Had a great experience with Audi Stratham, and I don’t say that lightly. I stopped in with a service question about a car I recently purchased from another dealership. The service department was more than happy to help. Kevin and Keith were exceptional. Made an appointment, got my loaner, communication was great. I went in to buy a used Audi SQ5 I worked with Katie and she was amazing she helped me find the perfect car and made sure all my needs were met. I also met the sales manager Dave and he was amazing he came out and explained the numbers for my trade and made sure I got the best deal possible. Nick was the finance manager and he made sure all the paperwork was clear and easy to understand. Overall it was a great experience and I love my new car. I would recommend Audi of Stratham to everyone.

I had a freak incident with my Audi over the weekend. When the dealership opened on Monday my car was towed in. I spoke with the Assistant Service Manager Chuck and worked with him from start to finish. He was able to get the part and work under Goodwill Repair. They were able to provide me with a loaner car as a courtesy. It’s never fun to be in such a predicament but I was grateful to Chuck for being kind and patient with me. The work was done efficiently on my car and it’s good as new. Happy Audi Owner!

Very irresponsible crew. Replaced my q5 oil pan seal($1000), it comes with 1 year warranty. The oil started leaking again, I called them 3 times all they would say is will talk to the manager and call back. Never got any calls back or the issue resolved. Had to pay $1500 from my pocket to replace the oil pan. Very poor customer service and bad job done in replacing the oil pan seal. I would love to give no star rating instead of 1 star rating.

We purchased our Q7 over 5 months ago, we have still not received our license plates. We have contacted the manager several times and received very limited communication back, with no solution. This poor level of service for such a large purchase is unacceptable.

Bad experience with this dealer. Especially dealing with the sales person Maggie. Called over a week ago interested in an exclusive color Audi S4. She sounded extremely uninterested in helping from the start or even trying to get a sale. Had to call back multiple times asking if she would be able to get me some pictures of the vehicle as I was a serious buyer ready to buy that day. Last straw I called 6/16 and she stated she would call me back in 30 mins. Of course never did. Ended up purchasing an exclusive color Audi S4 from a different Audi dealer who wanted my business and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them asking for a couple extra pictures of a 40K+ car.

Want an Audi? Want to work with a young pro who is honest, attentive, and responsive and puts you first? Then ask for Nick Ciminera. Everything about the ordering and purchase process for my 2019 Audi A5 Cabriolet went smoothly. Beginning with Nicks responses to emails during the research phase, through the first meeting/test drive and then during the negotiation and finally through delivery were top notch. I wont hesitate to buy from Audi Stratham again because their management is bringing Nick along the right way. Sales management was direct and straight forward with me as well, which is very much appreciated. We agreed on a good deal (researched ahead of negotiating). I was considering a BMW or Mercedes in the same class, but after driving the Audi, getting advice from a friend who is an auto industry analyst, and working with Nick, I didnt even bother to look at the others. Why both when the perfect car was the Audi, I could order it with what I wanted, and the people I was dealing with were respectful and easy going? Even met the GM in passing and she was great - these people dont put on airs, they are just real people earning a living and representing an awesome brand of vehicle.

I had an amazing and unique experience with Stratham Audi. My family and I drove from Colorado to Massachusetts to pack up a house we sold. We were visiting someone in Rhode Island and on the way home, the car slipped out of gear on the highway. I pulled over and couldn’t get the car back in gear. It’s a 2020 Q5. Instead of calling AAA, I called Audi. We were two hours away from home and I wanted the car towed to Stratham instead of a local dealer, which they did. If I had AAA do it, it would’ve cost me hundreds of dollars. The next day, Saturday morning, I wake up and by 8:00am I received a text from Chuck Shaw, the assistant service manager to confirm my car was at the service center. In short, the transmission had a major problem and they had to order a new one which they couldn’t do until Monday. I was moving out of the house the following Wednesday and had to leave by Thursday morning to drive back to Colorado, so I had no where else to stay. Chuck, on Monday, ordered the transmission and was able to OVERNIGHT it. They pulled the transmission on Tuesday in preparation, installed it, tested it, and got it back to me Thursday morning for my trip. I’ve had many experiences with car dealers and never had this kind of attention and service. Chuck and his mechanics did an amazing job.

