Great store Oasis is a joy with excellent customer service

I got the lipstick shade I wanted for my wedding, but the older man working behind the counter was unbelievably rude. I shouldve ordered from MAC online or gone to Somerset or Ulta. I wouldve looked for more makeup, but I was ready to get out of there.

The MAC Cosmetics store is inside Macys at Lakeside Mall. I was buying a gift for my wife. Three days before Christmas and no one was working the MAC counter. I was told to find someone that was working the general cosmetics at Macys. After a while of waiting I went behind the counter and grabbed the item myself and brought it to a regular register. No service, no help, and no special MAC bag. I will never go back to this location.
