Very good collections

I love their products, however, I don’t love feeling like peering into their showcases merits a salesperson hovering over me like I’m going to walk off with a showcase under each arm. If you don’t trust your customers, I don’t need your products.

I love this brand, and Im buying all the time Swarovski, but in this store, the customer service was really bad. Very dissapointed!

Customer service is apathetic at best

I liked what they sell, however the staff acts like you cant afford it or they just dont want to make a sale... Too bad!

I love everything about this store. Its clean, neat and comes off like any standard jewelry store with better prices. The only thing I dont like is sometimes the staff breathe down your neck to try to make the sale and you feel like you cant look and enjoy it freely.

Very rude and unprofessional, went there and there was an employee her name is Coleen had such a nasty attitude, I had a necklace to exchange she said she won’t take it back as she claimed that it was yucky and worn! I don’t know what type of customer service training she needs to go through to learn how to treat clients at a “ high class” jewelry place. I was planing to find a gift for my mom for her birthday, but as I was putting a way the necklace at the checkout area she turns around and walks around the store and I’m standing there. I just left as I won’t give my business for such miserable customer service representative. WONT RECOMMEND AND WONT GO BACK

Only have 1 clerk. If you are in a hurry, it wont be quick. They did have what I wanted so was with the wait.
