I was in there the other day and was helped out by an employee by the name of Ariana, she was very helpful and accommodating and I found the perfect pair of shoes with their help. Very positive experience will definitely be returning

My daughter was set on a certain pair of shoes and the sales representatives Ari and Carmen went above and beyond to help achieve purchase. Very kind, professional, knowledgeable and determined.

Upper deck store, the staff working on Saturday 2:30ish, fabulous, friendly, and fast! I gave the man pics of out of their catalog of things my granddaughter wanted, in minutes he had everything, in the correct sizes and matching socks to boot !! Excellent experience! Thanks to a GREAT staff.

Walked in the store to extremely loud rap music blaring. Didnt feel like much of a store, more of just people getting paid to hang. They completely portrait the Skateboarding/Snowboarding scene in every wrong possible way. What the hell happened? Did this store forget its roots... The clothing and shoes are all junk, nothing I would ever buy for actual skateboarding. So is this store for people that wanna look like skaters but actually arent? The staff was terrible I almost had to fight the one man because he thought it was ok to stare at my girlfriend. #$%# this place. Close it down. Its not a skate shop anymore.

By far the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. I sat there and waited 20 minutes for someone to help me because one was clearly training and the manager was on the phone the whole time. I assumed they were short staffed but I see two more people come from the back and were doing nothing productive. Overall, terrible customer service, prices or staff.
