Though I was from out of state Stephen made the entire process as easy and convenient as possible, even negotiating a fair price for my trade-in. The entire transaction from start to finish was completed in less than 48 hours, WOW. Also had a positive experience with Scott in the business office, he was fast and efficient with no BS, very much appreciated. And then the BEST PART, I got a terrific price on a fantastic vehicle, which in these times of rising used car prices I did not expect to find. Have an older Z4 and the power roof stopped working. Adam Webster told me to bring it in and they would diagnose the problem for free. I had already talked with Bill Dodge BMW and they couldn’t get it in for quite a while and let me know they would charge $165 to look at it.Adam Webster gave me an estimate for around $2500 for the repair, but would try to keep the cost down, if possible. They found a couple other issues, but managed to keep the repair $300 less than the estimate.They were very good about keeping me informed on the progress of the repair, as they knew I was headed for Florida.Very happy with the service and Adam.

Professional, informative and prompt service. Second time I’ve brought my M2 for service and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. Everyone is friendly and Adam the service writer gave me a coupon without me even asking. Highly recommend.

The customer service I received today was professional and friendly. My car needed a little more attention than just a state inspection. So, I was provided with a drive to and from work with drivers who clearly enjoy their jobs. My car was washed and ready for me when I got back to the dealership. The business office was horrendously slow. We had an appointment for 3pm to pick up our new car. Paperwork supposedly was all ready. We waited 2.5 hours after our appointment time to finally see the business person to sign paperwork. I have purchased houses more easily!

Very professional people, I really enjoy the deals they can work out with repairs and at the same time being very honest about what may be wrong with the vehicle. I appreciate the free exterior detail after my service was completed. It was a pleasure working with Yegor as he got me the best deals possible. He was also very responsive to my requests and questions. I would definitely come back for further service needs or even another BMW down the road when I’m due to get another vehicle.

I have no issue with the service providedI do however have an issue with the scratches on the car that I am 100% positive were not there prior. Next to charging port that I access every day are two new scratches in the paint. Left message and hours later have not heard back from service rep.

Terrible. They did an oil change as part of our normal service on our 528i. When I got home, theres a trail of oil up the driveway. Huge puddle of oil under the car. The oil filter cap was re-installed with no gasket/o-ring. Oil is spraying out the rear of the oil filter housing. Engine is covered, underside of the car is slicked. Called immediately, cant get an appointment until 2 days from now.

Less than 2 years ago, BMW of Stratham replaced the water pump on my BMW 135i, fixed the coolant system, and supposedly pressure tested it to ensure there were no leaks. A couple of weeks ago, the coolant light went on, and the car broke down before my scheduled appointment at the dealer. BMW of Stratham again fixed the coolant system by replacing leaking hoses, flushing the system, filling it with new coolant, and pressure testing it to ensure no leaks. It cost $1,871, which is the most recent of several times I paid approximately that much for then to fix the car. Less than 48 hours after peaking the car up, the coolant light went on, and theres visible leakage wherever I park the car. I spoke to the dealer yesterday afternoon to let them know my displeasure and that Im bringing the car in first thing this morning. The women whom I spoke to said they would not give me a loaner, and forwarded me to the Service Advisor whos responsible for this. He did not answer his phone or return my call. Stay tuned for an update, but do NOT buy a car or have one serviced at BMW of Stratham.

First time going here i didn’t know what I was walking into people say never bring you car to the dealership to get serviced but in all honesty it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time, Yegor was the gentleman that helped me he was extremely helpful, took one look at the car and knew based by his past experiences exactly what was wrong with my BMW X5. I was in and out within one day he also fixed an issue that my mechanic dropped the ball on, for freeHe also discounted my total. Hands down good place to bring your bmw to be serviced. Will be back! We live in VT and were in NH 8/18 - 8/19/21 celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately, early in the trip we had an unexpected flat tire. We called Adam in the service center and he quickly reassured us that they could help us out. When we arrived we were immediately meet by Adam, Adam and Yegor. Yegor assisted us and was completely amazing. He ordered our tires and provided a loaner, so we could still enjoy our anniversary. He kept us informed on the status of our car and completely went above and beyond to assist us. We can honestly say that we were blown away with the professionalism and superb customer service Yegor provided us. This was my first experience with BMW of Stratham this past week. Not only was the initial phone experience amazing.....the in person experience was over the top. Matt was patient, personable and informative-he explained everything AND made me feel like I was the only customer needing his attention....also, the genius (Haley?) and the young man that set me up with a loaner car.....excellent customer service skills.I will say my experience with another BMW service provider was less than stellar.....I called to make an appointment ...letting them know that my service was overdue, due to the pandemic -they all but scolded meso......I called Stratham and I was told not to worry (Paul?), they would accommodate. The other establishment was somewhat punitive in tone....an entirely different experience- so I cancelled. Needless to say, Matt and team will continue to have my business. Thank you!

This was the first time for maintenance for my new X3. Just an oil change. The service manager that took me in was very nice and I asked him to also have the seats cleaned per my warranty and to have them look at the brakes as they are squealing only when in reverse.When I got the car back an hour and a half later he told me they drove it and said they could not make the brakes squeal and the seats had been very poorly cleaned which he took a photo of and suggested if I wanted them cleaned better to make another appointment. The outside of the car was “rinsed” only and the interior was only vacuumed in the front and even then not under the floor mats. No other interior cleaning was done. In summary, the service manager was helpful, the detailing was absolutely horrendous, definitely not up to a BMW level, the oil change took an hour and a half….AND….as I backed out of the lot to leave…THE BRAKES SQUALED!!!! I am really questioning now if they even changed the oil!I hope this gets read and that something actually gets done….so many times these reviews go no further.
