I had a meltdown on the Bath and Body Works in Rochester. (If you know, you know) Now I went into Bath and Body Works located in Lakeside Mall and they were awesome! Super friendly, super helpful and super knowledgeable. They me where things were, offered some ideas and sents, also pointed out what was on sale and what were the better deals. I loved it. The Rochester store, not even close!Another reason why I liked this store so much is that they were burning candles with the sents of Fall. Love it. The husband had to run out within 5 minutes but that was fine too. Lol. The sents can be a bit overwhelming at first but it is great. If you want to have a better shopping experience at Bath and Body Works, then shop at the one on Lakeside Mall. Also, you might find other stores you like and havent visited for a while.

Best store for gifts, personal use, just everything and the scents are so amazing, the girls are helpful!! THANK YOU LADIES!! The kids and I cant wait to come back for more :)

Horrible. Store very crowded. Too many employees walking around asking the same question. Are you looking for anything in particular. No. No 6 feet distancing what so ever. Im addition, nothing against the employees, but the fragrance to 99% of their products smell very weak. Not like the old Bath &Body Works. Will stick to on-line ordering, for the old items.

My son was trying to buy his girlfriend a gift this morning He asked for assistance and received none. One clerk was downright rude. He ended up not buying anything. This store isn’t very busy and there was no reason the clerks couldn’t help him find the right fragrance for his girlfriend. Very disappointed in this location. Will start shopping at Partridge Creek instead

Staff is very helpful in finding specific items and advising of current specials! Always a pleasant store to go to.

Prices are average for their stuff. No big sales at this time. Too bad the essential fragrance body wash was not part of a deal.

Very friendly workers and they check out very fast very helpful for what I’ve picked especially Kayla was Very friendly and she help me a lot she was so nice I am definitely coming back for more to buy stuff

Friendly fast service many cashiers so check out was fast. A little wait to get into store but line moved fast! Will visit again soon.

Got what I needed and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.

It was the 9.95 candle special. Extremely organized. Beautiful stock, helpful and professional/pleasant staff. Young lady outside answering any and all questions. Giving suggestions. Only waited 6inutes outside in line and 8 mins in cashier line. All lines open.

Dont waste your time at this location. Go to another location. I should have gone to another location but I will be traveling in the morning and just needed a couple of items. Didnt want to waste time. But I should have. Because I didnt get anything and I wasted even more time begging the manager to let me in. I even suggested for her to pick the stuff up for me and I would just run to the register and pay. NOPE. If Im going to leave my house to drive to your store, I believe the least you could do is help me, to help you to make sales. They are refusing sales in the name of Covid..... then they wonder why stores are going out of business....

3/5 I did not get to bathe while here and also when I left my body still did not work. Was really hoping for a hot bath and for my back to work like it did when I was 16.

Omg, the sales lady was rushing me to pick out items. How about when Im ready to purchase the items, it was the same person to ring me up and she was still rushing me to the point, I had to tell her to wait and slow down... I was so irritated.

Kathleen was amazing from the moment I walked into the store until she walked me to my car! I am currently 6 months pregnant and was purchasing several soaps for my baby shower. She gave me the scoop on what the best deal would be. She then offered to carry the bags to my car so that I wouldn’t have to carry such heavy bags! She was my angel that night that I didn’t even know I needed

I can always find some new and delightful fragrance. Such as Lovely Dreamer and In the Stars. I like soft fragrances so Im always excited when a new fragrance comes out.
