I stopped by the store to try to prepare for transfer ownership of an account for a family member that recently passed away. After spending most of the day online and on the phone with various companies, this was my first pleasant experience I had all day. The associate went out of his way to do what he could to ensure that the process went as smooth as possible, and provided me with the steps needed to complete the process. Overall experience was great. The sales rep was outstanding, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not once did I feel pressured into getting something I didn’t want or need. Mohammad was very patient in answering every question I asked and helped get everything transferred from the old phone to the new one. All customer sales reps need to be more like Mohammad.
My husband and I had a very helpful and pleasant experience with threefold the staff here---Hidaya, Tiffani, and Saqib. They solved our problems in the most friendly way, more than we ever received at Verizon in many years. They won over two new customers!We had to go back with a problem and Mohammed solved it in a friendly way again...the best service ever!!

All Employees and manager we all friendly and helpful. Fixed the situation with my new phone in 20 minutes. Setting up a new phone for a senior is difficult. The attendants were very helpful and we got it set up within an hour. I suggest that employees that are younger be aware that some seniors have difficulty hearing and when they hear you they may not understand. They also have trouble understanding and remembering facts. This is especially true when we are moving from one type of phone to another. What is called photos in one system is called Gallery in another. Representatives on the phone need to English clearly n more slowly.
The service is good, the people are friendly but I really kind of feel bad for them because there isnt really a lot they cannd for you except sell you a new account or service. They cant adjust your bill, cancel a line off your account, or set your PIN if needed. Its like corporate is not letting them do anything and their hands are tied for a lot of stuff. None of it is their fault, but it is frustrating to go.into a store expecting to get service you used to be able to get and be told you have to call customer care. As I said, its not the staffs fault, but more corporate fun.
I’ve had AT&T for less than 24 hours and I’m already regretting it. I came to this store just for two phone cases and two screen protectors and had a terrible experience! I got there a couple minutes after they opened got signed in and they told me to wait in my car and I had one person in front of me, no problem. After waiting in my car for almost an hour and a half and other people going inside I decided I’m going inside then, they asked my name so I told them then they proceeded to tell me that someone else was going to be in front of me when I was supposed to be next so I told them I was taking my business elsewhere and the lady said okay and walked away. She didn’t even care that I was upset and could careless about making the situation right. I will never come back to this store I will go somewhere else that I will be treated properly!
I went to the AT&T store in Strongsville Ohio with a request to make a minor change in my service and billing. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. However, in order to accomplish what I wanted to do it was necessary for the CS rep to contact the AT&T help line. It turns out that this is the same help line customers call when issues occur. This necessitated getting in line with all other callers. It took an hour and 40 minutes to get the issue partially resolved. I still have to return in 30 days to complete the process. This is completely absurd. Why would AT&T put their CS reps in this ridiculous position.I am a long time AT&T customer who, for the first time in many years, is shopping for a new carrier. Hard to believe a company the size of AT&T is so inept at helping their CS reps help their customers. Smacks of arrogance in the extreme.

Went to the store with an AT&T phone issue. All they helped with was telling me to call customer service. Nothing was fixed. Rather, they tried to sell me an “update that was free” for my AT&T Internet. I agreed, but when I got my next bill, I was charged higher. After going back, I asked them why I was charged more for something I was told will be free. They had nothing to say, could not help and just told me to call customer service.. again. Nothing was fixed.When I asked them what they can help me with, if anything, they claimed they only sell in the store. Clearly the thing that they apparently do, which is sell, is also done without full information which can deceive a customer. I ended up porting both my numbers to a different carrier that very day after receiving no help whatsoever.Bottom line - no one in the store helped. I was better off before I visited the store.
Perfect customer service from Mat and Mat. They solved my problems promptly that no one else could handle over the phone. Thanks again guys your the best.

Stopped in today and was moritfied to see that the Manager and most of the staff were not wearing face masks. The managers was pulled down around her neck (and she was constantly rubbing her running nose with her hands). Add to this their close talking behavior and you have yourself an incredibly un-safe shopping experience. I would highly recommend avoiding this location, especially considering the current pandemic and the staffs apathetic attitude towards the Governers state mandates.

Went to the att store in strongsville. I went to pay off 2 phones and order new ones in which I would have committed to another contract. Instead of paying what I owe on both they wanted an additional 400. It is crazy that I pay 450 a month for years to this company and they could not do this. Very disappointing At&t
After getting sent over to there’ location from the Southpark mall at&t. Silas the employee and the store manager are absolutely wonderful! They were able to take care of all my problems easily and get me switched over to a phone plan easily without any major headaches on my end. And I had to leave early for going to work and Silas was able to bring me my phone at work and show me how to properly use it and he got it all set up for me. Silas you have such wonderful customer service. Definitely recommend everyone to ask for Silas if you go into the store.

Bad Experience, I came in to the store to make sure I will get what I want for my daughter but suddenly the staff didnt help me for what I want they just only want to sell the tablet and they dont care about the customer satisfaction. I dont have a chance to choose about what kind of tablet I want for my daughter. Poor customer relation experience and I dont want them to assist me again when I go back to the store...
By far one of the worst AT&T stores I’ve ever been to I’ve been a customer for over 14 years and this is extremely bad the manager is rude assistant manager is rude to staff is rude I have no idea what they put in the water but everyone that works in that store is just downright rude I get better service by calling the 800 number to try to resolve my problems I have them fixed in order to lower my bill that I can with dealing with the store at all I will never do at the store ever in the future again
Seems like AT&T associates are at the highest risk to get COVID than anybody else in an entire world. Everybody has their mask including myself. Still don’t allow more than 5 people in a very big store. Customers just looking at phones and other products not even buying at a time while you just want to pay bill but nope you can’t go inside. They can’t attend you. They just wait until other customer decide about their shopping until not less than 30 mins.

