Had my HRV transmission fluid changed and a software update. Technicians were friendly and polite and offered to do vehicle inspection while I was there, which will save me a trip. I was very pleased with the service.

First contact was Kelsey,who was awsome to talk to and knew her stuff.I then went and worked with Tim,he was also great got me a great deal on my trade.When I made the deal everyone that walked by me, congratulated me .They are so nice to do business with,it was a great experience.
In the past 6 months I have had my car serviced twice at the Honda Barn and the service was great. Once for my breaks and once for routine maintenance. Booking the appointment was a convenient and easy process, I was able to get everything done I needed to. While my car was being serviced I was kept up to date as needed and I really appreciate the complementary multipoint inspection that was done. I was able to see what needed attention in the coming months and what was in great shape. I like a visual to be able to take home for me records. I plan to keep going back to them!
So my daughter (21) went there for a window issue. They did their courtesy inspection on the whole vehicle. My daughter was told that her rear brakes needed to be replaced( they were in the red). The front brakes were almost in need of replacing.She called me and asked about getting the work done. I told her to hold off because I had done the brakes all around on her car 35 to 40k miles ago, and to let me look at them.As it turns out the rear pads werent even worn half the material, and the front pads were worn less than that.Is this typical business practice for honda barn? If so its a disgrace.

Had the best car buying experience ever! Stopped in to look at a vehicle. Was greeted by Sarah. Very pleasant young lady. She had a great personality, was very easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Eric, one of the managers, was also very pleasant and easy to talk with. Ultimately bought the car. I am in love with the car and with my experience. I would highly recommend the Honda Barn.Very happy camper!!Cindy B
I traded in my jeep on a 2017 Accord on a cloudy day. Test drove it while it was filthy, but was told they would wash it. They did. Thought I got a great deal. The next day the sun was out. I could see all the paint damage from pitch. I called them. They placated me by saying they would buff as much out as they could and give it a good detailing. When I went to pick it up it looked worse. The car looks better dirty than clean.When I told the sales manager I would not have purchased it if I had seen the damage he shrugged his shoulders. I thanked him for his efforts and left. I knew I was buying used. I did not know I was buying damaged. There is a big difference. He did tell me one of his service guys previously had the vehicle. I think they knew .about the damage. I feel like I was deceived
Best Honda dealership in the seacoast area. Stop in - they will take good care of you.

My daughter stopped there yesterday en route from Boston to Rindge (first day teaching two classes at Franklin PIerce College today), sudden problem with her 2005 Element - you were gracious, helpful, informed her what would be needed, AND sent her away in a CRV loaner to get her there through this mornings snowstorm - Ive driven five different Hondas since 1988, I KNOW youre terrific, but this is the first time Ive needed to say a loud THANKS for doing what you do !!
