I took my phone here to have the camera glass replaced after I discovered it had shattered. After fixing the glass, I discovered gouge marks on the back case along with damage to the purple on the case. And the side on and off button no longer worked. I was told that the button and the back case could be replaced. So,unfortunately, I went back to have them fix the button and case only to be told the replacement button was too big and could not be fixed! They put my phone back together but, now there was no way to turn the phone back on. So, they LOOKED UP A VIDEO on how to do a hard restart to the phone which did not work and left my phone completely unusable! They cost me a $1,000 trade in value that I was going to get towards the new phone I recently got! Now I have to pay the full price of my new phone! I will never recommend this place or this company to anyone!

Several months ago I had the charging port changed on iPhone X. They were done when they said they would be. Works great. Just had the screen replaced and it barely took an hour. CPR suggested a thin glass screen protector. It is awesome. I highly recommend the Strongsville store.

This particular location might have been the most professional retail establishment Ive ever been to. Ive had my phone repaired before at other locations and always felt ripped off...... That did not happen here and I would highly recommend them.

Great service. Went to three cell phone repair shops, but CPR was the only place willing to fix the internal speakers on my (rare) Doogee S95 Pro rugged phone. The tech fixed and replaced the part for me, even stayed open 30 minutes after close to troubleshoot everything. This is the only phone repair shop Ill use now.

Fixed my phone in less then an hour, camera lens cracked. They had to order the part but was here in less then 48 hours, called me when they received the part. I will be back, great customer service!!

Walked in and was told they were too busy to take me that day. Fine. Scheduled an appointment for a screen repair at noon. When I arrived, the doors were locked with a sign taped up that said “Be back at 12:30. Lunch” - why make the appointment for a service, if you aren’t going to be there?! I won’t be back to give this place my $200.

Guys were very helpful, tried to fix my phone situation unfortunately the phones were to old. But they clearly gave it a shot. When other people/places wouldnt bother. This store is highly recommended by me.

Came in with condensation on both my front and back Camera. Was immediately helped by Jason who cleaned the condensation on both the front and back cameras. Great service and great guy. He even did it for free.

I stopped in around 6pm on 5/24. Sam greeted me immediately and was very friendly and professional. I was frustrated and had just left T Mobile. He checked my phone out and let me know that fixing the broken glass would only be a cosmetic fix, nothing inside was actually damaged. He didnt try to convince me to spend any money, but assured me he would be happy to fix the glass if that was what I wanted. I will be back to this location for sure just based off how I was treated tonight when only dropping in for a few minutes and not even purchasing anything. Thanks Sam and everyone at this location!

These guys are awesome! I’m pretty hard on phones, so I’ve been one of their repeat customers. Tom who does a lot of the repairs is good and very quick usually will have the device back within an hour or so. Jason was also a pleasure to deal with. I have bought 3 phones from them now and will probably never go anywhere else for a phone. I did have one issue with an iPhone 8 I purchase recently, and they fixed it free of charge. Anyone who’s broken a phone or screen knows it’s not a good feeling. I would come here before wasting my time at apple or Verizon. And GET THE WARRENTY! It’s worth it.

I called for an insurance claim. There was some confusion but they figured it out for me and the Wife. Same day repair and recommended accessories at a discounted price which I added to my phone as well. A great company, Id recommend to anyone.

My ladys cellphone refused to boot up. I tried to get into the boot menu for the hard reset, but ultimately those efforts were in vain. After contacting Motorola, they went on to referring me to CPR Strongsville. I took them up on their suggestion, and was glad they did. CPRs technician quickly surmised that the motherboard was defective (no fault of my lady) and a new device was in order. They provided a loaner device while the replacement phone was shipping, which was a short but necessary inconvenience. The replacement device came a couple of days later, and it works to this day. I highly recommend CPR Strongsville because of the responsive, friendly staff and their technical proficiency.

Took my phone there to have the screen repaired. We were impressed with the straight forward attitude with information and how he gave us all the facts about what he would do, as well as the follow up when we picked it up after the replacement. It was completed in about 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend CPR to anyone.

