The staff, more specifically, ashley was extremely hostile. completely clueless. just do your job and do it right, nobody has time for the extra and unnecessary attitude.

Didn’t even say hello. Never said sorry about the wait or I will be with you shortly. Been here for 15 mins. Ashley lied and told me that my order would come 2-5 days and I call customer service because I didn’t believe her. Come to find out the order was on back order. Very disappointed

I just recently switched over from Metro PCS and I went into this location. The service was outstanding. I had the representative Sanir help me out and made everything turn out smoothly. The manager of the store was there, Andy and he told me about the best deals and the best options. Great services and helpful staff is a 10/10 for me.

The WORST experience I have had with the most rude, disrespectful, and childish associate. Do NOT go to this store, you will have to deal with people like Emon who call their customers “bro” and give no regard to their requests. I was FALSELY told by Emon that P360 screen replacement is online ONLY, which is completely false because it can be done in store. After I call out his lie, he blames his boss Andy, so allegedly their boss tells his employees to send customers out because they don’t want them getting screens for free. He says things to me like “go ahead bro, I don’t care bro” while there are two customers in the store. He was not even looking at me, he was on his phone the whole time too. I hope all of you make a better choice than to support this T-Mobile that shows no respect for their customers. There are many other ones who will actually do diligent work and help you out. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

Me and my friend came into the store to get her a new phone. Our sales rep, Christina, not only got my friend a phone and met her needs, however, she also got me a phone at a very little cost, and a great accessory deal, all I had to pay was taxes on my accessories! She was very nice and answered all our questions we had. I would definitely recommend Christina to be your sales rep next time you to go this store!

Went to replace phone that had been crushed and the staff at T-Mobile were amazing. Dealt with Courtney, very knowledgeable had new phone in less than 15 minutes. She even managed to get my address book and pictures back even that the phone wouldnt switch on. Recommend this branch to anyone, ditch all the other carriers. First rate 5-star

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Andy and he handled everything in a very professional manor and made my decision of getting the new s9+ very easy. I was at the 16/Dequindre store earlier in the day and I decided against getting the phone through them because of the poor customer service their employee had. Andy and the other women there were very easy to deal with and understood exactly what i was looking for in a phone. If i need anymore help regarding phones they will be my first stop.

I love T-mobile but this location was awful, t he sales rep basically told me to buy my cell phone cover there and then go to best buy to have them put it on really??? And then the other sales guy was upset because I didnt buy my S8 there and instead did it over the phone. Terrible customer service

I have been in customer service for years I take my phone Christine Drops my phone and cracks the screen on a warranty exchange Then has the nerve to tell me they can’t exchange it due to the crack that they did. She was on her phone the whole time and even ask me to just her 10 stars or she going to get fired. Wow what a joke why do I stay with T-Mobile for 7.7 years when all I do is pay for there problems then I call T-Mobile and they tell me to do a Insurance claim on the phone to get a new phone I was like what no you broken it and now I have to pay f that their place is a joke don’t go here or T-Mobile

I went to this store at 10:10AM and there were two people in front of me with only one person working. The man working said to the person in front of me that it would be at least a 10 minute wait and that another employee would not arrive until 11:00AM. As a result I had to leave the store without getting to talk about the problems that I am experiencing with my cell phone. POOR SERVICE.

Please stay away from this store. Extremely rude customer service. Sales girl Maria was very arrogant. Do not know how to be presentable to a customer. She was eating Jimmy Johns sandwich at the counter and talking to her boy friend while handling me and one call from customer, all at same time. With her dirty hands, she tried to activate my new samsung s7 phone and she dropped it. When I was concerned about the status of the phone, she was still on the phone with her boy friend. She just replied that it was an accident and now my phone has a bad ding without making a single call....Will going to call T mobile customer service to complain her for sure.Go there on your own risk...

This place is horrible. My boyfriend had a Samsung watch sent to this location yet the store claims its not there. He received a confirmation and text mesaage saying it had arrived and was signed by an Andy. The T.Mobile customer service line reached out asking if this individual works there which they did confirm. Whats odd Andy has been absent the entire time yet no one offered to maybe call Andy to see where he may have place the watch. Of course they offered to cancel it and have it re-shipped, however, what does that mean for the original order? Im starting to believe Andy has the watch. This place cares nothing about their business, or their customers.

I went in to return a phone and get another phone. No fault of the employees i had to waot 24 hours to get my phone, they said they were going to hold the phone for me and when i went back they sold my phone to someone else, worst experance ever along with a network that barley works as well makes me want to switch back to verizon

The service I received was horrible. The sales rep (I think his name was dave or david) tried to sell me something instead of helping me on the issue I came in for.

Customer service very bad in this place I asked Christian why I should stuck with T-Mobile when at Spirit they have 5 Line for 100 unlimited plan she said why you dont go to them and that answer its really Shock Me?!

Service sucked. Guy named Martin was using his phone while answering our questions. Half the questions we asked he couldnt answer and told us to call customer service. Waste of time.
