Chuck over at Audi went way over beyond any of his duties of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from home, with no where to go. Our car died leaving a pharmacy and I had my toddler, dad, dog, and luggage and since Covid has made everything difficult and being a Saturday afternoon, transportation wasnt easy to get. He made phones call for me and eventually we got a solution that worked! He definitely saved the day and this family!

In short technicians are incompetent, and service managers are out to rake you over the coals.I took my A8 here to have one module programmed, gave the service manager very specific directions to only program the module. Service manager tried to tell me his mechanic found that all of my 8 injectors were failing (almost never happens).They needed an additional 3 hours of diagnostic time mind you at 140.00 an hour. Couldnt get my car to start or even get the hood to open. My normal mechanic who works on all different cara got it started in 10 minutes by plugging in a scan tool and switching a fuse. Specialty technicians is a joke I can say I would rather drive to the Peabody location. Its two and a half hours away but worth it!