Absolute joke!They knew well in advance I was coming to test drive their used Audi A-6 3.2 white on beige.Said theyd have the car pulled up & all ready for a test drive.Arrived, car not ready-Finally took the car for a ride, MMI wasnt working-obvious electrical problem.It had bad cv boot or something wrong with the frame or wheels, had a vibrating shotty feel.Took it right back.NOT impressed.Michelle the sales girl says to me, Wait let me have you speak to Dave and you can explain to himI said tell him yourself!You guys shouldnt line up test drives on cars that are clearly not in condition to test drive!Waste of time and a 2 hr drive!

This was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car. I shopped around at a few other dealerships and there was no comparison--I really appreciate Audi Strathams low-pressure, customer-centric approach. When the right car (a beautiful certified pre-owned A7) appeared in their inventory I jumped to give them my business. I also cant say enough great things about Rich. He was attentive, helpful, fair, honest, and patient with me (which is really appreciated because I am not the fastest decision maker).

We were on vacation visiting Portsmouth when the check engine light came on. I drove to this dealer about 4:15 pm, they took me in right away after I told them we were on vacation and heading back to Ohio.It turned out the thermostat sensor was having a fault code. Now, they could have scheduled an appointment and I would have have to have stayed maybe another night; but they reset the code and assured me it was okay - as long as I brought her in to my local dealer -ASAP.When I got home I did two things, got her in the shop and bought a Thank You card. I was so impressed with the over the top customer service I put in a few bucks - to buy pizzas for the folks in the work bays. Service like this is a buy-in from the top / down- I dont know whos in charge - but if I lived up there - they would be my dealer.Thank you

Every interaction Ive had with the service department has been bad.They spilled oil on the head of my AudiS5 and apologized offering a free detail that consisted of a dirty rag car wash and vacume.They dont return calls at any level in service and management.I called customer service at Audi North America and gave them a complete rundown on the non-existant level of customer service.Stay clear of this dealership. Read all the reviews on sales and service.They suck!

My daughter had been inquiring about an suv that was on their website, and decided to call to make an offer. The saleswoman answered pleasantly at first, but didnt like the fact my daughter wanted her to bring an offer to her manager. The saleswoman stated he would never go for it. So my daughter asked her, So you wont ask him? She stated, no. I thought it was the managers position to say no to an offer? maybe Im wrong. This saleswoman needs a class in business and how to speak to potential customers.

Chuck over at Audi went way over beyond any of his duties of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from our home in Texas, with no where to go. Our car died leaving a pharmacy and I had my toddler, dad, dog, and luggage and since Covid has made everything difficult and being a Saturday afternoon, transportation wasnt easy to get or find anywhere. He made phones call for me and eventually we got a solution that worked! He definitely saved the day and this family! Upon picking up my car, he greeted me and was very personable and made sure I was taken care of! He showed top notch customer service!

Dont go to this dealership if you are looking for an Audi! I was considering on buying an SQ5. The sales associate by the name of Chris Drew helped me out. This associate has the worst sales etiquette. He basically lied to my face about getting financed, he tried to take credit for a pre approval from my own bank that I went to the trouble getting. He then tried to guilt me into being obligated into doing business with him saying that he and the finance manager went through the whole trouble on getting me approved. He then said over the phone that he was in the process of getting me into a Q3, trying to obligate me into doing business with him. This place should be closed down if this is the kind of people they have working there. An this was my first experience with Audi in general and this is what I receive. I did end up buying an SQ5 from another dealer for way less than this dealership. So my recommendation to anyone who is searching for an Audi is to avoid this dealership and to avoid CHRIS DREW!