The staff is amiable, however you should not be visiting just for window shopping. Please carry all your stuff like documents, IDs if you are planning to buy a new connections as the staff is very much occupied and you might have to wait. They are punctual about their working hours so please be there before closing hours else you could find the closed gates even with people inside. They provide detailed explanations however, it is always good to do some research by yourself so to avoid any miss information.

I received a damaged IPhone and I went to the store to resolve it. I was given the run around right from the start. The assistant manager Jermanine and the manage Delilah seemed to be going out of their way to not help. We had AT&T customer care on the phone providing them instructions but they were refusing to follow AT&T’s customer care instructions. The store put us in the middle and made the whole experience frustrating. Extremely poor customer service, I recommend avoiding the store.

Went in with what we thought would be an easy fix: switch our post-paid plan to a prepaid one. Turns out thats not so easy if the numbers on the plan have different area codes. We ended up being there for a lot longer than we thought we would be, but Nick & Laura—the on-duty manager—were a great help. If youre reading this: Thank you!
My boyfriend took me here to buy me the new iWatch and spent almost $600. No one in the store was friendly or knowledgeable. I was not familiar with the Apple Watch they didn’t help me set it up or anything even though we said we don’t know how to use it.I do not recommend this store. The store in Independence is way better!!!
Nick was the young man that took care of me in the store was so nice and polite and helpful but your system needs upgrading or something because he had a hard time doing what we needed to do and I couldnt do it on the phone either after wasting 45 minutes of my time the man on the phone Walter said he couldnt do it so I talked to him why you tell me that in the beginning I need to get your act together
I started out at their competitors Store (Strongsville Verizon) as they was closet to me. I should have know better after about 20 minutes in the store I had not even been said boo to by anyone. So being feed up for a second time with this company I stopped at AT&T and no sooner than I was halfway through the door I was greeted by a very nice knowledgeable gentleman. So after letting him know my needs he set me up with an excellent phone and everything I needed. He helped me get the best discount and helped me set up my new phone as I was switching platforms as per one of my needs. I guess The other guys didn’t care enough to make a very decent sale as I got an apple XS Max 256 and are using ATT now. Thanks for all the help Keep it up
We have been waiting for almost an hour. There are 5 employees in the store, two are helping the same two customers they were helping when we got here. Who knows what the other 3 are doing. There are no other customers here. I wonder how people feel when they are actually busy.

The associate (James) is very deceptive and will lie about bundle deals just to get a sale. Then when you have additional charges on your bill that they acquired for you, they will tell you just to call retention when it was really their mistake. The general manager (Teddy) is no help in resolving your case once you have been overcharged. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years and this is the worst Ive ever been treated at an AT&T store. Ive been patient with them for the past five months being nice and waiting for them to resolve this matter but they do not care one bit because the matter still not resolved after contacting them numerous times.

Waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Waited another 15 minutes while 3 workers sat at back table. Helping someone. Left with no intentions of ever setting foot in that store again. Very unprofessional atmosphere. This place sucks.
I do not recommend coming to this store if you dont have 4-5 hours to waste. Came to this store hoping to switch from T-Mobile to ATT but waiting for 2 hours for someone then was told they were closing soon. Only 2 sales people working on a busy day like Saturday. Sucks

Have to say I had an excellent experience in this store twice. Was interested in inquiring/signing up for new service. They answered all questions very thoroughly, left no details out.We ended up getting everything we wanted in barely any time at all. Ported all our phone numbers. Just an overall great experience here.I realized the next day though that I had some dead pixels on my phone. I went into a different store (Elyria) to exchange it because its closer to my work. Horrendous experience there (I wrote a review on them, too). They thought my phone was rooted even though it wasnt (had a custom launcher from the market). Eventually told me they were out of stock anyway and I should go somewhere else.So I came back to this store, exchanged it without any problems and couldnt be happier. Management here seems much better than Elyria (which Id like to formally complain about, if possible).
Customer service is non-existent. We tried adding a line to a plan and were unsuccessful after 2 visits to the store. After calling manager, he told us to come in again and he would take care of it. But instead, he pawned us off on another employee who just ran through the exact same process as before (this time it finally worked, but you would expect the manager to handle it himself or at least apologize for the major inconvenience).
I went into the store and the manager was the rudest most unprofessional and unhelpful person I’ve ever dealt with in the 10+ years of being an ATT customer. He lied straight to my face about over charging me and when I caught him in his lie he kicked me out of the store. I will never return to this location. Go to AT&Ts mall location or Best Buy to get a phone instead. I wouldn’t give these slime balls any business.

I had a problem and they bent over backwards to help. They run it fair though first come first serve so if you go in and its crowded expect a wait. Its worth it though because they dont rush through any customer when its your turn they will do everything that they can to make sure you are satisfied.

Deceptive practice. Was told with work discount would receive 20%off 100$ monthly bill. ($20) Salesperson even wrote it down for us. Received bill and discount is only off the $50 GB portion which is half of what were told. They do this with new share everything plans so if you have older plan think twice before changing. Had they been honest would have kept my old plan and stayed with verizon.
Jamail was not very helpful and whiling to help. On top of waiting 45 minutes to get help, left the store without solving my problem.
I had problems with my GPS on my pretty new iPhone 6. Couldnt use it at all and it was very annoying! So I walked in the AT&T on Royalton Rd and was greeted by one of the employees. Cameron figured everything out in couple of minutes. He fixed what needed to be fixed and vuala I have my gps working again! Makes your day when you dealing with people who know what they doing!

Extremely unprofessional and will not be going with uverse for my Internet. Ive had att wireless for 10+ years and just switched to direct tv. Very loyal customer but will not be going back to this store, will not be trying uverse.
