I was looking at a pair of discontinued shoes that were at a greatly reduced price but they did no have it in store. They ordered me my size from another location and gave me the sale price. I also enjoy looking at the shoe selection and they have a very large variety. I fo into Hibbet often with the intent to just look around.

Friendly staff had a hard time finding the shoe sizes that we needed and the poor guy ran back and forth probably 10 times without any complaints all in all it was a good visit

Just stopped at Hibbett in Sterling Co and had THEE BEST customer service experience Ive had in a long time!! Caleb was EXCELLENT in hospitality, salesmanship, and just the while overall experience!!Ps...i had been at another Hibbett not and hour before and didnt buy a thing....bought 3 pairs of shoes from Caleb ;)

Very helpful staff. Nice variety of mechandise.

I ordered a pair of shoes in store, and was told 3 to 5 days. Call back after five days and they told me give it two more days. Call back 3 days later and Im told that they should be arriving soon. Very disappointed, will be buying shoes elsewhere next time.