This is the second time that I get a new vehicle through this dealer, first time was great - no complaints. This time around was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer. The salesperson was not knowledgeable in the vehicle (we had to ask another salesperson to answer our questions), once you sit down with finance they pull the bait and switch game on you, then upon delivery of the brand new vehicle, the windows were filthy, the stereo speakers werent working properly and all 4 tires were under inflated (to which we were alerted by the dummy light system). They NEVER called, texted, or emailed to see how the new car was (Ive had it now almost 3 months). I would never recommend this sales department to anyone.

The Sales Department, including Internet Sales, and F&I all assisted me in the transaction within the dealership and then through completion out of state. If I had a particular question that could not immediately be answered, someone from the team was there to provide an answer and/or solution. Worst dealership/auto shop I have ever worked with or heard about. The customer service is beyond awful. They make appointments only to get you in, then keep your vehicle for days without looking at it or letting you know what is going on. Their service rates are astronomically high-$150/hour. They are more than double the standard rate. Truly, truly, the absolute worst dealership/service center ever.

Went in for routine maintenance. When I picked the car up it had a film on it as if someone washed it with dirty water. Not going to complain about a free, albeit bad, carwash. Once I got it washed properly I noticed tons of scratches in the clear coat (picture in the photos section). Makes sense if someone was using a dirty rag and water. Service guy was nice enough saying hed have it detailed at no charge. Told them I dont want a detail, I want the scratches they put on it removed. They kind of assured me that theyd get them out. When they text messaged me to tell me it was ready I asked of they got the scratches out. They urged me to keep in mind that the car was 4 years old and told me it looked great but dodged the direct question which raised my suspicions. Picked it up today and scratches are improved after buffing but theyre still there. Now Ill have to pay $1k to get the clear coat properly fixed.Very disappointing, I did a lot of research on this car and the family and I really enjoy it. These guys may have turned me off to Audi and Porsche for that matter because they use the same cleaning facility. Imagine if this was your $100k+ Carrera?! Sucks all around.I could see this happening at a bargain or discount maintenance shop but not at the dealership where you pay $200 for an oil change and new spark plugs.

Service department seems completely disorganized. I brought my A6 to them last fall for a service and they forgot to do part of it so I had to bring it back and waste another 2 hours of my life. While they are very nice and have a nice waiting room I would prefer they do the work right the first time. Recently, I tried to schedule a service to get a recall done and nobody bothered to return my call or reply to my text message to make an appointment. I will try Nashua.

I had previously written a glowing review about Audi Strathum but now must amend it due to circumstances that occurred after the car was delivered and paid for. I had overpaid for the car by $1000 but when I received the refund check it was only for $851 as someone at the dealership unilaterally decided to withhold money to pay for something I was not responsible for. Then, when I received the car (I live in Atlanta) there was a 4 inch tear and some punctures in the rear deck because someone had not inspected the car properly before sending it to me (which they admitted to). I had 2 people look at it. One from a list Audi Strathan sent to me and one who does all the Audi vinyl repairs for Audi Atlanta. The first man suggested I take it back to the dealership as he felt it could not be fixed to an acceptable standard. The second person (the person who does the work for Audi) warned me ahead of time that because it was deep and through the whole vinyl, she did not know how good it would look. Well she did her best but it does not look great. Unfortunately, the Audi Strathan called me to specifically tell me that they would only give me $200 to get the repair done (because that is what they felt would be a fair cost to fix it even though they never saw it in real time) but if I wanted to do more the cost was mine to bear. I did take it to Audi Atlanta and the estimate to replace the panel was $675. Unfortunately I had already paid the $200 to the first person otherwise I might have considered paying the difference in cost to get it replaced.I did eventually get the $159 and $200 for the repair. Bottom line I would not suggest buying a car online from them and having it delivered without seeing it first and settling the financial issues in person.Addendum: I did send emails to the GM and managers of used cars but nobody ever called me back. That says it all right there. Why didnt they call me?????

