Took 2 and a half hours to activate a phone. Dude didnt know how to do anything and kept asking his Co worker who just seemed upset the whole time. Pretty pathetic service, 0/10

So last Monday I purchase a phone through this Verizon. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. Had some issues with the phone I purchased. He went way out of his way to make sure things were right. If youre looking to spend a thousand or morethis is definitely the place to go because they stand behind what they sell. Lauren who sold me my phone decided to use my phone to give herself a raving review using the new phone I bought at the store. I thought she was programming my phone & getting it up & running which she was but it seems she decided to give herself & the store a 5 star review on Google in my name using my email address. She also lied about the cost of my phone bill. It is a lot more than she quoted but now Im locked in a 2 year agreement unless I want to pay a cancelation fee. Avoid Lauren at all costs. Now Im concerned that she may have stolen other personal data from me & will have to change all my passwords & hope she didnt do anything else behind my back while she had possession of the new phone I bought there.

My husband and I walked in to this Verizon store for the first time for a phone upgrade at 5pm on a Saturday. The process only took about 30-ish minutes. Usually with any other in person services, I usually get an unhelpful or too busy salesperson, but I had a great and seamless experience with NaCaria. She was very helpful, friendly and professional. I really appreciated her customer service and how she was able to offer insight to my husband and I. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future.

People were nice, the young man explaining the services seemed to be very well informed but our first bill had errors, not showing the discounts for buying a phone and getting one free, when I was back in the store to ask why, he was still trying to convince me that the bill was right ( realized at the end that was not) and only now, when I want to pay the phones in full I was told that if I do pay them in full we will loose the buy one get one free discounts.It is just sad that every some months we find a new thing that we were not told.

I started off on a prepaid account, and was not getting any quality assistance with my prepaid service. I went to a corporate store and was misled into 4 devices. But I gave the location near my job a chance and they have provided the best assistance possible. Any issues that I think I have they have answers, and even when they dont they take time and do the leg work to get any issue resolved. Best service I have in years.
