Just...... DONT.Do not go here. I am an AT&T customer and my Samsung got the blank screen of death last night. I stopped by this store 40 min after opening, door was locked associate didnt seem like she wanted to work. When she realized I wasnt leaving she reluctantly opened the door and asked what was wrong. When I explained that my phone wasnt working, wasnt dropped wasnt exposed to liquid, she replied so you want an upgrade? She looked into my account and told me my warranty was up, and I didnt have the upgraded insurance and so basically my only choice was to buy out this phone and get a new one. I went across the street and my phone is still under warranty and is being fixed for free as I type this. NO HELP AT ALL. Wouldnt even look at my phone, or attempt a reset. Your getting paid to do a job, you should do it to the best of your ability.

Amazing customer service! Had my phone Sim card fail while upgrading to a new phone. I went in to this store and the employee, I think her name was Taylor, spent time calling everyone department necessary to get my phone back online. It was amazing to see someone go through the difficulty of calling different departments on my behalf and still remain very cordial. This work took over an hour and was at no cost to me. I expected to have a long exhausting experience but it was everything but. 10/10 would recommend.

The service at this AT&T store was fantastic. The associate who assisted me was very experienced, patient and considerate. When I left the store everything was perfect for me. The associates there have great respect for each other. I strongly recommend this store.

Best service by far! This very kind woman named Kirscher helped us out and was so amazing. Handled all the electronics and chatted with us like old friends. I will definitely be going here again thanks to her and they’re amazing customer service!

Great experience every time I walk in this ATT store. I’m greeted and helped right away. Thanks to Mr Martin and his crew they were officiant in getting me the latest iPhone and even helped me add a tablet line for my daughter. Thanks again guys.

Loved all the people (all 3 employees) who were on site when I went to the store. Exceptional experience, felt like I was hanging out with good friends of mine, rather than spending a **** ton of money on a new phone! Definitely recommend.

The manager and associate were very kind to me. The manager even stayed after hours to help me upload all my data from my old phone. The manager was engaging in conversation with me as we waited for my data to upload. This was by far my best experience at a AT&T store since all of the 5 years that I have been a customer.

This was a very pleasant experience. They took care of me to the best if the abilitys. I would come back to this store everytime for a new anything.

No one in the store knows what they are doing, the whole store is undertrained. The manager Scott Sims has only work there for three months. This place is an authorized retailer and will turn you right around and tell you to go to a corporate store, they cannot assist you with half of the things that the corporate can. If you come into the store looking for a new phone or phones as an African-American they most likely will think you are fraud or a scammer.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Waste of time!!! I ain’t eva coming here again! Waste yo time if you wanna...