I brought my son to buy his very first car at this dealership and we were not disappointed. We bought a used Honda Accord that we found on-line and set up an appointment to test drive it. When we arrived, we were treated incredibly well and made to feel welcomed and relaxed. Our salesman, Wayne, was the perfect person to deal with. He was informative, helpful and very personable. I loved that there were no high pressure, no gimmicks and we were treated with respect. I was so glad that my son’s first car-buying experience was such a positive one. Our salesman was great but our problems started after the car was delivered as it had a 4 inch full thickness rip through the back deck. The salesman admitted not checking the car with the top down so he did not see it before sending it out. Upon delivery (in Atlanta), I notified my salesman of the defect and he sent me a list of 3 companies they had found on the internet that could fix it. The first guy said he could not fix it adequately. Then I took it to the person that Audi Atlanta uses for vinyl repairs. She made it clear to me that she did not think it would look good but the dealership informed me that I would only get the $200 and no more for her services or to replace the deck (est: $675). Having never seen the 4 inch the dealership determined that that was all that was needed to fix it. Unfortunately, it came out looking like the car ha formed a scar. None of the managers I contacted, include the manager of the dealership (Frank McClughlim) and the used car manager (Dave Perry) ever returned my multiple calls. So I started a ticket on the audi talk and spoke to Caroline J on June 6 or thereabouts. Since then absolutely nothing has been done except my receiving weekly emails (obviously automated) that I would be contacted the following week. I sent her and email and left her multiple messages to call and or send me a final disposition and I have heard NOTHING from her either. Turns out they have no authority over any of the dealerships so she could not do anything either, I have had great experiences with my local Nissan and Hyundai dealerships and expected, at minimum, the same level of customer service from audi yet I have received nothing except a car with a damaged deck. The dealership should have checked the car completely before sending it out and now should replace it as the person they personally recommended or the one who works for Audi Atlanta recommended. Dont bother submitting a ticket to customer care as they will do nothing, have no authority over the dealership (Caroline J. told me that) and did not even have the courtesy to send me a final disposition or tell me in person there is nothing more they can do.7/16 - Well,, surprise, surprise, Caroline J called the day this appeared in the reviews. Dorie is a healthcare worker and is working and unavailable all week. She called Caroline back and left her a message to please communicate via email. She also sent her an email requesting she receive an email with any new info. The next day, Caroline J called her back, possibly twice, anyway. Besides not being available to take calls, the phone state the call(s) were from potential spam. Dorie sent another email this morning reiterating that she is unavilable to talk and requesting email communications instead. Either Caroline J does not read emails, ignores emails or has been told never to comunicate any info to her clients in writing.7/20 - In all fairness to Audi and Caroline J, I must say I finally got a response from her. She informed me that it had taken such a long time (8 weeks) because she was waiting to hear back from dealership. She went on to inform me that because I accepted the $200 payment as compensation for the tear, there would be no further effort on Audis part to settle my dispute. What she failed to mention was that I received a phone call from my salesman, on June 2 or thereabouts in which he said to me that the used car manager wanted me to know that I would only be given $200 for the repair and if I chose to spend more money on it, the extra expense would be my onus to bear. That is why I tried to get it fixed the cheaper way. So in that regard they are right. However, the fact is, the car was delivered damaged as the salesman neglected to check it. I would not trust these guys to stand by their cars OR to communicate. It was obvious based on my experience that they do neither.

Simply amazing. My Audi A4 was burning too much oil and I heard about a recall. First I went to Ira Audi only to receive a curt brush-off. Then I remembered Stratham Audi and what a world of difference! Matt treated me with kindness and respect and he explained the process thoroughly. He gave me a choice of loaner cars and one morning when I arrived too early, he even unlocked the door and let me in. Talk about service! Stratham Audi honored the recall and fixed my car. The key word here is honor. Also, Integrity and Fairness. Stratham Audi is in a class by itself and they have earned a customer for life.

