The employees are very professional. Every thing was explained thoroughly. They even provide transportation to your home and back if you dont want to wait. They even washed my car at no cost to me.

Used this dealer for a recall repair on our Kia which required nothing more than a software update. We’ve never had such a difficult time scheduling a service appointment, it’s as if they didn’t want to perform the service since it was a recall and not something we were paying for directly. When we arrived the paperwork wasn’t ready and it took 30 mins just to get through the check in even though we made the appointment a month in advance. Ive been here a few times recently for basic maintenance on my Kia. The staff makes it easy to get in and out. The quality of service has been great too. Would recommend and plan to continue taking my car to these folks for service.
