But I noticed the car needed a brake job after I took it home so I called Isaiah and he told me to bring it back. Isaiah had a shop install new brake pads and rotors out of his pocket. This car lot is the last place on earth you should make a purchase. If it was possible to rate this a negative five stars I would have. They lie and cheat to make a sale. While in the office they would speak to each other in Spanish and tell us something totally different in English not knowing I understood what they were saying. They refused to refund my niece after they lied about the financing. No one wanted to take responsibility for the actions of their salesman or finance office.

THIS IS A BAD DEALERSHIP! It is not horrible but everyone except for one person had an attitude problem. All they want from you is to buy a car and leave. They will tell you lies like, if you dont buy the car then I will personally buy it for myself because it is such a great car blah blah blah. They were eager for me to sign every piece of paper without reading any contracts, but being the careful person I am I wanted to see the final price of the vehicle including the interest rate just to make sure they didnt raise the price of the vehicle. They were trying so hard to hide that information from me. After requesting to see that information several times they finally let me see it. Besides letting me take my time to read over the important details they told me to calm down and wanted me to hurry up and sign for everything so I can get off their lot. THE WORST PART IS, before I started to sign any documents THEY RAISED THE PRICE ON ME! Even when we came to an agreement of a set price. They raised it a few hundred dollars because the price they gave me before was a cash price meaning, that was the price they would have gave me if I paid the car off with cold hard cash. But because I had to finance the car they came up with a lame excuse to why they had to raise the price on me. The deal I had with my car was to good to pass up or else I would have left the lot with my middle finger up to them. The interior of my car was very clean though and it felt like a new car however, the rear differential fluid needed to be changed 20,000 miles ago. If they would change their attitudes and their scammer ways then this dealership would have been great. The only reason why they are receiving a 2 star rating from me is because they worked with me even passed their working hours to make sure I left with the car I wanted. ITS BEEN A LONG TIME AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REGISTRATION!

This is the worst car dealership I’ve dealt with and I sell cars but this place is unorganized unprofessional I have there car and the worst part is my car is not even being financed rn so they took my 3000 down and monthly payment and I yet to receive a registration a new contract a new monthly payment nothing and it’s upsetting to be passed from one finance manager to the next and just piss poor all around don’t go here
