Brian and Michael were incredibly patient and helpful with setting up my new phone and helping me switch from iPhone to Samsung. They answered innumerable questions and repeated explanations until I was comfortable with the new device.

Probably the worst experience, waited a little over an hour in store to talk about an upgrades. While we were in the store none workers bothered to talk to us or even welcome us in when we entered. Never again they need to work on there customer service, even if it’s gonna be a long wait they should inform people but nope they didn’t.

I bought a new phone in mid December 2020. I have had problems with it sporadically since I bought it. Sometimes when I held the phone in my hand and talked on it, then suddenly we could not hear each other. Then when I hung up and tried to call them back the call would not go through and my phone just showed call ended. I then tried to always set the phone down and put my phone on speaker when I made calls, but that is not always appropriate. It seemed like when I completely shut off the phone then the problem would go away, until Yesterday. Then shutting the phone off and on did not work any more and I shut the phone off and on 4 times and it still would not allow me to make calls and I kept getting call ended. Then the person in the room with me tried to call me several times and my phone never rang and it went right to voice mail which I never got any voice mail and my phone never got a missed call either. Today I went to t-mobile store and they put in a new sim card. I hope this works. They were great but the only reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I had a problem with my new phone. The person at the store should get 5 stars. I hope this works now though.

He was so nice. Helped me to increase the volume of phone. Love phone.

I’m never really one to leave a review but the service I received was excellent. I had an Apple Watch with a software problem for months that I couldn’t fix and when I went into T-mobile, Brian the store manager took such good care of me. He even went above and beyond to keep my watch overnight to solve my problem. He was very knowledgeable and informative and I’m really pleased with my service. Definitely will be coming back!

Been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and never had an issue upgrading my phones whenever they were eligible(5 lines) but today for the first time I was told that I couldnt upgrade and take advantage of several offers emailed to me unless I paid full price for the phone because 2 of my lines still have a balance because they are leased.. Never felt the need to shop cell phone providers before but after several months of T-Moble I am ready