I recently purchased a 2014 Q5 from Nigel Need at Audi Stratham. My car buying experience was the best I have ever had in 30 years. The staff, Nigel, Markus and Rui went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my car purchasing needs, making my experience awesome! First, Nigel scouted the Sea Coast for the car of my dreams (not an easy task). Second, all three staff members came into the dealership on a Sunday (not only on their day off, but on football playoffs Sunday) to finalize my purchase, brief me on the operating features of my new car, and to answer my endless questions. Furthermore, they registered my car for me. Not a small task, either since I live in Rhode Island. They drove to Rhode Island, stood in line (no doubt for hours) and handled all the paperwork :) Awesome! Wait, it gets better. I purchased Audi car care as part of my package and they offered to drive to my office in Newport, RI, pick up my car for service, drop off a loaner car, and return my car when service/maintenance was complete (with a free vacuum and car wash). Like I said, an awesome experience. Professional, dedicated and all about meeting the needs of their clients. I highly recommend Audi Stratham--Awesome people awesome dealership!

Called two days ago to schedule a test drive on a vehicle I was interested in, found online on their website. 2013 VW GTI. Scheduled the test drive for the following morning when they opened, as I work overnights and decided I would just stay up and go after work. Arrived a couple minutes early, took about 10-15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me standing at the front desk. A salesman approches and asks if I need assistance, then goes and gets the saleswoman (maggie) who I spoke with over the phone the previous evening. Another 10-15 minutes goes by and I begin to get irritated as they cannot find the vehicle I had literally just made an appointment to view and test drive not even 24 hours prior. Needless to say, they did not have the vehicle parked out front ready for me because it was sold very shortly after I had gotten off the phone with Maggie. I dont think I really have to say much more then that but Im going too. I then began to tell these professionals how they could have done their job much better and probably should have notified me that someone had already purchased the vehicle before I stayed up about 4 hours later than I normally would have after work and gotten my hopes up due to their irresponsible and amateur at best customer service and lack of empathy. This is an AUDI dealership in Stratham New Hampshire. Not Mike and Tonys auto sales in Mattapan Massachusetts. Oh and by the way guys, the vehicle is still up for sale on your website and on Cars.com. Should probably take that down no? I was expecting better service honestly. Next time you should definitely let a potential customer know youve already sold the vehicle before they show up, not after theyve already showed up and have been waiting for over half an hour. Enough said.

Since I live out of state, the purchasing process required some patience on the part of the staff, but everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. I didnt feel rushed or managed in anyway, yet was able to work through the process fairly quickly because I was able to get answers and insight promptly. Im enjoying my new car. Rob Ouellette was an excellent salesperson. Hes very knowledgeable about the different models and features. I appreciated that he gave me his honest opinions about the various cars I had an interest in. I felt as though I was being guided by someone that had no ulterior motive other than to give me as much information as possible so i made a decision Id be happy with. Rob was also excellent with teaching me how to use the really cool technology in the car.Rich, the used car manager, is also very passionate about what he does. Enjoyed working with both of them.

We werent intending to buy a car right away when we walked into the dealership, but as it happened we met Richard Candela who took us on a test drive of the Q5. With his quiet enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of every detail about the vehicle and its features he helped us to see that the Q5 was exactly what we were looking for. We explained which features we were looking for and he combed through the details on all the existing stock and found us the perfect Q5. Everyone in the dealership works together seamlessly. We picked up the car the next day and as we were leaving, the car (not an Audi) that we arrived in wouldnt start. Noticing our problem, without hesitation, someone we hadnt met came out of the showroom and offered to jump start the car.

