Jay was great. He explained what water can do to a phone and the steps he was going to take to try and fix the phone. He was so nice and very professional to work with. Cydnec was also a pleasure to work with and she had a great sense of humor.

I brought 2 IPads in, one was beyond fixing the other they took care of. Running many tests and taking their time with it. There were no parts involved so they didn’t charge anything for their time!!!! I offered a tip but the guy just said; leave a good review & that was enough for him! WOW! Took 2 hours to replace the glass on my Pixel 4a when a prior location did it in 1, not only that but it wasnt even done correctly. My screen peels up and flaps like a book cover, not sucured properly at all, not lined up flush, generally a messy job that now will cost me more time and Im in the middle of touring with a band, so time is not something I have. Extremely poor job.

Dan was very helpful they zeroed in on problem. Fixed it in less than 5 minutes after many have tried he was successful hat goes off to him. I put him in my contacts I would use him again if needed

When i walked in i was greeted by Marvin.. He asked questions on what I needed done (replaced cracked iPhone screen) Marvin and Dan checked me in, answered my questions, explained the process to me and finished replacing my glass in a hour! These guys are great! Had a broken screen they fixed,checked for other issues that i may have been javing and replaced the old battery for a new one. My phone is like bran new now. I recomand to anyone. 29 dollars thru verizions insurance plan.

My cell service provider plus insurance had me at $249 to replace Samsung S10+ back case that I accidentally cracked yet they replaced like new for $110... a no-brainer deal! The scheduling and return of my phone was as promised. Even though they werent able to correct the issue, they did provide diagnostics for the phone manufacturer.

The uBreakiFix location at 16 Mile and Van Dyke in Sterling Heights, MI did a wonderful job replacing the glass, screen and battery in my Galaxy Note 8. My phone is an international version of the phone as well, so not the average Note 8, and they were still able to repair professionally with factory parts in about 2 hours. You cant tell it was ever broken. I could not be happier!

Professional and honest. I ran my phone through the washing machine. It was told that a cleaning would most likely not work and a motherboard replacement would be too close to the cost of a new phone. I recommend this place.

Ive heard of people having bad experiences with this place of business, but Ive gone here twice and I recommend them. The people are nice and professional, (at least the two men i spoke with are) Ive gotten my phone screen fixed twice here and the second time it was free thanks to the liquid screen protector they sell. Only took a couple hours and I got a phenomenal deal on a new screen and housing of my phone. I basically got a brand new phone for under 300 dollars. The only issue I have with this company is they need to open a franchise in port huron area as Im sure Ill be needing their assistance in the future considering how much I drop my phone. 🤙

I dont think they tried hard enough. I have an international phone which required extra attention, I dont think they looked into all of their options available to help me. They were nice though, friendly enough, seemed smart enough to do the job, just dont think they gave it the old COLLEGE TRY... Will go back with other phones though if I have to... I would tell others to go there, just might have to light a fire under those buns to make it happen when the solution isnt right in front of their faces...

I worked with Jay. I am older and I had myself locked out of my iPad. He fixed it and took the time to explain what the password, passcode and Apple ID mean and when to use them. He made sure I had them written down before I left to save for future use. I highly recommend uBreakIfix and am extremely satisfied!

I went in there because my phone wouldn’t charge (iPhone 7) and we thought it wouldn’t need to be fixed, Darnell tried to clean it at first and using compressed air and tools got it working for NO CHARGE and didn’t try to make me pay for a fix I didn’t need. Super honest and very very nice. Don’t waste your time or money at the Apple store or a different repair shop, I highly recommend this place.

This review is long overdue. I got the new Samsung Note 20 Ultra the day it came out and in the middle of setup, I got a blue screen of death that would not go away no matter what I tried. Samsung and Verizon customer support could not help with the issue either and if the Samsung rep hadnt told me to go here, I probably would have sent it back and stuck with my iPhone forever.The wonderful people here were a little stumped at first, but within an hour, my phone was up and working beautifully. I cant recommend uBreakiFix enough!
