Thus place is wonderful for one reason-- their staff is amazing. Even though there is a the month back log on the phone my husband wants, we didnt get out of there without our our service woman taking a look at our account and setting us up for an even better plan than we already have while saving us about $10a month. We will definitely be back.

Service was excellent. The salesperson couldnt help so they asked the manager for help. The manager was very good and focused. She couldnt solve our problem then but explain the process effectively. We were able to solve the problem later. They did a great job.

Sad to say that I lost three years worth of memories today. Bought an iPhone 7 for my daughter and a new Galaxy 9 for me. Cost me about $300 and three years worth of photos of my 11 and 8 year old. Was told the only thing that didnt transfer from my old phone were my text messages. Was shown enough photos to make me believe everything was cozy. Not a guy that likes to cry, but Ive been in anguish for the past two hours. I feel like a piece of my soul was stolen today. I did get a sorry.....so I guess were good.Fun update. This entire scenario made me want to switch carriers...but Verizon will be charging me a $35 per phone restocking fee. Awesome. Zero humanity here. Its as if they took a class in customer service and have elected to do the exact opposite.

Was one of the first ppl to enter the store. George sat at a table as a lady said “ he” can help you over there. Never got up to greet me at all, no smile, no customer service. Said “what do you need”. As soon as I said I’m looking to potentially switch and wanted to know about upgrading my phone and plan he laughed. George dies not belong in any form of customer service.Was very short, I had to ask multiple questions for him to elaborate on details. This experience alone makes me definitely want to switch after YEARS of being a customer.

My boyfriend and I went into Verizon about a month and a half ago and was given a quote when trying to switch carriers. I told the guy at the time we will come back in about a month and switch over. Last night my boyfriend and I went in there and George (the same guy who helped us last month) was absolutely amazing at his job. He did everything in his power to make sure we walked out of the store happy! George made the shopping experience super easy and my boyfriend and I will continue to work with him in the future.

The old store was great employees were always nice and store was nice. Ever since they moved to new store that’s when things made a turn, went there around Christmas time to upgrade phone, went in the store had a weird vibe to it and the way phones our ok display makes it confusing on which phones are where. Some employees were the same which was good but had to deal with a different employee who was rude we said Merry Christmas 2 times to him and he just stared at us. Very dissatisfied in this new location and new staff

I had to come in and switch my newly-bought iPhone 5c to a 5s due to lack of space. I was helped by John and he did a great job! He was very thorough about everything and patient with me. I also had to return the case and car charger so it wasnt really an easy switch, but he made it less stressful and a great experience.

I had a tremendously uncomfortable and disquieting in-store experience with Brian the Solutions Specialist while cell-phone shopping with my mother.On 24 December 2019 I visted this location with my mother. Brian politely assisted us as we chose two new cell phones. Throughout the demonstations, I had the impression that he seemed a little unnerved that I was casually speaking a foreign language with my mother, but I quickly dismissed it as my own misunderstanding. After all, the holidays can be stressful for everyone and no one likes the feeling of being unable to understand whats being said.We soon took our products to the register where Brian laid out various accessories and add-on products. I decided I didnt want any add-ons and I said this to my mother in English (who was paying for the items) in Brians presence.We carried on with what seemed like a normal interaction until the very end where Brian let me know that he personally took offense to what I said to my mother about not wanting the added products. I promptly expressed my sympathies and let him know that I can respect his uniform (his professional role) while also not wanting to make more purchases. I made it a point to placate his worries that I was saying something negative about him in a foreign language. I simply was having a casual side conversation with my mother about our holiday plans. He told me he still thought I was talking about him.This was the first red flag. It is not the responsbility of the customer to placate the emotions of a professional with the title Solutions Specialist. A customer service representative who works in the metro-Detroit area should not immediately take offense to hearing two people speak a foreign language, especially not while hes on the job. Its simply poor form. My mother tried to express her sympathies as well while I disengaged but he simply did not let it go. He let my mother know that he was at church recently and went to a soup kitchen today and that I personally ought to attend church.I dsiregarded his audacious, inappropriate comment and firmly told him to please cancel the transaction or return the cell phone immediately as I decided I no longer want it. Instead of honoring this request the situation unfortunately escalated, preventing me from leaving when I wanted to leave. Brian then felt it was appropriate and necessary to let me know that the surveillance cameras were watching me and that he was a military veteran. Perhaps this statement was meant to intimidate me into submission, which is itself incredibly unsettling and Im unsure as to why he divulged so much emotionally charged information. I was not interested in hearing about his military experience. I was only interested in his customer service experience and skills, which at this point were representing Verizon and himself very poorly.I understand he works on commission, but Brian took an impersonal situation tremendously personally and escalated it with various xenophobic and religious insults. My intentions were to neutralize the situation as best as I could and promptly leave, but he seized every opportunity to further escalate the incident with even more emotionally charged comments despite my open proclamations that he was making me incredibly uncomfortable.This is the first and only time I left a Verizon store feeling intensely disturbed and upset. My experience with Brian was not at all like any of the overwhelmingly positive customer service experiences Ive had with Verizon in the past. I hope that this was an isolated incident but Brian was very quick to make things personal and escalate them. He was too comfortable speaking to me the way he did. This leads me to believe that Im not the first customer he spoke to this way, but Im happy to be corrected. From what I read of these reviews, it sadly sounds like rude customer reps are a norm at this location. I will be returning my original purchase as intended at a different location since I am quite literally anxious to return to that store. Take your money elsewhere.

