Just had the best experience with Sarah. She was so helpful with what to write on my frame. I walked in at 8:30 needing something for the next morning. She stayed open for me and made great suggestions. Honestly wish I could give her a ten! Hands down the best shopping experience there yet!

Super rude staff. The older lady with short red hair is really rude. Heaven forbid you create any work for them. Theyd rather chase you out the door than be polite and help you.

My boyfriend and I went in to look around for the first time and the store associate (the only one there) was asleep on the floor behind the counter and never woke up. Needless to say, I almost spent 200 dollars on an item and we ended up just putting it back and leaving. No point in putting money into a store that has careless employees.

Extremely professional and kind. There was a misunderstanding about when my mothers Christmas gift would be ready, instead of same day I was told it was the next day for pick up. It was just a miscommunication about pick up and they resolved quickly and were very professional about it. I waited about 10 minutes after the misunderstanding was resolved. Extremely nice and polite staff there. And the gifts I bought for my mother was superb! The engraving was flawless and on point. Highly recommend

Engraved wrong three times. One tag had the wrong date that I wrote down and was not visually centered. The other tag artwork and words were put on one line. Making the picture very small. The ordered art showed the picture below the names.However they very easily remade the products with no problems. Luckily they had replacement tags in stock.

Love love this store especially if you need anything to be wrote in anything like pieces of jewelry, cups,pen,watches,even trophies, I personally go here for watches when I need something especial to be wrote in the back of it... so far I love the service and the employees are very polite and nice sometimes could be a little bit pricey but its worth every penny..great store.

Amazing customer service. An associate went above and beyond when they messed up engraving my brand new stethoscope. Offered to refund my purchase amount as well as being very apologetic. Definitely will return.

I just came into this location, the lady that is working at this time, right as Im in the store writing this review had thee upmost, nastiest attitude towards me. When I asked her about a 209.00 globe that is thee perfect gift for a family member, she spoke to me as if I bothered her. As I was in her store she was watching me and my daughter. It is truly sad to be treated this way. I left after telling her she didnt have to respond to me in that way. I will go to another location or order offline. But I will never step foot in this location again. Not the best feeling at all. Time 7:57 PM. If I had an option it wouldnt get 1 star!!!!!

Rude staff! Called with 2 simple questions. 1. Do you engrave things not purchased there? 2. If they did a specific type of items? Unhelpful, huge attitude, def wont be taking my engraving needs there!

Went there today to buy a graduation gift. The salesperson was very vague when I asked for help. Once I did pick something out the other salesperson was doing something on her register and I just waited. After a while I just left.
