This is an amazing place to store your belongings. You couldn’t ask for nicer people in the office. It’s extremely secure, very well maintained, and is conveniently located. Did I mention the wonderful people in the office? You can’t go wrong storing your things here.

Went to American self storage for RV storage, met Lynn and Dave, super nice and a very straight forward process to get an RV space to store our trailer. The facility is clean, well kept and they explained all the billing and rules for the property. The access times are great as well 6am-9pm which works great for me. Overall just starting out the rates were good and the accessibility sold me. Thanks Lynn and Dave for the 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service .

If I could give a 0 star for safety and customer satisfaction I would. Our motorhome was vandalized, our CAT and OT sensor were cut and stolen on their property where we pay higher rates than their competitors to store our second home safely which is gated and you need a code to access but they did not take any responsibility for the theft. When we reached out to the manager, Lynn for assistance she didn’t offer any, ie go through the tapes, speak to staff, investigate or even apologize and basically said that’s why the client should have insurance. If that is the case then why even have cameras and a gate that requires customers to punch in a code to gain access?!?! A complete joke of management and security.

I hope I never have to use this storage ever they go up every year and this time they went up in January and just went up again for September 1st and for a 10x10 $175 is way too much money for that little bitty storage so I found another storage which is way better and I got a bigger space so shop around and find another storage dont use these people

They have set up everything to help everyone to be safe, and they make sure everything is clean after each person that leaves.

Great service during COVID. Very quick and easy! Plus the storage space is perfect for what I need (queen mattress and a lightweight sofa) and clean.

This storage facility is wonderful! Its very clean, secure (each individual unit has an alarm system!) and the managers are simply the best! They are quick, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly with everyone who walks in. Five stars for Dave and Lynn!!

Very poor management skills. If you’re a minority stay away from this place. They go out of there way to make you feel uncomfortable. I was trying to exit at closing time and was almost injured due to there gate shutting on me. Instead of helping me they waited 1week and told me I had to pay for damaging there gate. They where very rude and disrespectful.When I asked to talk with the owners the lady responded by saying she was the owner. These people are negligent when it comes to safety.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very Polite, very courteous and professional. Entire place is so clean and spacious!🤗 They even offer you kits for moving at a very reasonable price.

Worse place ever they hide information to make you pay more they try to get every single penny charge 25 dollars extra for 24 hours access plus they are the most expensive storage in the area really bad customer service

Very good place to store your gear, autos, trucks, boats or RVs. Clean and well ordered. Very well managed! Lynn and Dave the managers are very attentive to their customers needs. They are very friendly and always willing to help.

It serves the purpose. I understand how switching computer software can have its glitches. Nice secure facility given its proximity to the city of crime.I would recommend.

This is a self storage company I’d recommend. Anytime I’ve called or gone into the office, those working there have always been pleasant. I’ve been there for about 6 months, I’ve never had to deal with rodents & the surrounding area is kept clean.

I have stored vehicles here and have a locker, facility is always clean and is very secure. The staff were helpful and nice! Thanks!

This storage facility has the most unprofessional, rude and prejudice management. Ever since new management took over 3 or 4 months ago. They have total disregard to the safety of tenants and worry more about how they are getting their next dollar by charging outrageous fees for invalid reasons. If you ask what it’s for they threaten to charge you for something else RUN THE OTHER WAY do not get caught up in any rental agreements with place.!

My sister rented this storage after her husband passed away the July before last then it changed ownership and it has been hell for her. Just this month she has been told that she owes 100 dollars more then the two and change she had been paying. Now worried that she will lose her storage we are on our way to find out whats going on. As new owners they should at least of notified existing renters well ahead of time and any changes in time and prices

I called the 800 number and made a reservation. A unit came available and never got a call back. Its been over a month and I still have not heard nothing. Heres a picture to prove my reservation. Horrible service. Dont rent here.

Sad that this place switched owners 3 times since we rented! And each time charged more and more reguardless, that We were there for 7 years! And on top of it all the sprinkler system leaked in our unit, and they cut our locks.