Went in to try and upgrade my phone and ran into a multitude of problems. The customer service was awful and the staff was extremely rude. CalledVerizon customer service and had my new phone ordered with zero problems at all in less than ten minutes. I will never step foot into this store again. They need to get new employees who a.) know what they’re doing and b.) know how Verizon works. I was told I cannot upgrade my phone early and I’d have to pay over $200 to do so, despite what I showed them my account says online. Calling Verizon customer service on the phone didn’t cost me anything, I was able to upgrade no problem and everyone was extremely helpful and kind, unlike this store. If you go into this location they won’t only not help you, but they’ll give you a headache and waste your time and try to charge you fees that don’t actually exist.

I will never go to this store again. They have the worst customer service. Tried to turn in my note 7 because of RECALL, and the guy didnt want to do it because his phone never had a problem. He says its just a suggestion. No, its a RECALL idiot. Im not paying over $800 for a faulty phone. Plus you have to have all the accessories with it when you turn it in. Thanks for the heads up

All about sales- for this store. Yesterday I just came into the store for a phone case. I get greeted by someone trying to give me a deal if I own my own business and etc and when I tell him no I get handed off to another person I tell him what I wanted then he pulls out the glass protection screen as well and ask what type of charger. I asked before he starts ringing it all up I asked him what is all this he tells me its a bundle they sell and I asked how much he tells me and I said just the case. When I told the sales associate no he scoffed why. I tell him I dont have the money then proceeds to tell me that I can put it my account-sorry Verizon already gets plenty of my money every month why would I but this bundled package on it?I know this is part of verizon business model to generate more sales-but it would be nice just to go in and have someone listen to what I only want to get. They are knowledgable but do not go out of their way to help you try and save money (previous experience when I was having phone issues and when I went to turn in my phone).

I came in to get 3 new phones, so you think Id get excellent service. Only one phone was in inventory, I wanted black. He got a white one instead and rang it up and scanned it before telling me. He knew I have a corporate discount on accessories, but he still charged me the full price. He seemed very inconvenienced when I asked the price on the accessories (cuz the cost isnt shown on the accessories). He started doing something else during the middle of my transaction. He didnt tell me all the charges involved in the purchase. While I was waiting, I could hear another salesman complaining about another customer who just left, complaining very unprofessionally.

I have had version for a while and they are usually awesome. Every other version store I go into are super helpful but this one is terrible and thats sad because it is a corporate store. I understand the barriers they have sometimes in helping with certain things but every other store will sit and figure out what I can do and give the information needed if they cant do it themselves, even call cutomer care right thwre for you on speaker and guide you through solving problem. This store no matter who I talk to always says no we cant help you, or thats not our issue, unless of course you are paying a bill. Pathetic! Just avoid this one like the plague and youll be fine with your version service.

I went in to get a phone, phone line, data plan, the whole works. When I arrived the number of Verizon employees in the store outnumbered the number of customers in the store. They put my name on a list to be helped. After an over 40 minute wait to try and give them money for a phone, I simply left.All the while employees were standing around, and some were talking to each other. The least one of them could have done was step over and give me an update.

If I could give a negative star I would. I literally just walked out of this store. The customer service was atrocious, there were 2 customers other than me in the store and the store manager Ryan and his side kick female associate along with a third associate could not help us because we do not understand the flow of the floor I had to ask 2 people including the store manager if they could help us, and was told no. After their behavior was questioned they got an attitude with us and the female spoke to me as if I was a child. Totally unacceptable

Go to this verizon I went to the other one first and went to this one after I bought the phone it was 100 cheaper after switching business with this verizon not only did I save the $100 but they also gave me a free $100 Bluetooth speaker were actually able to switch all my contacts over and gave me another $100 rebate for trading my old phone

Very slow to get service then i they sell me a phone and tell me to finish the upgrade at home because it will take to long in the store. The phone activation failed and then neither the new phone or old phone will work.... and no support... now I have to go back to the store and make them fix it.
