. Thank you!

Wish I had gotten the associates name, he was very friendly and helpful. He wore glasses if that helps. I was really dreading coming here to activate my unlocked iPhone 13 Pro Max as it was a headache activating my 12 Pro Max last year at the Boost Mobile at Oakland mall. Not to mention they charged me $25 for a SIM card that retails for $10… Surprisingly, the associate here knew exactly what he was doing and was able to activate my phone in under 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. I wasn’t expecting things to go so smoothly, and I’m really appreciative of his help. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you so much!

Bad experience I had, employees were smoking, the store was smelling very bad, and it wasnt clean at all, I had to run away from there, they couldnt even add me into a family plan, this is a joke, and a $35 activation fee thats insane.

This place is decent. Nothing special. The lady didnt know to much but she tried and got everything done and thats what matters. Im really picky with 5 and 4 stars because you have to be amazing to get either. Im a hard critic. I switched back to my old tmobile phones because I was using the free a11 and was ready to throw that thing away smh.

I couldnt ask for a better assistance, when I need help Majd is there for me, he helped me getting a new device while having a lot of fun during the process.

Jacob was so nice, he made sure that my phone is working, it does recieve phone calls and make phone calls, he also transfered my contacts, pictures and videos, it was a pleasant experience, and I will always come back to this store.

Instead of shopping with my local Boost Moblie I was forced to travel to another Boost Mobile located in Clinton Township which was 7.5 miles away from my home after being denied service at the Boost mobile In my local neighborhood in Sterling Heights by a employee by the name of Jacob, because of my skin color, and he wouldnt even look at or touch my phone . I came into the store to purchase a SIM card for my lil brothers phone, and was told to go to Walmart to retrieve a boost mobile SIM card for my I phone8 plus when I arrived to the Walmart I was informed by the employees that they do not sell boost mobile SIM cards I then again called the same location in hopes of finding a SIM card Jacob proceeds to tell me that he doesnt know and to try Best Buy, and told me to look around and make some calls instead of giving me a Simcard from inside the store. My mother experienced the same behavior she was denied service and was told to take her phone to apple when her carrier was with boost mobile by the employee Jacob and that he was no good of service to her as well. Its ashamed we still live in a day of age where people are not treated fairly amongst their skin color, but denied help and attention because of one preference among others skin . I will continue to drive to the Clinton Township Boost Mobile for great customer service.

I wanted to to thank Devon. I came into the store yesterday and yelled at him for something he honestly didnt have anything to with and he still helped me with a smile and made sure I left store with my problem resolved. This is the least I could do for you bud. Youre great at your job.

Demond is an exceptional associate. When I went into the store to get help with my phone that was acting up, I was scared I was going to get pressured into buying a new device when I didnt really have the money to. Demond was patient and did everything in his power to solve my issue. Sure, he let my know my options for upgrading, but he never hounded me to do so. He fixed my phone and let me know that I might have to buy a new one in the future, but only when I was ready. This type of customer service is the type to earn the loyalty of customers like me! This will be the only boost store I frequent.
