Exceptional customer service and very ho est about their products and services. Its sad that not a lot of people go there anymore. However, I would highly recommend this place and their products and services because if their great promotions, services, in stock products and quick service. They genuinely care about you and respect any promotion s and deals online or in person unlike most others who does not care or respect their offers, deals and promotion, online or in-person. Not only that but they have many if not all products in stock and offer free and fast installation service on most products.

Helpful initially, but it turned out not too good. My key fob was not working and I though I could just go and get it replaced. Worker checked the battery and said its good and he just cleaned it. He said it could be the key fob, so I told him to order it and he said he will call once it arrives. He never called, I just ordered the battery in Amazon and just replaced myself, works now!

I was looking a lamp socket for a while. I didnt think they had one but went in anyway. They DID have it and it was much less than expected! Very happy camper here 👍. Clean store too.

These guys are amazing. Not only do they have all the batteries their amazing employees switch them out for you in minutes. Very reasonable too. Got 3 key fob batteries replaced for under $20.

Customer service was above and beyond! They even replaced the backing case to my phone because they saw it was crushed as well. Very professional and had no issues with fixing my glass and touchscreen.

Today I went to get batteries for my car remote. Kyle waited on me quickly and very knowledgeably. It turned out that That was not the problem. The door motor on my car is defunct. So without blinking an eye, Kyle gave me a refund (much appreciated) since I had not even left the lot. Thank you, Kyle for being super-understanding and helpful!

Sold me the wrong battery for my Harley. They DID exchange if for almost the correct battery-it was 12 bolts and fit in the allotted space, but the wrong posts. Did I mention I live @ 25 miles each way from the closest store? And I had a car that got maybe 12 miles per gallon on a good day. Not to even think of ths time spent driving there and back TWICE wiled out any savings in price and then some! Buy your next motorcycle battery at a factory licensed distributor and save money and time!

I like Batteries Plus because they are friendly and always will install whatever they sell you, whether it be a key fob or a GPS device battery. They have done custom work for me in the past on the batteries for my movie cameras and not really charged much besides the batteries that I purchased. They have their own bench and I am told they do good work on cell phones too for reasonable prices. I use batteries in everything and sometimes wonder what I would do without their service! This applies to bulbs, flashlights or whatever you need that requires a bulb or a battery of any type.

I brought in 3 watches and they did them so quick and easy. And it wasn’t expensive at all. I highly recommend them. I was also greeted by 3 people when I walked in. Recommended highly to go there for watch repair and phone repair and car fobs

Friendly and helpful staff. I have had them do repairs on a remote control for a ceiling fan, found hard to find light bulbs for a display cabinet and change batteries in my key fobs. If they dont have what youre looking for amongst the products they carry, they will at least look it up and order it.

A-1 customer service. Jesus was honest with me when he could have easily tried to sell me a new car battery. He also ran over to a nearby auto parts store to get something we needed to get my car back on the road!

Ordered a motorcycle battery online following the easy to understand directions. Received confirmation, received order ready notification and picked up the correct battery by showing the order confirmation number, my ID and the card used for the purchase. The people at the store were helpful and the battery is strong and gives me plenty of juice for starting.

Do not get your phone screen repaired here. I only had my phone for a week and it cracked I bought a brand new case to help with the Impact and a screen protector. My screen protector aint even broken only my screen is I will never get my phone fixed here ever again.

Excellent service by an experienced staff. Anna helped me order a key copy for my Honda. It wasnt cheap, but a lot less than the robbers at the dealer.Key was ordered, came in within the time Anna said it would. We set up an appointment and within a half hour, the key had been cut and programmed by a fellow whose name I didnt catch. A perfect experience.

We needed a key replaced, we had just ordered and replaced a duplicate key several weeks ago. This time they insisted that we pay in advance, this was not the policy just a few weeks ago.

If you need any kind of battery or light bulb, they will have it.I went to lowes, home depot, ace, and none of those places carried the bulbs I was looking for.Batteries plus bulbs carries it all.They have bulbs from older fixtures, to home alarm batteries.

I went in today for an iPhone repair to fixMy battery, charger port and my screen. And they did repair these things for me and I appreciate that but before i gave them my phone and trust, the iPhone ID fingerprint worked and had no problems it would read my fingerprint fine. after they gave me my phone back it wasn’t working at all it won’t read my fingerprint nor could i add a fingerprint. They told me it wasn’t working when i gave it to them and it failed a “test” i told them no it was working i am positive that it was. So they said ok we will just get you a new screen that may be the problem that the screen was not Functioning With the ID button, they said it will take an hour, Will call you when it’s ready. So about 30 mins later or so they call me saying they put a new screen on and now the ID fingerprint was working again, you can come pick it up . I said ok I’m on my way. I went back I picked it up I paid $158 for all the repairs. I told them I appreciate it thank you! Till I got home I checked if it was working again, but sadly no it was not working at all like the first time I got it back. It still didn’t read my fingerprint at all ! I was upset because they said it was working so I didn’t check it till I got home because i was driving. I gave them my trust they gave me a messed up fingerprint ID the home button still works and all just not the ID touch. So now i am looking up somewhere else to repair it because Batteries Plus Bulbs do not have that service to fix it :( Thank you if you read my review . Have a great day !

If I could leave just zero stars or even a negative five stars, I would do so. If you buy a battery here because you are attracted to the warranty, dont do it!I purchased a battery for my Harley with a 24 month free replacement warranty only to learn that it means nothing at all. I brought my battery back because it would not start my bike and they told me that I had voided my warranty because of their abuse or neglect clause on back of the receipt. The battery was under ten volts. No where does ANYTHING state this. In fact, I was not provided any fine print other than this stupid receipt that says nothing about this 10 volt rule.I will be pushing back on this. Im considering hanging out nearby with a picket sign to alert people of their deceitful practices. By deceitful, I am referring to the large display that boasts of the warranty on a maintenance free battery that will sustain charge in storage. No warning about some bogus policy regarding 10 volts or something. This place is a joke. They have cool stuff but good luck trying to use a warranty if you need to. I bet a very limited number of buyers successfully return anything since they automatically assume abuse or neglect. I will never be inside this store or other Batteries Plus stores. I may be outside this one soon though. Read many reviews first. Buying it was great but returning it was a joke. This aint the last review from me. Onto Yelp next.