Although quite young by my standards, staff friendly and warm. They also knew what I needed after I explained issues with phone. They addressed issues and then were willing to answer general questions about my phone. I will continue to go back to them for any phone issues.

I love CPR in Strongsville! I have been there several times. Most recently I went there and store associate, Jason, was amazing. I originally went into the store to help get my phone SIM/Micro USB door open on my phone and he was so kind about it. I accidentally left something there and the next day went back to get it and he held it for me. He was always masked and using COVID precautions. I just really appreciated how professional he was. I will be back!

Even though they were not able to fix the problem due to the unique break, they clearly did all they could and communicated why they couldnt fix it. Staff at the Strongsville office are very good at communicating with customers. They normally pick up the store phone, thoroughly cover relevant information with their customers, keep in contact regarding the status of orders and are generally pleasant in my experience. When I ordered a phone through them, one of the store associates gave me a screen protector, though it did not come with the package I had ordered. These guys provide exactly what they say they will, in the best way possible. We went in with a cracked screen and the repair was done within an hour (as promised), along with telling us what they couldnt fix (FaceID). With a week or two, something caused the screen to become unresponsive. CPR again solved the issue (again, within an hour as promised) at no additional cost.

Did an attrocious job fixing my phone. Caused additional damage, when I picked up the device and pointed out the issue. They told me they were busy and I could pay and get my phone, or come back the next day to discuss it farther. I opted to pay and be done with the issue, but they did a horrifying job and left my phone worse than they got it.They did complete the job in the same day.

I had an issue with my sons Nintendo Switch. After another company blew me off the staff here was amazingly nice and thoroughly helpful. They determined repair might be more expensive than replacement of the main unit and were upfront and honest. Should I have need of repair for anything I will be going here.

This will be my first stop any time I need mobile phone repair or advice. We were upgrading our phones and plan and were specifically shopping for phones. Mark spent about 60 minutes talking to us about our needs on the phone, at the store, and again on the phone. He was knowledgeable about mobile coverage, the markets for phones, and service plans. He told us what to look for and what questions to address so that we didnt buy more phone or service than we could use. Mark finally recommended a change in service provider that got us free upgraded phones and increased service at less than we were already paying. Its been about 2 months and were happy with our decisions. Mark helped us get exactly what we needed, that included buying nothing from him. They answered the phone and gave excellent advice. I will go back.

They did their best to fix my phone, including replacing the battery. When this didnt work, they didnt charge me for the battery. They were professional and very kind. I went back in a few weeks later for a warranty replacement on a screen protector purchased from Verizon and they replaced it quickly and professionally for a reasonable $10 install fee.

I cracked my iphone 11 screen and half of it was black. Whenever I get anything fixed at apple it ends up costing me way more then expected and takes forever. At CPR they were so kind, no surprises, charged the same amount if not less than apple and they were done in a half hour!! Also if anything happens with my phone again its covered. What?! I never knew this existed and now Ill never go anywhere else. My screen looks perfect. Highly recommend.

Taken a few phones, both iPhone and Android, to them over the last few years, and had screens and batteries replaced. Repair charges were always reasonable, and each time the service was completed within 1-2 hours. All repairs are guaranteed too. The first time I used them, it was on an old phone that we did not have insurance. Later, when we broke a screen on an iPhone XR, the cell phone insurance carrier (Worth Ave Group) asked us to use them as well. Im sure Ill go to them again for the next breakage !!

I came in to get a quote on a MacBooks Air screen and battery replacement. It ended up being about $300 less than geek squad and the Apple Store. Nonetheless, I was considering getting another laptop because the mine was a few years old. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Stopped in at CPR Strongsville with a battery issue on my android phone. They had to order a replacement battery, which they fixed promptly, but then another issue resulted with the speaker which necessitated me taking the phone back a second time. They successfully diagnosed the problem again and had the phone back quickly. Very professional group! I would highly recommend them if youre having issues and DONT want to upgrade to a new phone every two/three years.

I brought in an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen. I did not have an appointment. The technician was very helpful, and gave me a break on a new battery, as he had to take the phone apart anyway to replace the screen. I also purchased a glass screen protector, which he installed perfectly - no trapped air bubbles! The pricing was very fair for all the work he did. I am very satisfied.
