They literally have roaches. They cant keep transients out. Poor treatment of employees, that take out their frustration on the customers. The people here are not able to look you in the eye. There are literally broken glass pipes on the floor across from my unit.Do not do business here.

I used Big E Self Storage for over 6 years and had nothing but positive experiences. Besides their very affordable rates, their customer service is beyond exceptional. When I closed out my unit my lock key broke and I was panicking until the manager Joe assured me he could cut the lock off for me in no time and at no charge. He stuck around to make sure I could get my door open and when the door was stuck because a heavy box had fallen against it he worked tirelessly with me to get it open. Joe even offered me a new complimentary lock if I needed it since I didn’t have another one with me on hand. Definitely some of the best customer service I have had anywhere. I can’t recommend Big E highly enough.

Then when I went to the property, it was impossible to leave with out getting a unit. The place is close to my house. The units were clean and they have tons of security cameras. I have rented a storage unit from a different facility before, and comparing them to Big E there is no comparison. Their pricing and specials are very competitive and reasonable. The site is clean, I did not see any rodents or bugs in my storage unit or on the property all together. They have great security and know what is going on at all times so I felt more at ease storing my entire home here in their storage facility. Access going in and out of the facility is very easy, I never once had a problem getting in or out or my pin not working. Ashley the on site manager is extremely helpful, and flexible with your needs. She can answer any question you have and is very eager and willing to help you in any way. I particularly asked about rats getting into the unit and she offered to put some type of a packet in my unit to help ensure that did not happen. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Unlike my past experience at the last storage place I rented from the employees were on their personal phones while assisting me and just plain rude. I did not get any of that while renting from BIG E! Her assistant in the office was also very friendly and helpful, its good to know that not only the manager but all other employees are knowledgeable and eager to help you. From my initial phone call to ask about their specials and pricing to my move out I was very pleased with BIG E and how they make sure customer service is their main priority!. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Especially since Ive rented from a couple other storage facilities in the Stockton area, and can vouch for BIG E. Give them a call!
