It’s ran by a bunch of little kids that don’t have no experience or know how to treat their customers and their clothes are cheap. This establishment is a joke I don’t even know how they are still in business.

Never shopping at this store again only online girls working their wouldn’t let me do buy one get one free denim even though I had 2 pairs of stacked skinny and there was signs all over the place and when I asked what pairs I could do it with I was told none Very disappointing experience

Overall has ways been a decent place to shop for little things here or there. Been going to PacSuns for around 10 years now, never had any issues.

Nice variety of clothing at decent prices

I bought a headband just four days ago and have only worn it once since then, today I went to put it on and the band snapped and it came un sewn. It was very cheaply made

When spring and summer comes around I go here for my clothes.

Only one employee on staff on a Sunday afternoon. Put more staff on so customers don’t have to wait 10 min in line, and so your current employees will be happier!

Horrible customer service. Needed help finding an item, but instead the men working were sitting on top of the counter on their phones. Did not greet me or speak to me, one time while in the store. Should of just stole, they wouldn’t have known. ..