Recently, my son Andrews car was returned to me following his tragic death as a result of a military training accident. After I mustered up the courage to pursue using his car, a 2010 Audi A4 that Andrew purchased after his deployment to Afghanistan, I called Stratham Audi. I wanted to build a relationship with Audi, so that I could get necessary repairs done as well as be able to maintain and keep the car. Called 2 weeks advanced to make appointment for coolant flange leak on 05.5 a4 car went in and they couldn’t fix the leak because they never ordered the part until the day of service part didn’t come in until 3 in the afternoon and said they couldn’t fix it that day total BS now since they did a pressure test now my coolant reservoir gets empty in a day

I worked with Robert in 2015. My lease was scheduled to end in a few months and Robert reached out to see what my plans were. I loved my current car and wanted to get another with a bit more technology in it. Robert was amazing to work with. He ran numbers on a few different choices for me. He really listened to what was important and even located a car at another dealership that was exactly what I wanted. It took a few weeks for me to decide but I finally made my choice and I am loving my new ride. I meet the new general manager Nancy when I went in and she was lovely to deal with as well. Worse dealership I have ever worked with I will never ever go here again, they feed lies after lies after lies, Im a tech and know Audi like the back of my hand and they are telling me stuff that does not make sense, they say they are gonna return phone calls and never will, then when I asked what we can do they start giving me attitude and tell me the car has to be off the property when I asked for help, worst dealership EVER!!!! Can not understand all the unprofessional people that work here the only person who has worked with me was a person who wasnt even in service, I recommend never going to this dealership

I really tried again to keep my business local at Stratham Audi, but I wasn’t treated fairly and was let down.. The pricing is very uncompetitive compared to the Boston area dealers and Nashua. In addition to pricing, the sales manager misrepresented the car, giving me inaccurate information in an effort to sell it as-is so he wouldn’t have to provide the missing accessory clearly listed on the window sticker. I have no idea how the owner of the dealership thinks he can run TV ads with himself sitting in a chair saying “We want your business, we won’t be undersold”. They tell you to bring in written quotes from other dealers and when you do, they say “We can’t do that”. They shouldn’t run those ads if they don’t intend to honor the claim? In an effort to shop local I even agreed to meet them in the middle and pay them a few thousand more than other dealers, but they backed out of that deal the next day. My salesperson Crispin was great, but management is the problem. I’m a long time local resident and business owner and I left upset and feeling burned.Bummer.UPDATE: IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER COMMENT BELOW:You were not involved with this, and Ive never spoken to you. Why dont you post your name? You got your one-sided account of what happened from your dealership. Excellent customer service and waiting area. Dont come here for most routine service because dealership prices are bad. Marking down 1 star because when I purchased my audi there were a lot of swirls on the paint. Guessing they high speed buffed or used a dirty wheel. Would buy here again but would prefer them to stay away from the paint.

But, even if there was a dealer closer to me Id still take my car to the Stratham shop. They do a nice job of being efficient and accommodating, and set expectations well up front.

My car has been sitting outside of the service department for almost a month now. The SA I am working with has only contacted me 2 times in this month and has not returned any of my calls since and does not pick up the phone when I call making it evident he does not want to deal with my aftermarket warranty company to fix my car. Every time I physically go there he acts like he cares just enough to make me go away. I gave him my warranty info and he told me he would call them the next day so I waited two days and... no call, so I call him and no answer or response to the voicemail left. A week later I go in and he says he contacted them the day before and it should take 48 hours to hear back and now almost a week later he hasn’t returned any of my calls again and won’t pick up the phone.

We were visiting from Montreal and we had an issue with one of Q5 bearings. This dealership is top notch. The customer service is unsurpassed. Ive had many types of cars (Jeep, Volkswagen, Range Rover) and been to other Audi dealerships, but not one comes even close to providing the level of professionalism and customer service as this one. Every employee I have encountered there from my sales contact, Nigel Reed, to the service managers and staff have been knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. I live in Boston and despite there being several closer options for dealerships, I continue to work with these guys because of how excellent they are.
